The first island isn’t worth it the beach isn’t nice there’s nothing to do there and there’s dead fish on the beach. But you have to stay there an hour. Coral beach is nice but it would be better to get a boat directly to coral island. not worth the day trip.

I am so glad I gave this tour a chance.. the most beautiful pristine beaches and you have the beach to yourselves.. we came just after 9 and there was probably less than 10 of us on the beach .. more people arrived around 12:00 .. the fish come so close to you .. it’s a post card image
We had such a blast on this tour. Mainly because it was simple. You can also call it a boat transfer with a free lunch. There’s no direct ferry to Coral Island or Racha Island. Unless you’re willing to spend crazy money on a private boat this is the next best thing. You literally pay for 5 hours of beach time and that’s exactly what we were after. Our tour guide L was so funny and cheeky exactly what you want on a holiday. We highly recommend this experience.
Booking for boat says max 10 NOT TRUE 35+ Island beautiful clear water, not deep seen plenty of fish. Lunch 🤮 Waited 1 hrs for bus to return us to hotel and after many trips to Thailand thought it was the first time I may die crazy dangerous driver.
Although this trip was very affordable, we wish we’d done something else instead. The boat ride to Racha was faster than expected, & we really enjoyed the cute little beach. LOTS of pretty fish to see there. It was busy, but less so than the mainland beaches. There were 2 small swim areas, but the water was crystal clear & warm. Then another short ride to Coral Island (He Island). We’re didn’t care for that one AT ALL! The nonstop smell of boat fuel/exhaust was overwhelming for the entire 3 hours there. We couldn’t escape it & found it quite nauseating. The lunch was ok. We waited in the boat for 26 minutes past our departure time to head back to the pier.
The day was awesome. Staff was great and the destinations were perfect. Lunch was better than expected. Would recommend.
Been to many Islands out here and this was one of my favourites. Great snorkelling spot, amazing beach on Racha & Leo was a great guide. Close to Phuket so short travel time with decent time at each stop.
Amazing day. Leo and his team were funny, welcoming and informative. Beautiful scenery, clean beaches, great snorkelling and just a perfectly relaxing day. 5 stars.
Honestly both the beach were beautiful, and we absolutely enjoyed ourselves. However, when I was booking, they mentioned that this tour activity will have a maximum of 10 travelers. This is false, there were at least 30 of us on the boat and it was a little cramped. So i would suggest to Viator or whoever to not falsely advertise and mislead those who are paying money to book this tour. The guides were ok and helpful. People on the islands were friendly. Just be prepared to pay $ to use the toilets on Raya island as it’s the resort’s. But at coral island is free. The lunch provided at Raya island was decent. You may use the toilet for free at the restaurant. The snorkeling at Raya island was fun but we couldn’t see much.
Amazing would do it again in a heart beat. Staff friendly and helpful. The lunch provided was a little cold but overall ok
Great tour. Great food. We have been with familiy with kids 7 and 10 years old. Lio is the best. Recommend.
Guide was amazing! Very well planned. Would highly recommend this trip. They really put safety first
The speedboat and snorkeling were good but the pushy sales at the office at the start of the trip was annoying-3 times they were pushing for you to buy things from the shop. The lunch was average and it would have been better doing 2 islands rather than rushing 3
The experience was enjoyable , though the weather was less than ideal. The snorkeling spot they took us to was truly stunning , and Leo, our tour guide was exceptional.
Very good tour good experience and having over view of islands , the guide was knowledgeable would recommend 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
The guide was good, snorkling time was too short. Lunch was terible. June is not a good month to go, wave pretty big and blurry vission underwater.
Geweldig increcdiblr breathtaking, the guide was amazing and apoke multiple languages for the people. He guidd the group as one of the best and he remembered names! All with all a day to never forget tysm!
Great day tour . Guide was helpful. Able to choose between snorkeling or scuba diving plus recording. Racha island is great for both.
Tour operator was great and We didnt have any issue throughout the tour. Also tour guide was always warm and friendly. On the other hand We spend less time on racha islands best spot and left the beach early to have the lunch to another Side of the island. After lunch we had a time to swim but that beach was vawy and has rocks under the water which caused straches under our feet. I would rather not to have lunch and spend much more time in the super sandy and crystal clear water instead
The trip was fantastic. Very smoothly run and a great guide. Viator was not at all helpful, Travscene told us the right times but neither told us the name of the tour company that was taking us out. Helpful Thai at the wharf rang a number and got us to the right place. Luckily we were early and had time to sort it out.
Worth to do the tour Lunch on some Wonderful beaches not crowded A lot of fishes during snorkeling ---------‐----------
We decided to take this trip to avoid the crowds at James Bond Island and Phi phi. The 2 islands are beautiful- especially Racha, and the tour guide, Leo was great fun.
1) The driver was at the hotel lobby as the same time as me, but had totally different names and number of people on his list, so we were running from pillar to post for at least 20 minutes and in the end had to call their number and sort out the issue. 2)At the meeting point, our guide went off to a different area and few of us were lost and had to run crazily all over the pier. 3) Our guide, Armi was not helpful at all and snorkelling was for just 10-15 minutes 4) The speedboat captain was driving recklessly and there were too many bumps and jerks! 5) The trip itself has nothing much to do 6) Food served for lunch was cold 7) Save your money and go for other trips or laze at Kamala beach
The view were amazing and we took many photo. If you have sea sickness, make sure to take the sea sickness tablet offered or bring one recommended by your doctor.
Great day tour picked up from the Hotel and met at a central location only a couple of minutes walk to the dock. Modern well equiped speed boat. Staff very helpful and the driver new his stuff. The ocean was choppy and the crew minimised the situation. Visited the two islands with lunch at the later. Great value and very pleasant day trip. Highly recommend
I wouldn't advise any of these excursions during rainy season. As big as the speedboat is, as good as the crew is, you can be sure to hit some pretty massive waves getting to the 2 islands. On top of that, both beaches at Raya and Coral islands are wayyyy too rough to swim in. On top of that, the locals told us that 2 young men died swept away by the undertow. I'm pretty sure this excursion would be fantastic if the waters weren't so rough.
Booked the tour weeks in advance, wake up early for the tour and after we asked why the pick up was late they told us they booked the wrong date. No idea how that was even possible when all is crystal clear on Viator. Don't book this tour if you want your plans and day ruined. Only positive thing was that they approved the refund quickly. What we did to save the day is something we recommend to do instead: go to Ra Wai Beach (Long-tail boats section), compare prices and negotiate hard a visit to Coral island, we were able to pay 1600 Bath for 2 people. You will get the long-tail both for your own group without anyone else joining. A private tour for all passengers for 1600 Bath basically. Just bring your own drinks and food from the 7/11 in front and be ready to pay 100 Bath per person to land at Coral or Banana Beach Club where you can stay for as long as you want without any pressure from a crowded tour as we saw other tour that came. Go early and you might have the beach for yourself for several hours. The beach is beautiful, we were glad to be able to solve the issue, and were glad to not be without anyone else due to the canceled tour. We think just visiting 1 island is totally relaxing but you can decide to do island-hopping as well.
Good fun day. The pristine waters make it as you would imagine. The tour is good and well organised. They suggest being ready at 7.30 for hotel pick up. There will be a fair bit of waiting around until the speed boat actually leaves the dock which is closer to 10am after waiting for all the various groups to arrive. When you get to Racha the first island, be prepared for 200baht if you want an umbrella shade, and you will !! Lunch was fine, just basic. The coral island was better and probably where we will return by longboat rather than a tour next time. Bring cash for food and drinks.
2 stars for whoever is in charge of this adventure, NOT for the host or boat crew (they were great!!) My issue is the fact that I was sent a message the night before the excursion instructing me not to “bring too many personal items, a large bag or water shoes”. The message clearly states water shoes would NOT be needed. When we arrived, the host instructed us the exact opposite, and encouraged us to purchase water shoes at the store they are partnered with. It felt like such a scam. I have my own water shoes! And I didn’t bring them because I was TOLD not to! They proceeded to warn us that our feet could be injured if we did not buy some. The adventure was ok, very crowded which is expected. The host was very friendly and enthusiastic which I appreciated. Overall I would not recommend this to my loved ones or friends because of the fact that they tried to make me spend money on something I already own, and was told to leave behind.
Racha is definitely more serene and my pick for the better of the two Islands including the Coral Island. However Coral is more buzzing and offers more things to do on the beach. Overall loved the trip and snorkelling in turquoise blue waters. A good trip overall. Kids enjoyed througout
Overall, there are better trips around Phuket for snorkelling and beaches but they are further away and more expensive. We thought this would be a good extra trip with a shorter boat ride but it wasn’t really worth it. The first stop at Racha Island involved snorkelling off the boat, but as there were so many boats in the area the water was a bit murky. We then went into the beach and we were supposed to meet for lunch but when we got to the designated meeting spot at the correct time the group had already left without us and another 8 people from our group. It took some messages and phone calls to get picked up for lunch (by which stage there wasn’t much food left at the buffet). The second trip to Coral Island was fine, the beach is bigger so less crowded and nice to have a swim and do some activities. The guides were very friendly but leaving behind group members without noticing for so long is quite stressful!
Good value tour. Racha island is beautiful! Tour guides were great. Buffet lunch provided. Coral island has a bar on the beach
Wow! We loved every part of the tour, and this is probably THE value package to go for. There were 2 island visits, Racha Yai(beach/snorkelling/diving) and Coral Island(beach/water sports). . Transport: Each speedboat ride was 20-30mins, and I’m impressed that each time passengers are off boarded the speedboat was cleaned! We were lucky that there was almost no wind on our day out(and our captain was great!), so the ride was not bumpy at all! And FYI the speedboat was v new. In terms of the size of the tour, I think the tour capacity is max 25 people ish(not a private tour), we were about 20 and there were comfortable sitting space on board. . Hospitality: our amazing tour guide(像周星驰的先生)continued to impress us by speaking Madarin, Russian, French on top of English! Everyone we’ve encountered was so humble and helpful and fun! (unlike some unfortunate cases where tourists need to put their guards up against scams). . Itinerary: Racha Island first, lunch and beautiful infinity pool (buffet but it was much better than expected! Even complementary mango sticky rice as desserts!), Coral island. On Coral island you have the option to do water sports at extra cost(no need to haggle here, prices are fixed), we went for parasailing and it was SO FUN! Extremely glad that we went for it! . Overall: I don’t normally leave reviews but I’d definitely recommend this tour! Well done! (Our tour group had infants/children, elderly and couples, the tour is indeed for everyone)
Fun Trip. Good organisation. Easy pick up. We really enjoyed snorkeling around the island. Had some fun encounters with fishes and a cheecky lizard
Had an amazing experience, which was well coordinated by Mr. Sahil who was directly in touch & provided us quick & helpful response in re-scheduling our activity & time to time updating us!! Keep us the good work!!👍🏻
It was an excellent organized trip by travstore specially Ms. Rupeka, all the way they helped with everything , service was fast, tours were well organized and also drivers were not in hurry ...lol ....we were 7 adults and 2 infants, all the tours were fantastically arranged and we had no issues, Dream world is must with Phuket Fantasea show must visit...Thanks Travstore for all you did for us.

Definitely do this trip for the day. Beautiful beach and you get to relax on the Island and enjoy the beautiful water.

Very nice excursion between the islands Racha and Coral! Everything was perfectly organized! We even had the chance to be in a small group! Top! We recommend a thousand times!
It was the right length of the day. There were clear guides regarding times and what to expect. Lunch was really good too. We were lucky with the weather too, but I wonder that you choose to go out on the lake without seasickness pills if you are seasick / motion sickness. It wasn’t windy yesterday but of course it’s a bit breezy, it’s open sea so you shouldn’t expect anything else. The islands were incredibly beautiful, and very different from each other- absolutely worth it!
For the first time we were disappointed by a trip. We booked a speedboat tour with Company Ban Raya from Phuket to Racha Island and Coral Island, The hotel pickup was on time. We were welcomed at the port in an appealing room, there was a sparse breakfast. Our tour guide must have been a general in the army once, at least he had a very stern tone. We lovingly christened him Major Pain. He took care of us strictly but caring and throughout the day also tried to contact each guest again and again. By the time it went to the boat, the boat was already full when half the group was still standing outside. We still naively thought there was a second boat coming. But no, the guests were ordered to move together so that the remaining 25 people could fit on the boat. From here, the trip was no longer fun for us. We sat crammed skin to skin with sweating strangers. In this tightness we should all put on a life jacket, which was then involuntarily funny, since no one really had room to move. The booking said that soft drinks were included, so we didn't have our own. There was only one water on demand. Arriving at Racha Island we had time to explore the small beach. This is beautiful, fine white sand and crystal clear turquoise water. The setting is beautiful except for the many boats. Since we knew in advance that there were so many boats, that was no problem for us. At a fixed time we met again with Major Pain, who brought us to lunch. We were crammed onto a tractor trailer and off we went to our restaurant. The room was large and appealing, the buffet was quite clear. There was water and cold water as a choice of drinks, no kidding. Major Pain made sure we all had food to eat and that none was lost. With 50 people from all over the world, it's not an easy task. After dinner we had another hour at the beach available. For the fact that so many boats lay in front of this small bay, the beach was quite empty and we found our quiet places to bathe. Then we went on to Coral Island, where many boats lay. We also admired the beautiful colors and clarity of the water. And to the left side of the beach it was quite quiet and we had plenty of space to swim. At the agreed time, we all gathered around Major Pain again. He kept counting his sheep so that no one would get lost. On the way back to the port we finally had a soft drink and some fruit for everyone. The bottom line is that we liked the islands very much despite the many people. However, we have never had such a bad company in all these years in Thailand. Major Pain really made the most of it, but for the first time we felt like it was all about the money, because the trip wasn't that cheap. That’s when we met completely different companies over the years.
I felt that the basic safety management was solid. Checking personnel when moving and monitoring system when snorkeling are also solid. I was able to participate with confidence, without any solicitation for aggressive optional activities. The cleanliness of the snorkeling point fish and coral is not comparable to Okinawa, but Phuket is probably the best experience. The beautiful white sand beach is the best for relaxing. There was a big hive on Coral Island, and I wondered what was there, and there was a bird that I thought was a toucan.
Despite the rainy season, the weather was fine and it was great. I travel from island to island on a speedboard, and it shakes very I felt sorry for so many people who were seasick. I think it might be good to have a tour company contact you first. Seasickness will ruin our amazing tour 💦
We are very disappointed by this tour. The driver arrived late when the departure was scheduled at 8:00. Then it was necessary to pick up other people from different hotels, who were also late, which resulted in a considerable loss of time. After a briefing on the day, especially the snorkeling activity, we were very surprised to learn, once we arrived on the island, that this activity was reserved exclusively for Chinese tourists. The guide simply turned us away. As a result, we stayed waiting on the beach instead of enjoying the water, which was supposed to be one of the highlights of the day. Lunch was okay, nothing to report from that side. On the other hand, the second beach was a real disappointment: everything was paying, the atmosphere purely commercial, the beach not very clean and crowded. It was really not what we expected. We feel we have wasted our time and money. This day, which should have been pleasant, was a succession of frustrations. I do not recommend this excursion.
Today was supposed to be a fun day Well, not really. After waiting for the bus that was to pick us up at the hotel at 8.00 we went around to pick up other participants until then no worries it is a shared bus but in the end quite a wait Arrivals in the shop of the so-called organizer of the sea trip briefing on the day the schedules the steps. We ended up with a group of Chinese there too no worries English was also part of the game. Departure to the first island and arrived 2 choices Snorkeling or beach well us it was beach or beach go understand we were refused access to the cart to go to snorkeling Chinese first!!! We were not on the list Brief beach simple and very dirty, nice lunch in a small typical restaurant, simple and very good (buffet) Attention departure for the second island Coral and there attention business is business Everything is paid for the deckchair the tables the toilet all ... Basically it is still beach or beach ....100 meters long very dirty and crowded Luckily the sun is free and so is swimming but the sand is white full of butts and other plastics and the water not idyllic at all. In short an unequivocal tourist trap fortunately we stayed there only 2.30 max and it was enough for one more swim the detailed activities are of course paid and at the pace In the end disappointed but it passes the day
