Excellent location, excellent staff and service at the restaurant and hotel, however won't be back because the room we had has a strong odor from the bathroom , even a freshener didn't dissolve it. Also, the hot tub was not working and useless. Coffee maker was pouring old coffee residue, and like warm coffee.
Great place, beautiful nature, definitely visit if you love animals and nature! Realy cozy rooms! Great service friendly helpful and accommodating staff—they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everything was great, special thanks to the Manger Kreso!

Didn’t stay but had food there. The traditional peka with lamb was delicious and loads of it. Staff great and welcoming. Lovely location for the lakes and entrance 3.
We had a wonderful stay at Ethno House. From the moment we arrived, Janez and Cressa at reception gave us the warmest, most friendly welcome, setting the perfect tone for our trip. The staff are real assets of the hotel - professional, efficient, friendly and helpful.
Our room was spacious and clean, and the beds were so comfortable that we had a great night's sleep every night. The property itself offers plenty of common areas with cozy, comfortable furnishings to relax in.
Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from, and we received great service from the breakfast team every morning.
On top of everything, the hotel is an excellent, convenient base for exploring Plitvice Lakes, walking distance to Entrance 3 and amazing view points of the lakes.
