Excellent meet and great, and the car was booked, however, the ticket didn’t mention the transfer so I paid for another one. Should be on the ticket.
Everything went as smoothly as anticipated. The guide phoned the driver ahead as we were collecting our luggage. The driver was awaiting and we were in our way to our hotel within 20 minutes oh being met at the gangway. I feel sorry for those in the long queue.
Great experience, ques were long and we got through the whole airport in 10 minutes without the need to think about where we were going at all! Would highly recommend!
Awesome experience and absolutely worth the cost. We were out of airport and in car to hotel, with our bags, in under 15minutes. I wouldn't have believed that even possible. I wish this was an option in every country at every airport.
Amazing experience and worth every penny. We had to catch a domestic flight and with this service we skipped the whole immigration line and were through the other side within 5 mins.
Was super easy to find our guide she got us through customs without any issues! There was a long line when we originally got there but we went through the VIP line which was no wait at all. We also didn’t have to carry any of our luggage which was a cherry on top after traveling all day. Took us to our driver and we got to our hotel with so much ease. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Thailand!
Absolutely fantastic experience. The guide met me as soon as I came off the plane and he was very friendly, even with a flight delay of over 90 minutes, this was no issue at all for him. The guide made it so easy, he walked with me through immigration, skipping the lines of people. From walking off the plane to collecting my bags and in the hotel shuttle was no long than 15 minutes. If you dont want to wait in line for an extended period of time especially after a long flight, and/or it's your first time to Thailand, I would highly recommend it.
Fast forward assisted us through the process ,immigration lane very fast through baggage pickup with car to our hotel worth the value of payment,very nice tour guide and very welcoming and our travel agent visited us next day check on us .. thai people very nice with full of smile ,, we’re staying here to enjoy their beautiful country..
Poor. Previously used to be met off the plane - now you have to find the coral desk. Unfriendly staff with poor English took my passport and i didnt realise and he didnt tell me that he had put a ticket inside. He then dropped me at the entrance to the fast track queue and disappeared. When i got to the front the immigration staff turned me away so i had to go back to the desk.
Highly recommend worth the money and time , from the guide inside the airport to immigration fast forward, got bags easier , driver very good drop us to our hotel love to get this service next time again. Cheers Gary&Rosa

I've always faced difficulties during arrivals due to my weak passport, so I decided to splurge on this service to not waste another 1 to 2 hours and start my trip on a bad note. It was much better than I expected! Flam was my guide and he was lovely, finding me the moment I stepped foot into the airport. He helped me with the dreaded immigration queue, luggage, SIM Card switching, currency exchanging, and didn't leave me until I was comfy and set in a luxury MPV straight to my hotel. We zipped through the entire thing so fast it was unbelievable. It truly was in and out, I think immigration didn't even check my visa or digital card haha just gave me a stamp and sent me on my merry way

Unfortunately not as advertised and far too expensive for what it is. The description states: Your guide will meet you outside Door 3 of the International Terminal with your name on the cart at a designated time which we will advise you before. Service includes escort to check in, fast track immigration, lounge (if chosen) or leave at gate or duty free. There wasn’t anyone waiting for us at the door, we had to go out of our way to find the Coral booth at the far end of the terminal. As the terminal was not too busy, this straight away negated the time benefit of going “fast track”. The booking form also forces you to enter in arrival information when selecting a departure service. Once we got to the booth, we were escorted to the main queue and then had to wait while our escort went through another entrance to come back to us. Passport control was probably 2-3 min quicker (we went through around 2100). And then we had another person take us the 10ft to the security check. He then left us there. No escort to gate or lounge as advertised - which tbh was needed as the locations of the lounges are poorly signposted and took us a while to find. In total we probably saved 5 minutes and it cost us an extra 3-4min. And that saved 1 min cost three of us 120gbp/150usd. I will be asking for a partial refund as the service was not provided as advertised.
Don't use Viator. I was left stranded at the fly bridge, there was no representative of Viator there to greet me. I ended up standing in the immigration queue for a long time. Extremely disappointed.
This is a must have service, we by passed the 40 minute wait at customs and passport control via the VIP line and our guide could t do enough to help or assist us.

We booked the VIP Fast Track with Transportation service, and it was honestly worth every penny. The service started the moment we arrived. We were met right at the aircraft door and escorted through the airport. The whole process was incredibly smooth and fast — within about 10 minutes, we were already through and heading to collect our luggage. They also took care of our bags, so we didn’t have to worry about carrying or managing anything ourselves. Once we were ready to leave, our private car was already waiting for us, and we were taken directly to our hotel. Everything was very well organized from start to finish. After a long flight, especially when traveling as a family with children and luggage, having someone handle the entire arrival process made such a difference. The VIP Fast Track + Transportation package was absolutely worth the price, and I would definitely use this service again whenever I visit Phuket. Highly recommended!
From walking off the plane it was approximately 10 minutes to walk from aircraft, meet our lovely guide MJ , who got us through customs, got our bags, and to our taxi. He did an amazing job! Last time coming into Phuket was nearly an hour wait in the line for customs alone, so well and truly worth it.
I had asked for this service but no-one was there to help with the service. I am trying to get a refund but unable to send a mail. No-one even reached out to me after the said date. Terrible service. Would not go ahead with this so called team.
Very disappointing experience. There was no driver waiting for me at the pickup location. When I contacted them and told them I was outside, they argued with me instead of trying to resolve the issue. I had to pay $116 for another taxi, and they refused to refund me. This was unprofessional, and I would not recommend using this service.
We were picked up at our gate, brought promptly through immigration and placed in our transportation to our hotel very quickly and efficiently.

Highly recommend. Worth the money. Was met off the plane with a clear sign with my name. They escorted me past everyone else in immigration/customs to a priority/fast track lane. I was the first one there. They help you collect the luggage, mine was the 4th bag on the carousel. Unsure if they fast track offloading your baggage as part of the service. I was in my hotel car about within about 20 mins of disembarking.
Gem of a service! Although my flight was less than 2 hours, it was important that I start my holiday immediately since I'm in Phuket for only 3 days. I made a mistake of choosing fast track departure instead of arrival (that's how much I needed a break) and the customer service personnel was sharp to notice the discrepancy in flight detail and alerted me immediately. The error was swiftly rectified (thanks so much). The coral lounge is easy to locate - just right in front of the immigration queue. It was easy to spot my name and the service staff was highly efficient...so efficient that I didn't get a chance to ask for her name to thank her in this review. The queue was surprisingly short but I had no regret because I could start my holiday with assurance that I will not be stuck in a long queue (I waited in a 45-min queue at my previous Phuket holiday). Highly recommended!

If I could give a 0 I would!!! The absolute worst service ever. A waste of money and I wish I could dispute the service. I arrived at the meeting point. No greeting no conversation. The agent pointed to a piece of paper on the wall and asked if that was my name. I replied yes. He then shoves a piece of paper at me and asks me to sign it. Then he says follow me and damn near leaves me behind to catch up. He points at a booth for me to go to and then he disappears. He didn’t advise where’s to pickup luggage no nothing. I had to figure everything out on my own. $60 thrown down the drain
Absolutely worth the expense! No waiting to clear immigration (compared to an hour even in off season). Helped with luggage, passports, customs, etc. Very friendly & professional staff. I can not say enough positives about this! Highly recommend.

Everything was expected apart from a slight wait at the Immigration counter. Film did an excellent job trying to clear the que at Immigration.
Our rep was waiting with us as soon as we got out the tunnel with a clearly marked sign. He took us straight past a HUGE queue and we had cleared immigration within 3 mins. It is quite sn expensive service, but definitely worth it after 15hrs of travelling. Our rep was polite, professional and helpful. He then took us out straight to our pre booked taxi and loaded our luggage for us. A lovely young man. Excellent service.
