Nice staff, poor system,difficult to amend time ( wanted to book 1 hour earlier, but so difficult) and difficult to find the place where to meet up as no sign for reservation taxi and name of the company. especially there are more than 10 companies located in one place with no signs. You had to ask various peple where is your taxi driver. Provide a phone to call, but no answer(that's worse. Why provided the contact number but staff did not answer the phone. Poor service. Seems like they aer not allowed to talk to customers. I asked them to amend time for me, they will charge me 300 Baht.(£8) for admin, which takes a few minutes. Poor total service delivery. Don't book them, just go to the limusine desk to your hotel and book taxi from hotel to the airport. I wasted my moey after all. I paid Booking.com, but had to pay another taxi to pick me up from hotel to airport. This way is a stress free way to book a taxi. This taxi company doesn't think of total service delivery and not total customers focus.

booked 3 separate pick ups only 2 turned up. had a feeling 3 bookings under the same name, on same day would confuse the company. Lesson learnt

My son and his girlfriend were transported to the airport. There was a slight delay, when picking them up, due to the incomplete villa coordinates. However, the driver was able to get to the airport quickly and safely. He even sent my husband a text stating that both arrived safely. Great job! Thank you

I asked for a pick up at 630 pm. At 730pm I was still waiting and starting to panic because I had an hour and a half ride to the airport and still no pick up. I had to scramble to get a taxi and make it to the airport to catch my flight.

I requested (and had to repeat my request) a 4:00pm pick-up from the hotel, originally 5:00pm which I thought was cutting it a little fine. I received a message saying that as per my request, the pick-up time is now 4:00pm, how-ever, I don't think the message was passed on to the driver as he arrived at 4:30pm thinking he was early. The trip to the airport was good and I would still recommend pre-booking your pick-up as it can save a lot of hassle on the day.

The driver pick us up in the hotel lobby 1:20 h before the time that we need to be in the airport because of the intense traffic.

Was supposed to be a private departure transfer, but it was a shared taxi that picked up and dropped people off along the way, delaying our arrival to the airport.

airport transfer failed to turn up .had to wait over one hour for emergency help . was then accused on mobile phone of not being booked in. and then being accused of not making any payment for the airport return booking. I showed my booking documents to my hotel, who agreed that payment had been paid and after pressure said that airport return tranport would be provided. the return transport did arrive at the hotel late !!! . Never again !!!

Great driver got me to an early morning flight at the airport. There was rush hour traffic, but the driver knew shortcuts which saved a bunch of time.

Getting a taxi was easy from phuket airport to patong cost 800 baht, fix price. It takes about 50 minutes to patong.

I booked transfer booking and which was assisted by Mr.shiwa . Very helpful and satisfied and on very right time . I also booked transfer booking for Bangkok for next month .i believe it will also helpful and excellent .

Shared van, efficient and cheap alternative to a taxi. The only downfall is you have to leave an hour extra for transportation because they have to pick additional people from the other hotels.
