This was the perfect end to my first day in Phuket, great staff, great boat, great locations and a perfect sunset. This is a wonderful way to spend an afternoon plus you can take part in paid activities on your island stop; I drove a speedboat.

⭐ 1/5 – Terrible Customer Service, Poor Communication and Unacceptable Booking Management Extremely disappointing experience with Siam Scape Journeys. I would strongly caution anyone considering booking an activity through this company. I booked an activity and subsequently received an email explicitly informing me that my booking had been cancelled. Naturally, I accepted this notification, made alternative arrangements and expected a refund. However, to my shock, the driver had arrived scheduled to drive me. Due to this, I communicate / or attempted to with siam to figure out what is happening. At no point was I clearly informed that my booking had been reinstated, rescheduled or transferred to another booking reference. The company then claimed that a confirmation email had been sent, despite me having no record of receiving this communication. When I questioned this and requested clarification, the responses were unhelpful and failed to adequately address my concerns. Redirecting and shifting all responsibility with booming.com despite Siam sending the cancellation email. What makes this situation particularly frustrating is the apparent expectation that I should bear the financial consequences of their poor communication and booking management. How can a company expect customers to attend an activity after explicitly informing them that their booking has been cancelled? Customers should not be expected to chase up cancelled bookings, investigate unexplained booking numbers or second-guess official cancellation notifications. I have now been forced to pursue the matter further through Booking.com in an attempt to obtain a refund. My advice: Be extremely cautious when booking with Siam Scape Journeys. Based on my experience, their communication, customer service and handling of cancellations are seriously lacking. A cancellation should mean a cancellation, and customers should not be financially penalised for relying on the information a company provides. Unprofessional, frustrating and completely unacceptable.
The boat had plenty of space and the atmosphere changed nicely as the sun went down. Dinner was simple but satisfying. I would have liked a little more time at Coral Island, though the evening cruise made up for it. A pleasant way to end the day.
We had a fabulous afternoon sailing on the catamaran. The crew were fantastic and we had a great time. Food was delicious and the party fun vibes sailing back to the wharf was so much fun. The beach stop was great and very relaxing.
Pick up and Drop off from our Resort. Staff were lovely. Food was really good. Catamaran was able to accommodate everyone comfortably. Snorkling was good. A slide was attached to the top deck to get into the water, this was great fun. Coral Island was the high point for us, just lazing in the beautiful water and having a few drinks. Sunset was Amazing, and lots of good tunes to take us back to shore. Highly recommended.
It was really lovely and well organized. The catamaran was spacious and the dinner was very nice and fresh. Coral island has the best water!
The boat was nice & big, but dinner was not that good. Coral island was ok. The snorkeling time was a bot of waste since we did not see any fishes.
Woon was a great guide. Her small and efficient team of 3-4 persons took great care. Clean deck, they even washed our footwear for us! Soft drinks and Dinner served on board White soft sands at the Coral Island were a great place to hang out while some enjoyed the water sports, then some snorkeling to see amazing colourful fish Topped off by a glorious sunset at Prom thep cape over some Champagne!
Lovely afternoon around a beautiful island. Staff are brilliant and great value for money
Amazing! Everything was exactly as decribed. Amazing views, delicious food on board and the boat was actually a yacht!!
I enjoyed the trip a lot. It was a very pleasant experience and the crew were very nice and professional.
A really great day trip from Phuket! I've been to Coral Island 4x now while living in Phuket, but this tour operator made it fun and light. What I loved was the easy directions from the tour guide (through the microphone). The staff was also super friendly and nice - willing to take high quality photos and helping customers in the water if they struggled with snorkeling. They made the front of the catamaran like a dance floor at the end of the day, and this brought the entire boat together. This was the highlight of the trip. I recommend for travelers in Phuket if you want to enjoy a nice day in the water.
The catamaran was a fantastic way to watch the sunset – a really beautiful and relaxing experience overall. We did, however, spend a few hours at a beach where most activities required extra payment, and the swimming area was quite rocky with not much to see. Still, the sunset itself made the trip worthwhile.
Catamaran very big nice and clean Just we can't get in the water because the sea is too rough.. didn't get to see sunset as well because too cloudy Having dinner in the island instead on board
Very good communication via the viator app. Immediate response and commitment of special request for dinner. (Gluten-free food). Locally easy to understand guide in English. Great service on board, always plenty of soft drinks and great selection of food to the diner. Despite clouds a great trip!
