We had an incredible day out and were well looked after by our guide, Sandi and the crew, Woodi and Min. A prompt pick up from our hotel and easy check in meant we were on our way within the hour of leaving the hotel. The only element of the private tour we wanted was to see James Bond island so we headed there first thing in the morning which meant it was very quiet. A stunning journey there and an incredible place to visit and something my husband has wanted to do as a Bond fan for years. The next items on the itinerary were coordinated by the team on board. A private cave and tunnel walk into an enclosed limestone chamber open to sky where we saw mudskippers and monkeys. The next was being canoed around Hong Island. The beauty of these places is indescribable. The rest of the day included a lunch on the floating village and some beach time afterwards. The boat was very fast and comfortable with soft drinks and fruit included. A life-long memorable day to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I would recommend you do this tour of the bay and elsewhere as you can do everything at your own speed. Thanks again to the team, we will be back.

Eight hours on the water, great experience! Captain Shaun &co took us to beautiful not-crowded islands with clear turquiose water, white sand, and some nice coral reefs with good snorkeling. We were given some recommendations regarding the schedule, but we could decide by ourselves where to go and when. That worked fantastically! Thank you guys, see you next time when in Phuket.

Amazing day on the water today on our private tour. Visited several islands including Hong, James Bond and Koh Panyi. This was a private tour for party of 4 persons. My family of five booked this trip for December 31, 2025, and had a wonderful time. Alex was our guide, and his long-time experience in the area made the trip top notch. We were able to move in and out of the busier areas without issue, and the itinerary was planned in a way that almost completely avoided the crowds. Even better were the hidden gems we visited, which were spectacular. All around, this was a highlight of our trip, not just to Phuket but to all of Thailand. I really cannot say enough about Alex and the rest of the crew. Their experience made a noticeable difference, and I am not sure the trip would have been nearly as good without them. The day ran over eight hours, but the crew was with us the entire time. The included transfers to and from the marina also made everything much easier and kept the experience stress free. Communication with 5 Star could not have been easier. We knew what to expect, when to be where, and even received a large number of photos that Alex took during the trip. The boats were modern, comfortable, and felt very safe. Water and soft drinks were available throughout the day, which was appreciated given the heat. Snorkeling gear and safety equipment were provided as needed, and the crew made sure everyone was comfortable, especially during our time in the water. One thing to be aware of, be sure to bring enough cash. National park fees must be paid in cash, lunch is preferred to be paid in cash, and tips for the crew at the end of the day are also cash. Again, I cannot say enough about this trip, this crew, and how perfect the day was. Thank you!!!

We were a group of 12. Booked a private trip for snorkelling and to coral island. The tour guide Billy was amazing. Super efficient and helpful and was so attentive to all our needs. The boat and equipment was in top notch condition and the food and refreshments absolutely on point. Not a thing out of place. Exceptional experience. Boat was clean, safe, and comfortable (toilet onboard). Staff were well trained, professional, and happy. Alex, our guide, was simply wonderful. We left the itinerary to "captains choice" to make the most of the weather sea conditions and tourists. We ended up with a day on the water not to forget. We went to hidden caves and lagoons, saw luminescence, kayaked around the limestone formations, and had a delectable lunch. On request, the team brought fresh coconuts and ginger ale. I was bringing my yoga retreat guests. They really, truly felt like they experienced a magical day full of memories for a lifetime. Our group had a wide range of ages, so the flexibility of this tour was great. Our guide Billie was friendly and was quite accommodating. Small negative was that, post tour, we didn't get the photos that they said they'd send us.

The last one was 2 years ago and I chose to rebook with the company because of their excellent communication, safety and fantastic staff who have an exceptional knowledge of the islands. The boats are new and soft drinks and fresh fruit are provided. Yaya, Oht and the team on our trip were amazing and tailored the trip to exactly what we wanted to do- lots of snorkelling in quiet coves off the main tourist trail. There were 13 adults and 4 children on our trip and everybody had the best day. If you are debating between doing a private boat tour or going as part of a larger group tour - do yourself a favor and book the private tour with 5 star marine. We (group of 6) were visiting Phuket for a week and booked a private tour to Krabi islands. It turned out to be the highlight of our trip. Everything was very well coordinated and efficient from hotel pickup to dropoff at the end of the day. Soft drinks / water and varieties of fresh fruit were provided on board which kept us hydrated throughout the tour. Special shout out to our tour guide Faii who was absolutely fantastic and engaged the entire time, telling jokes and snapping great pictures for us every chance she got. We were also able to fine tune our itinerary as the day went on with no issues. It was truly a 5 star experience and we would not hesitate to book with 5 star Marine again the next time we are in Phuket.

This was the third time that we booked a private boat tour with 5 Star Marine - this time family - we were 8 participants. From the very beginning, this tour was a success and everyone was fully satisfied and happy. Skipper Khun Kris and his staff welcomed us and took us to the nicest snorkeling spots of Raya island and Raya Noi and Coral island. The snorkeling equipment was in a great condition. We always felt safe and they had everything under full control. This trip will always remain as a wonderful experience in our heads.

The expedience with 5 Star Marine was truly the best part of our Thailand trip. Jimmy was the best and gave us a one of a kind experience. Most of the amazing places he took us to we were the only ones there. First trip out was so amazing we booked a second trip to experience more.

We had a fantastic day with "Jimmy" and his crew. We had no expectations as I just decided to book a boat for our last day of a month traveling in SE Asia. Prior to boat, communication was great and land transport was on time and comfortable. We informed our crew of our interests and they made some great suggestions about where to go. It was a spectacular day of caves, lagoons, the floating village, and just bobbing in the water with noodles. We had a short spell of rain, but kept dry and secure on the boat. These folks have a well run operation. If you want a no worry day on the water, I highly suggest going with this company. I also suggest getting out early to beat the crowds.

Communication was great right from the start. Picked up at Villa, the boat was big enough at least 12, but there were 8 of us. Imaculate boat with a toilet, they provided lots of fresh fruit and soft drinks, we bought our own alcohol which wasn't a problem. We had such a great day, the team were amazing, so friendly and knowledgeable, defo recommend!

Great boat with a really good captain and crew. The sea was a little bumpy and the captain drove the boat in a way to maximise our comfort and he did. The best experience made our trip and gave us such good insight to phuket! oak was our guide and he was amazing. 10/10 can’t recommend enough and want to already bring more of our friends and family back.

We did 2x private boat trips , both trips we were picked up from hotel at 5am but well worth it to beat the crowds, we were lucky enough to have the same crew on both days they were exceptional, captian, crew member and guide all super lovely. We had fresh fruit, an abundance of cold water and fizzie onboard also coconuts and ginger ale. Both days were tailored to suit our needs from start to finish great to have a tiolet on board. The correspondence prior to trip was also amazing. Everyone we dealt with was 10/10 i definitely recommend this way to see phukrt attractions. Snacks for breakfast at port were also a nice touch. 1- Simillian Islands Amazing clear water, we were first speed boat at Snorkeling spot got to swim with large turel for 10-15 minutes on our own. Saw flying fish on the way out there. Snorkeling gear was provided and in good condition. Only downside on simillans was i picked lots of plastic from water, corals had been hammered by fish. I guess we are lucky to have snorkeled in fiji & Raro so had very high expectations. But still nice schools of fish and some different to our side of the world. Sand was soooooo soft. 2- James Bond Island we were supposed to do PhiPhi as well that day but were advised water wasn't that clear for Snorkeling and trip was rough (had 2x people who get sea sick) so we decided to do James Bond, caves, cannoying, floating village and fishing instead . Another great experience. They happily refunded the difference of cost. Well worth the extra money we felt boat was in good condition and had shade.

A great day out! The captain put safety first and our guide gave us his itinerary based off experience and we were glad we took it. Even with strong winds, every stop we made had flat water conditions. The crew even brought a cake for my birthday.
