Transfer From Phuket Airport To Khao Lak Hotel

Absolutely exceptional service on both of our transfers with Khao Lak Transfer by Nickie. The drivers were punctual, friendly and professional, and the vehicles were clean and comfortable. But what really set them apart was what happened when we realised our child’s bag had been left behind at the airport. Nickie and the team went well above and beyond to track it down and get it back to us. They kept us updated the whole way through and took a genuinely stressful moment off our shoulders. That kind of care isn’t something you can expect from a transfer company, and it made a real difference to our trip. Highly recommended, and we wouldn’t book with anyone else in Khao Lak.

Friendly and efficient service. Walking out of Phuket airport, we were greeted by the person in the location given. Then it was just a case of waiting for our driver to collect us. The vehicle was clean and spacious and water was provided. The very welcome airconditioning was great. The driver was friendly and efficient and we made good time. We used these from the airport to the hotel. Couldn’t fault them. Perfect service from the booking stage through to the hotel drop off. We utilised Nickie’s Transport services on several occasions starting with the airport pick up, we opted for a 5 hour hire, and had a stop for a swim along the way, our driver was fantastic, he was very informative and friendly, made us feel very welcome to Thailand. We organised a couple of last minute trips after that for activities and places we wanted to visit, Nickie had them organised very quickly and without fuss. All the drivers were on time, courteous and looked after us and our gear very well. We would thoroughly recommend Nickie and her team to fellow travellers, you won’t be disappointed!

We used Nickie’s Transfer services 3 times during our recent stay in Khao Lak and she was truly a life saver! Super easy to communicate with her, she organised our pick up and drop off to and from the airport, and she also organised a driver and guide for us to visit Khao Sok National Park with a ride on a bamboo craft to begin with! Extremely efficient service, no waiting on arrival, our driver was there in a couple of minutes, Very good condition vehicle with air con. It is a long drive from Phuket Airport to Khao lak but the driver made very good time and drove very well. The price was very competitive. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our return due to a personal accident, Nickie readily accepted our cancellation and even offered their condolences. We would definitely book this transport company again, to be recommended

We booked 4 transfers with Nickie and we would highly recommend. The service was 100% professional from the initial emails, responding quickly and confirming all of our details with a voucher. On the days of pick ups, the drivers were early, polite and the vans were high quality and clean. Nickie was excellent! Great communicator and quick response times to emails and WhatsApp - we used her for three different transfers, two to and from the airport and one from Khao Lak to Kata beach. I had a great experience using Koa Lak Tranfer by Nickie! Excellent communication on WhatsApp, pick up was prompt and professional and Jeab, the driver, was very knowledgeable about the area and spoke great english. He took me to the great Buddha and shopping in Old Town Phuket, before driving me to my destination in Khao Lak, where I surfed and relaxed for five days. He then picked me up early for my flight in Phuket at 2:00am back to LAX . He stopped at the covid check point and even though my paper work was in order they didn't even check me. I think it was because it was a professional business car. I couldn't have asked for a better and more seamless transfer! Highly recommend and I'll definitely use them again.

It was 6 of us traveling from PHKT Airport - Khao Lak - Patong - Kata - PHKT Airport for 8 days. We book Nickie transfers through whatsapp. She sends the invoices through whatsapp and payments can made upon arrival. She was so concern that when arrived at the PHKT Airport it was so crowded and we stucked there for 2 hrs, she checked on us and informed us that the driver will wait for us. Drivers always arrives 15mins earlier than agreed time which is good. We are very happy with Nickie transfer service. Definitely will recomend and use their service again Her rates was reasonable compared to others online. Great service keep it up team !!

we has 2 transfers: one from RASADAR port to KAHO LAK and the second from KAHO LAK to PHUKET airport. everything was great. the driver was waiting for us, the taxi was comfortable and clean. 2 bottles of water were waiting for us in the taxi. the price was much lower than the hotel and local taxi

Evers Thing was okay. The driver was very nice. We travelled vom phuket to Khao Lak. Taxi driving in Phuket is a big scam so we booked our transfer at khao lak transfer!

We visited 4 hotels in Khao Lak region within 30 days and used the excellent Service of Khao Lak Transfer by NIckie 5 times, 2x Airport and 3 times between hotels. We had different drivers. All were excellent licensed drivers, friendly, courteous, reliable, on time. The different vehicles were well maintained. We booked via internet. Out of 5 transfer Enterprises leading the way here and written to us by e-mail longer beforehand, Nickie was the only one who contacted us in English, quickly, competently and friendly. We received a voucher with detailed information for each trip. The price agreed for the 5 rides was reasonable and o h e prepayment. The cash payment, matching, was made at the end of the trip. Before the airport transfer to the hotel you should get some cash. Our conclusion: absolutely recommended.

We used Nickie's Service for the transfer from Phuket Airport to Khao Sok, 3 days later from Khao Sok to Khao Lak and again 7 days later from Khao Lak back to the airport. Our driver was Jack, an extremely friendly and prudent driver. Originally we booked SUV as we are only 3 people. But since Jack took over our routes and his fixed vehicle is a minivan, we got a free update. The car was very clean and comfortable, the rides pleasant. Jack was always there on time for the pick-up date, at the airport we were welcomed with a name tag. The price is really fair and we can recommend this transport service without restriction.
