If I could rate this trip 11 out of 10 I would. Super trip. Staff were brilliant, stops were stunning, plenty of water and sodas, nice food and fruit snacks. Not just that we were supposed to take the trip a day earlier but my husband had a work emergency and we needed to change our trip as my husband needed to be in the hotel where there was Wifi. They couldn’t have made it easier for us if they tried ! Utterly amazing customer service. As I say 11 out of 10 stars !

What an amazing experiance with Fei and Ken our Guides. The Tou was amazingly organized, from Pickup to Jetty to Trip. The Speed Katamaran was a great way to travel, and we overtook most other boats on the way. The Stips on Maya Island, Bamboo Island, Phi Phi and Moiten island were perfectly timed, everyting went well, and just enough time to explore the Islands or the just lay on the beach. 1-2 hours Stops are more than enough in my case, so i was happy to proceed the journey. The Boat itself was equiped with everythign needed, enough drinks, towels, and enough space for everyone. Additional i want to mention the very kind service tem, which helped me to get a appropriate refund, because my Wife was not able to join because of her pregnancy. So all in all an amazing Trip, and i can recommend it to everyone. (who is allowed to join)

I really wish I had booked a different tour. This was a very long day—we were picked up around 8:30 a.m. and didn’t get dropped back off until about 6:30 p.m.—and unfortunately, most of the day felt crowded, rushed, and uncomfortable rather than relaxing. There were around 60 people on our tour, and the boat was absolutely packed. There aren’t traditional seats. Instead, you’re crammed around tables with about eight people to a table. The boat felt tight and stuffy, and after several hours it became pretty uncomfortable. You stop at four islands, but this is very much a “get off, take your pictures, get back on” type of tour. Most stops were only around 30–45 minutes. There were no beach chairs and very little opportunity to actually relax by the water. You are constantly being told when to get off and when to get back on. There are opportunities for swimming and snorkeling at two different stops, which sounds great, but once again it felt very crowded with so many people doing the same activity at the same time. It was difficult to get that peaceful tropical-island experience when you’re sharing every stop with such a large group. Luka was our guide and he was very nice, but there really wasn’t much actual guiding. His role mostly seemed to be telling us when to get on and off the bus or boat and where we needed to be next. The tour was for both Chinese- and English-speaking passengers. On multiple occasions, announcements were made in Chinese without an English announcement afterward, so we weren’t always sure what was happening. After the second island, we were offered the option to pay an additional $75 for a long-tail boat experience, which we gladly paid because we were ready to get off the crowded main boat and do something different. Lunch was okay. There were several Chinese dishes along with fried chicken and spaghetti. Also worth knowing before booking: there is no alcohol available on this tour. Overall, the experience felt very mass-tourism and, at times, honestly a little like a tourist trap. Sixty people being moved from island to island on a strict schedule just wasn’t what I pictured when booking an island tour in Phuket. If your goal is to see several islands in one day and you don’t mind crowds or a strict schedule, you may enjoy it. But if you’re looking for a relaxing day on the water—swimming, snorkeling without a crowd, sitting on the beach, having a drink, enjoying the scenery, and actually having time to unwind—I would spend a little more and book a smaller group or private tour. I really wish I had.

We absolutely loved the tour and all of the islands and places we visited. The longtail boat option to the lagoon was definitely a highlight, especially being able to have a private boat to ourselves — it made the experience feel really special. Billy and Mr Ken were wonderful guides and made the day enjoyable and memorable. They were friendly, helpful and made sure we had a great time. The only downside for us was the language barrier within the larger group. There were quite a few guests who didn’t speak English, which made some of the group communication and commentary difficult to follow. We would love to see an English-speaking group only option available in the future, as we think this would make the experience even better for English-speaking travellers. Overall, though, we had a fantastic day and would definitely recommend the tour!

Always a review sceptic so have read lots over the years but decided to take a chance on the Seven Plus team. I’ll say I was very happy with the communication with the booking team to confirm our hotel pickup - tip for travellers out there - WhatsApp seems to be fairly popular in Thailand for messaging tour operators. On the day, could not fault the transfers from our hotel to the pier and back - very nice to have the reassurance you are getting to the correct place for an activity when you are away from home. Unfortunately the weather gods were not smiling on us for the day - hazy followed by a short down pour then the wind set in. Twenty four hours later the weather looks wonderful, but you never know and when you are only on holidays for so many days you just have to book and go then pray! Our guides were great and made sure we were well looked after for the day. Thanks to the team for taking us to see the spectacular islands off Phuket.

Very well organised. A great trip out to the Islands in the Strait of Malacca. Islands themselves are spectacular! The catamaran is exactly what is advertised. The crew were attentive, helpful and provided drinks and snacks all day - be prepared for the heat - it is Thailand and not to be underestimated. There are no fans to provide some air circulation when the boat is stationary, but it is lovely when the vessel gains speed and the breeze comes through. Absolute highlight is the sheer beauty of Bamboo Island - a true postcard-perfect setting. Swimming outside the boat at Maiton Island was an experience I won’t forget anytime soon. Only bit of feedback - the toilet facility is very cramped and limited to one bathroom, however you can use the facilities on the islands in between. Music being played is sometimes waaaaaay too loud - and I love a good beat. Other than that - very good value and one of the best ways to experience the beat of Thailands natural wonders. Thank you to P.K. and his crew for a fun and memorable day!!

We went on this tour 08/28/26. We booked this tour last minute (the day before) and we were still able to get a spot for our family of 5, my wife & I and our 3 kids. From beginning to end it was seamless and very well paced. There is just enough stops with the right amount of time spent at each. The tour and orientation is very organized including upon arrival at the pier. Our tour guide PK & YT were the best. PK spoke great English and YT was fluent in Chinese. They were very accommodating, kind and had great humor too. PK really made the tour fun. The crew was experienced and professional. Captain was an expert. Towels were included and provided, including non alcoholic beverages. Lunch (buffet style) was also included which we had at Phi phi island. I suggest bring cash with you if you would like to purchase souvenirs or anything extra on these islands. The scenery was second to none and the day we went was sunny and beautiful even though it was in low season. Some people got sea sick, but the crew really helped offering bags and medication. The slide on the boat was a blast our kids loved it!!! They were 8, 11, &13. There were also younger kids as well. Pick up and the booking process was also seamless and straightforward. We were emailed and whatsapp with instructions within the hours getting our resort name and address and giving us the details of our pick up. We were scheduled for a pick up at 9am and the driver was already there waiting for us at 8:45 am when we got to the front of the resort. The ride back was just as seamless. I highly recommend. My 13 year old said that it was the best boat tour he’s ever been lol and we’ve been on tours in Mexico multiple times so I guess you can take that for what it’s worth.

Pi Mi was our guide and she was absolutely amazing. The trip was beautiful, the islands were gorgeous, and the fish we saw were amazing to see. My friend and I even saw some monkeys during our lunch time. Snorkelling was my favourite part by far! We even did the long tail boat during the lagoon period, costed 500 Baht extra but it was worth it :) overall a great trip, would do again!

Awesome experience we can recommend to anyone. While there were some crowded beaches, the snorkeling was super nice and the last stop was super fun with lots of jumping and swimming!

The staff looked after us brilliantly when they found out I was over 70, had a suspect back, and allergic to prawns and crab. Luca made sure I didn't eat anything with hidden crustacean, had the best seat to smooth out the ride and had the staff asking if I needed help during activities. Pick up and drop off were pleasant. everywhere we stopped was great but bamboo island was pretty but expensive and had limited activities. Lunch on Phi Phi Don was fantastic.
