Phuket Airport (Hkt) Arrival Transfer To Phuket Hotels (Shared Or Private)

dont use them as they dont know how to read dates and show up the day earlier leaving me no choice but to pay again for a taxi very poor...th

The lines in passport control were long and slow, I was afraid we would lose our booking. When we finally finished, we were happy to find our ride just where they said they would be. The wait was maybe five minutes for the car. The car was clean and well maintained. The driver was very safe. We were at our hotel in no time, cool and relaxed. I will use them again!

We were given wrong directions and the information on meeting point is also incorrect causing delay in finding our driver. We initially received a message from the tour operator to meet at Exit A, our flight information to Phuket was an international flight. When exiting there is no Exit A option, this is domestic flights only. Additionally, the meeting point says to leave exit 3-4, however again, at the international terminal there is only an exit 7-8 and 1-2. We walked back and forth between international and domestic terminal and could not find any indication of our driver. Finally; someone at the airport called the number that was provided to learn that it was indeed international terminal and in exit 1-2. It appears the tour company on Viator contracts out to a different company to pick you up. When we finally found the company TUI, the women who greeted us Katie or Kate was very nice and wonderful but with all the misinformation given to us initially had already put us in a foul mode. I highly suggest to get this information corrected on Viator as well as whomever is corresponding in the messages. Only rating Low stars due to this logistical issue. Aside from that, the driver was safe and got us to our destination and for the price of it, this is what we get

Nice ride from HKT ( PHUKET AIRPORT) to my guesthouse in Phuket old town. A small bag and even smaller carryon came along. It is an hour's drive. Planning, I booked and paid for this ride 6 months ago. All for $11 (US DOLLARS). So convenient. Everything was as they said it would be! They gave me a packet of promotional offers and asked for my phone number. Not interested in any of that, just the ride from airpirt to accommodations. It is a great service!

The ride was long and at times a bit scary due to speed. The traffic in Thailand is like New York but at 80 miles per hour. Driver did a great job and was very helpful with baggage.

After figuring out where to find our guide we eventually had a driver take us and our luggage to the resort. Waited 15 mins outside the terminal per the instructions before we realized we were in the wrong place. Then waited another 15 mins for them to send a driver.

Very punctual driver. Finding the counter was difficult . Can have a counter at the airport. Thank you.

Good arrival instructions. Name board was where we were told it was. Only issue is that this is an extremely popular holiday destination so there were hundreds of name boards. Tour information also provided.

This is the third airport pickup I've done with destination services. They are always reliable and service is great. I recommend them highly.

Waiting for us (as per the emailed instructions) at the airport exit with a name sign. Very polite and helpful. Car was extremely clean and our driver excellent too. We would use again.

Did not showed up at meeting point for 1 hour, unable to reach them, had to take different transportation and refused to give me a refund through viator.

Very punctual, clean new vehicle, very simple and convenient! After a 15 hour flight, all I wanted to do was get to my Airbnb… they made that happen with NO issues!

Very difficult trying to find my name among hundreds of others at arrivals but once found company staff were very friendly and helpful. Driver had no English and I needed to enter name of hotel in his phone to map it He used Google translator and he was very funny and friendly. Enjoyed the 1 hour trip

So far, 2 times arrival at airport problems. This time, girl had sign backwards at meeting point with company name showing. Everybody else, has signs with names. This delayed me by almost 30 minutes. Ride was fine but traffic was some of the worst I have ever witnessed in over 60 years. My pick up from the 2 hotels have been fine but their airport service is lacking

We waited for more than two hours at the airport, exhausted after traveling for two days, and our taxi never showed up. We called the telephone number listed and nobody answered. We ended up having to get a private taxi to our hotel instead.

I booked for the wrong date. A few hours before landing in Phuket I recognized and wrote to the agency (it's TUI) and asked for a "last-minute-change". Wow, they really managed it - thank you so much!

Nice ride. Driver was promptly waiting for us and drove us over an hour to our resort. Quiet ride with no music or chatting, but that’s okay.

Our plane was 1 1/2 hours late. They were still there waiting. Loaded our luggage and away to our resort quickly.

It was easy to book my transport from the airport to my hotel at Patong. Found my driver very fast and was off to my destination. I have now booked my transport back to the airport for when I leave Phuket.

The lady who did drive me from Phuket International Airport to the hotel was nice and polite, good service that I would love to recommend to anyone who are looking for good service and safe drive :))

They were waiting as arranged driver and van were very clean he explained how long transfer would take all was good until we reached the hotel and a rep from the transferred company (called herself our tour guide) highjacked our registration with hotel it was about trying to sell us overpriced trips compared to in the town we explained all we wanted to do was get to our room but she kept pushing I had to tell her to go away she even stopped her Car on the street to speak to us we had to walk away Then on last night had reception call us for her to sell us a return transfer to airport we had arranged with someone elseI I will not use company again because of her

Good service,but driver take us to wrong hotel.I order transport to Simply Hotel,but driver go to Simply Resort By Metadee.I tried to tell him,but he still go to wrong hotel

They where there to meet me as soon as I walked out of the terminal, driver then took me straight to my hotel. Would recommend highly.

Transfer from Phuket airport to hotel. Excellent value for a transfer. It was supposed to be a shared ride, but I was (happily) the only passenger. The company was in touch via WhatsApp, which I appreciated. My driver was there with a sign so I was able to find him quite easily. The ONLY thing that was very annoying, unnecessary and pushy/aggressive was how the woman from the company literally called the hotel upon arrival and asked to put me on the phone. I was in the middle of checking in, and she was attempting to get me to book a return transfer with them. EXTREMELY rude, overly salesy and turned me off from booking the return with them (and I found a much lower transfer back to the airport with another company). Rather than CALL the hotel (stalkerish) the SECOND I walked thru the door, she should've contacted me on Whatsapp. 

There was some confusion with my booking, however the agent at arrivals sorted it fairly quickly for me, somehow they didn't have my name but he said don't worry I will fix it and he did, a short time later I was on my way with another couple in the van to Paying Beach Baan Lai Mai hotel. Very good service thank you 😊

This is the second time we have used this service. Again they were punctual which made for a quick departure for our resort. A good service.

Instruction to the pick up was clearly written out and it wasnt difficult to locate signage. Co-ordinator was already waiting even though it took me an hour to clear immigration. Service was good and on time. They even provide an envelope of good information!

I was picked up at the airport exactly on time. I suggest scheduling pick up 1 hour after your flight due to immigration etc all was going well until we started driving I understand the driver cannot speak good English but he didn’t even bother talking to me. Eg like when we passing the sea or something I would ask what is the name of this beach but he was just ignoring me. Anyways I am happy and in future just send a friendly English speaking driver.

The mode of transportation was spectacular. The driver was very cordial and polite. I would definitely recommend them.

Though I gave it a five it was more like 4.5. I paid for my service which was good and organized. My issue was they scheduled me to talk with a rep of their company the next day, I was a little put off by that bc my time was limited and planned... I was only in the city for 3 days.

As a female solo traveller it was great that they were waiting for me when I arrived at night and I was transported very safely to my accommodation. Would certainly use them again.

When I purchased this service, the instructions were clear. Walked out of gate 3 at Phuket International Airport and there is my name displayed. The lady that greeted is really nice and gave me a welcome pack full of info on activities in Phuket. The driver was next level, I felt safe on the road whilst he was driving, careful and not speeding. Overall fantastic service

The staff was waiting for us when we landed in Phuket and had the driver available with minimal wait time for us to go to the hotel.

Much more than transport service What an unexpected and welcome experience Destination Services delivered, going beyond their core offering! We knew nothing of Destination Services, besides that they were providing our shuttle between Phuket Airport and our hotel in Karon Beach but they delivered so much more. A 24 X 7 contact during our stay in Phuket available to answer ANY questions we might have; an offering of above average tours and a very high level of professionalism in their provided services. From the welcome pack at the airport through to the courteous and cautious chauffeur to the airport for our departure, the service throughout was exceptional. Written itineraries and schedules were provided for everything, including a meet and greet appointment on our second day in Thailand. At the meet and greet on day 2, we were met in our hotel foyer by Zen, our Destination Services host assigned for the duration of our stay in Phuket. He made himself available to ask and answer any queries (from shopping to tours to recommendations on good days on which to do things, based on the weather predictions). In a country where even some of the hotel front-desk staff struggle with English, his fluency and comprehension were invaluable. Although the full day tour we did of Phuket highlights was more expensive than the sidewalk offerings (by 5-10%), we were one of 4 couples in a late model, air-conditioned minibus with a driver for the day and a separate, personable guide. She could face us in the bus while providing commentary and answering questions. Furthermore, at each stop she would take photos with our equipment for us to record the memories. The tour group size also meant each couple had their own row of 3 seats in the minibus, and in the heat of the tropics, that in itself is marvellous. Zen, our host for the duration of our time in Phuket, was contactable via text, phone or email (also on WhatsApp, if, like us, you have only Wi-Fi connectivity in Thailand). And, Destination Services were always punctual for our arrangements. Destination Services delivered more than shuttle services, giving us excellent customer service from each one of their staff or agents involved. A special thank you to Zen for his informative and helpful support during our time in Thailand.

Reach airport in the late evening and this is the only option left. 800baht/pax to go to Patong and the ride was superb. Clean and comfortable car, driver is friendly and give a lot of advise on where to go and what food is nice. The only issue I had is when I pay the fee at the counter. Paid 1000 baht, but wasn't given any change until I requested for it. Then they mentioned I have't pay them yet and requested for another payment until I showed them the receipt. Only by that time, they checked their float and give the change of 200 baht.

I decided to take this because of the high ratings. However I couldn't find them as they send me a map and they were not there. I called them, I have a thai number , and they were not able to tell me where to find the agent. Only 30 minutes later they were able to explain. On top of it they are a scam as the trip cost 400 but more than other companies ( 200 bht the rest 600 bht this one). In the midst of it when I wanted to cancel as I was desperate, they refused it. In summary I waited for more than 30 minutes they were not responsive. The only positive note is that the van is nice and not smelly. A small consolation for my ruined trip!!!!

This is perhaps the best option from the Phuket International Airport to the Phuket town. However, the taxis stops in some of the tour operator offices. I was menat to travel to the Phi Phi island from the Pjulet town the next day and they sold me the ferry ticket from the office. Later on I found that I ended up paying almost 1.75 times more than the usual ticket price. You can buy the Phi Phi island transfer from other local place (Even from your hotel) at a lower price.

<p>Kept us waiting for ages when we arrived then refused to take us because she couldn’t find us on the list so ended up having to pay for a taxi anyway. I don’t understand how we couldn’t be on the list when we booked it with viator who provided the shuttle company name. Even when shown the voucher</p>
