Phuket Airport Transfer (Sha Plus)

They were easy to find after coming out of the arrival gate. They took a photo of us and sent it to the driver so he would recognise us. All up took 10 mins and we were on the road. The driver was fantastic. He offered us bottled water each, loaded all our gear. 7 of us. Great trip. Thank you.

Not reliable . Waited for 20+ mins with no driver. Viator shows correct booking but it never showed up in their system.

The driver was fine, but the car was dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke. The Air Conditioner did not work well and the combination of those things made the trip unpleasant. When we arrived at the airport, my wife was feeling a bit car sick!

Directions provided for arrival procedures were perfect. Van was very safe and drivers provided additional comfort by taking photos of the occupants before and after the drive. There was a slight mix up on our return, but resolved through the WhatsApp Contact information. If you don't hear from them with return trip information at least 12 hours ahead of return flight contact them to make sure they have you on their books for the day. The rest of our traveling companions booked another van because they had different flights. They had no problems either direction.

Instructions not very clear on where to meet at the airport unfortunately. Sent messages to both numbers listed and no one responded. After 15 minutes of walking around the arrivals area we found it.

Our driver was on time and assisted us with our bags. The ride was clean. I only wish he would have asked me what terminal because I completely forgot to inform the driver that it was a domestic flight. We were dropped off on the international side 😩. And I didn't realize it until the driver was long gone.

I highly recommend hiring a RT driver in advance. Cuts all the guess work out of getting to your accommodations. They were on time both for my arrival and departure. *fyi they take your picture so the driver knows who they are picking up on the return, would just help if they explained that instead of just randomly snapping your picture

Easy and fast airport pickup. The van had plenty of room and was extremely comfortable. Also had AC which was a huge plus.

This was not even close to what was advertised. My partner and I arrived in Phuket and upon exiting saw a sign with my name on it (about the only thing that was as advertised). From there a lady told me to “stand over there” we waited in the heat for about 30 mins. At that point they kept telling us “5 mins” with no updates. I finally called and then someone rolled up in an unmarked vehicle that didn’t look like any of the vehicles advertised. The driver although nice had no clue where he was supposed to take us, and there was no water and cold towel provided even though it was advertised. The driver proceeds not to use any directions and took a variety of random route changes that started to make us feel like this was not a reputable company. Although we ultimately made it to our destination, the entire experience was extremely stressful and left us exhausted and anxious after almost 27 hours of travel. I would recommend spending a little extra and just getting a lux van or one of the other options. Quite frankly I’m not sure how this is even on Viator.

Easily found our name upon exit and only short wait before transportation showed up. Driver was professional and got is to our hotel quickly and safely.

Timely and efficient pick-up and drop-off services, along with clean and comfortable transportation. The drivers are courteous, and the ride is smooth. The pricing is reasonable, and I would highly recommend this service.

Unfortunately I can't say anything good about the Airport Transfer service of this company. Upon arrival I waited for a car for 15 minutes. There are no cars on site - they call them by phone and then it's a matter of luck (what is in the photo does not correspond to reality). It took 1 hour 20 minutes to get to the resort, and the air conditioning in the car was faulty, and this was at 30 degrees and the sun (which I usually enjoy). While driving, the car vibrated as if one of its wheels was crooked. Upon arrival, the driver contacted someone by phone and said that I had to pay more, although the trip was paid in advance. I refused because I had already paid 25% more than the cost that other companies offered on site. On top of that, I then received more than 5 notifications from this company on my phone that I had to pay extra. So next time I will not book the Airport Transfer service in advance, but will take a car at the airport. When leaving the airport, at least three companies, not including taxis, offer their services. And already on the spot I used the online ordering service Grab, an analogue of Uber. I was already driving to the airport via Grab. The car was originally decorated inside in a local style, with a working air conditioner and drinks in the cabin! The trip back to the airport was interesting and not tiring.

Our driver was amazing. He had to battle traffic for 1 1/2 hours from Phuket Airport to our Kata Beach hotel during rush hour! We are using them again for our return to Airport.

I would strongly recommend this private transfer service! They were very on top of it, messaging before to confirm our flight time and they were timely in picking us up as well as giving us directions on where to meet them outside of the airport. This company informed us our flight was cancelled (when the airline did not) and ensured that they were available to pick us up at our new arrival time. A bottle of water upon arrival was a great bonus! I wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

The people had a small sign up then the taxi was not available for 50 minutes to 1 and a half hours poor service I end up getting another taxi so I paid for the trip to Patong twice will never use this service again,buyer be ware.

Plane was delayed 2 hours but still was there to pick me up, very professional driver, highly recommended

This company is a scam. No one to pick us up and no one answering the phonenumber. 24 hours ago I wrote an e-mail and no answer to this either.

We used Mega tours for our arrival to Phuket, that was amazing and the driver was fantastic. We then decided to use the same company for our brother for his departure from Phuket back home to Australia and his trip was also fantastic and he said his driver was great. We then booked for three of us for our departure back home to Oz, and our driver was fantastic, he even took us along a beautiful country bypass so that we wouldn’t miss our flight and we’re on time to the airport. all vehicles were absolutely spotless with anything passengers needed and the Aircon was great. All drivers were fantastic friendly and understanding. We highly recommend Mega Tours & will be using them every time we travel to Thailand. Thanks soooo much Mega Tours & all the Staff! 💕🙏🏼🙏🏼

Transfer was on time for pickup. Agent was friendly and efficient. Nice transfer car and good driver.

I arrived at the airport at the arranged time. Several flights had arrived in close succession and the airport was very busy. I went straight to the location given to me in my confirmation email however no signs had my name. I walked around and looked in all areas and then went back to the original location but still my name plaque wasn’t there. I waited 40 mins and still no driver or name plaque. In the end I had to get a taxi independently. The next morning I sent an email advising the company of what happened. They sent a photo back of my name plaque and informed me it was not there fault. The photo clearly showed a very airport and therefore it was obvious the time it was taken was not at the arranged time. I emailed them back and informed them the photo was taken at a quiet time and therefore couldn’t have been at the arranged time and requested a refund. I informed them I had been forced to get a taxi and I was concerned about honesty as the photo was obviously not taken at the correct time. They wrote back arguing, informing me that they would get the police!!! to pick me up to attend the airport for cctv footage and that if I threatened to leave a negative review they would take further action. After back and forth they agreed to refund 20 percent of what I had paid. I took it up with trip advisor and received a full refund. So disappointed with how the company handled the situation. I expect they will write something negative when they read this. Why would I lie when I needed a lift to my hotel? I really wouldn’t recommend using this business. I felt they were dishonest, intimidating, irresponsible, aggressive and didn’t acknowledge my experience or apologise at any time.

Really easy to find when we exited the airport. Cold bottled water was give to us when our driver started our journey. Really nice driver and and sure we got safely to our hotel.

I cancelled this hotel transfer when I realised that the final price was showing in US dollars despite my default being AU dollars. The cancellation did not go through and I could no longer cancel on the Viator app. Messaged the vendor multiple times but did not get a response. Expensive price for a service I didn’t end up using.

Fantastic service from these guys, from nit8cining my booking alerr9r and changing without difficulties, to the great driver who turned up early, was very polite and drove skillfully in dangerous road conditions.. keep up the good work guys..

When we came out the door, we looked at all the signs, I looked 3 or 4 times, could never see my name. came back and after about 15-20 minutes, finally saw someone standing there with my name. he stated he had been there all along but I rather doubt it.

Booked the airport transfer months before our first trip to Phuket particularly as we were arriving in the early hours of the morning. However just hours before ( whilst we were flying there) we received an email worded 'It’s a bummer, but the tour operator for Phuket Airport Transfer (SHA Plus) had to cancel your booking. Good news: a full refund of GBP' Given I hadn't been well on the flight and we had thought we would have someone waiting for us, it didn't make for a pleasant first impression of the country and made for a very stressful situation. It's a pity you can't give a no star rating!

The pickup and drop was timely. Cars were clean and driver was very polite - offered us water as we entered the car. We had some issue with finding the person when we landed in Phuket but that I would attribute to us being a little lost after flying and transiting for 10 hours.
