Phuket Airport Transfers: One Price, Anywhere On The Island

Booked an airport transfer, very clean, comfortable van. They messaged the day before to confirm pickup time and location and they let us know that they’re arrived early and we’re waiting outside for us

The Airport meet and greet was as specified in the Instructions. However, the ride the hotel was extremely uncomfortable do to the driver's reckless driving. He drove without considering safety of his passengers. We were glad to have our travel insurances incase he got us into a reck.

The pick up was seamlessly done with comfort. I had very little things to worry as everything was taken care like clock work! They also willing to wait until all our friends arrived on different flight.

The tour people send several messages to make sure we knew where to meet them. It was appreciated. Good communication.

This was well organised. Communication before pickup was clear and frequent, we were met on time at the agreed location and the transport was spacious and comfortable

Pick up was on time and service happy and helpful. The vehicles are comfortable to ride in - air conditioned, plenty of room for baggage and people.

Driver dropped us at the wrong part of the resort and when asked if this was correct he insisted they are all the same (it’s a big resort and the error cause confusion for the family). I was disappointed the driver did not want to accept he was at the wrong location.

Our driver was very helpful and drove calmly and professionally. The van was huge enough to accommodate our family and all our suitcases.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company for round trip transfer service from Phuket Airport. When we arrived a representative was waiting with a sign with our nam just as described. Our hotel was an hour away from the airport and the driver was waiting at 4:20 a.m. exactly as we requested on the day that we left.

Good communication about where to meet our van via WhatsApp message. The whole process was easy after exiting the airport. Lovely big air conditioned van to our hotel.

This transportation service was great - on time & great at communicating - very reliable. I would use them again.

Great! Easy to book, good communication and nice ride. Even stopped at a 7/11 for water and snacks on request.

Excellent service includes fast track and baggage claiming. Nothing to worry about any delays. Then moved to comfortable van for drop off.

Booked for airport transfer to Hotel. BUA from the company what’s app’s us a few hours prior and explained where to meet. All communication was polite and respectful. Great, stress free experience. Thank you 🙏🏽

The car service was good. We were greeted when we got off the plane and only had to wait about 5 minutes for the car. It was very efficient and very nice.

Booked this last minute while I was in Singapore. Landed in Phuket and walked outs and found my name on the board. Driver was courteous and polite. Great ride from the airport to my hotel. It was 6 of us with 10 bags and it all fit. Van was clean a great bucket seats you can recline take a nap or just enjoy the view.

This was a great way for us to travel to and from the airport. The vehicles were clean, well air conditioned, and prompt.

Awesome experience. Driver is very prompt. Much appreciated after a very long flight. Will use this service again.

Excellent transfer to hotel. Good instructions sent to find at airport on arrival. Friendly, clean and comfortable

Easy to find pickup, great instructions so it was a very smooth transfer. Very clean van and a lovely driver. Will use them again.

This was a smooth experience - sign with our names was easy to find, ride was smooth, and the price was reasonable

Easily booked on Viator. This company had the best pricing for a group of 6. Met right at airport exit, waited only 5 mins for the van to arrive. Smooth 1 hour + ride to hotel.

Used this company for one way transfer from airport to hotel upon arrival in Phuket. Silly me managed to book the transfer for the wrong day (I had booked for the following day) and only realized this when arrived at the airport and no one was there with a sign with my name. I contacted the company on the WhatsApp number they had emailed me the previous day, and they kindly offered to reschedule the transfer for my return to the airport the following week. I was pleased with the service and quick response from the company.... especially as it was my error. Driver arrived on time (well actually early) for my return journey to the airport. Clean transport and good driver.

On time and ready when we arrived. Easy pickup and drop off for our group of six! The driver was friendly, too.

We booked a return airport transfer with Expedia and this was with IAsia Thailand. A great price to start off with and their team in Phuket messaged me where to meet on arrival. The guide was waiting with our name on a board and the van was spotless clean. Return transfer was just as good.

Very well organised. Good contact throug WhatsApp at arriving at the Airport. Kind and helpful peoples. Thank you

On time and reliable. Driver spoke limited English but it was ok- he drove safe and gotnus to the airport on time.

Service was great and would highly recommend. Our driver presented well and very knowledgeable. The vehicle was clean and took us the quickest route to our hotel

The ride was smooth and enjoyable. Driver gave us a tour while driving us to our resort.he was friendly and engaging

Great communication after booking. Nice and courteous driver would definitely recommend. Driver was there early

Very convenient and the van was comfortable. The price was reasonable since there were 5 of us. Traffic in Phuket is pretty bad but the driver got us to our destination as quickly as possible.

Our airport transfer from our hotel to the airport was excellent. We had the same driver as our day tour and again he was punctual, friendly and very helpful. Viator contracted through Phuket Goodwill tours for all our transportation needs and we were very satisfied with the total experience.

the van greeted us at the airport, we were all exhausted from a travel day, but our driver was really nice and friendly and pointed out alot of cool places on our way to the hotel

Easy process. Walked out of the airport, saw our name, and they brought the van over. They provided two children’s car seats for our two toddlers, as well. Highly recommend, especially for those that don’t want to bring a car seat to Phuket.

Immediately upon exiting the baggage claim/terminal and entering the ground transportation area we were greeted by our transport people and were in an air conditioned van in 10 minutes for our private ride direct to our hotel. Efficient, professional and friendly.

Booked pick up and drop off, direction for pick up at the airport easy to follow. Arrived on time, clean cars, friendly driver, exactly what was expected

Friendly and efficient service. Thank you! Used this service for our airport transfer on our honeymoon.

Amazing service. Was there on arrival with our name. Very very comfortable van and very friendly driver.

Viator’s communication beforehand was great, they called when we’d landed, met us with a sign and escorted us to the car. Very nice driver who spoke excellent English. Would hire again, for sure.

Great service, with excellent driver. Easy to find at the airport waiting for my family. Excellent ride to the hotel after a very long plane journey. Will use them again and highly recommend.
