Our travel escort was patient with all that was going around with airline delays and down systems in Phuket. She waited patiently, also help passed thru customs and took us to the lounge area that is included with the service Will definitely recommend if you are traveling from Phuket airport. Service is necessary if y want to make sure you on time on your flight
Fast track/immigration went great but the taxi never showed up and the companies representative didn’t speak a word of English.
This service simplified and expedited the arrival process to the point that I was already out of the airport 20 min after landing.
It was great and less than 15 minutes we was out there and they was very friendly and kind it was grateful
I have used this service many times, I would never come to Phuket without booking this experience. To get off the plane and be guided all the way through to my transfer is so quick and hassle free.
It was quick and very smooth Our attendant and driver were really kind. We had attendant waiting for us with name card which was helpful to know. Immigration went by quick and smooth.
Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish! We were greeted as soon as we stepped off the skywalk, which immediately made us feel welcomed and well looked after. The Fast Track service was incredibly efficient, guiding us smoothly through the airport and immigration process with no hassle at all. Within just 10–15 minutes of landing, we had cleared all formalities and were on our way out of the airport. The porterage service was exceptional—the porter was friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful with our luggage, making the entire arrival experience effortless. After a long flight, this level of professionalism and efficiency was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this service to anyone arriving in Phuket. It truly takes the stress out of airport arrivals and is worth every penny.
The service was exactly as expected. We were meet at the entrance and escort to immigration and bypassed the massive line up. We were processed in less than 5 minutes, our guide collected our baggage and escorted us to our airport transfer.
Very smooth, professional and absolutely necessary. If you see the lines to clear immigration in the Phuket departure hall and not faint, you will definitely consider this expense worth your money. Fast Track counter is easy to find and you are on the other side of immigration in five minutes of less. Thank you
The fast track arrival was definitely worth every penny for my trip to Thailand. Got through customs less than 15 minutes. Very smooth process from being met at end of air bridge, luggage assistance and then escort to transport.
I have used this service multiple times and I have never been disappointed. Highly recommended for all travellers!
the price of time is up to the reader - I used this service upon arriving in Phuket. Someone was waiting for me when I exited the jetway (very nice and polite, took my bags) and I was through customs, arrivials area, and into a car to my hotel in about 15 minutes. Someone from the service provider stayed with me at all times until I got in the car (which was very nice by the way). I arrived on a Sunday morning and there was already a sizeable line at customs. I would definitely use this service again.
Easy and anxiety-free. She waited at immigration gate with my name card, and I bypassed hundreds waiting in line. Took less than a minute. Transfer car to hotel was seamless too.
Made getting through immigration very quick and easy. They were very patient in helping me find a loat bag.
superb after a long delay ✈️ especially with the 2 hour que at immigration straight to front que then to taxi
Highly highly recommend, was so easy and made the arrival so quick and simple. As long as you have organised the arrival card everything else is organised. Own private line for immigration, the helpers grab you luggage with you and the taxi is waiting outside for you. No waiting or lining up, in and out from arriving writhing 20 minutes and most of that was waiting for the case to come out.
Fast track is an understatement . Everything very smooth , no stress best experience I have ever had . We were off the plane and stepping into our transfer vehicle in no time at all . Well worth the money and I will be doing it again.
Met on exit of aircraft and taken through immigration and customs quickly. Friendly and professional.
Excellent communication before our trip, and super friendly service. We were out of the airport with bags through immigration within 10 mins. Definitely worth the $ . Have booked our departure service!
The service was 5 Star. Vip Sign as we get off the plane. Guided through customs in 5 mins for us both. 5 min outside then in car to hotel. Seamless
Smooth and easy, really stress free and worth saving time. Professional and a nice extra bit of organisation
Staff meet you as enter airport, and guide you through immigration, help gat luggage, and if reserved, take you out to your waiting vehicle. Landed and out the door into a car within 30 minutes.
We were met as we deplaned and we were ushered through immigration and out of the airport to the transfer to the hotel. The whole process through the airport was insanely quick. The line was about 5 rows deep and we skipped the whole thing. 1 person was in front of us and out we went.
Definitely worth it. Got through immigration and customs in record time. Very friendly service and good and safe driver.
After checking in everything goes very fast, it is worth it in a large airport Super accompaniment to the lounge
Excellent service. The personal guide will accompany you to the lounge. The entire procedure was done within 20 minutes.
