Really convenient, and worth paying for. Instead of standing in the immigration line for an hour or two, I went straight through and got to my car — no wasting vacation time standing in line. You also get a helper who meets you and directs you to your vehicle. It smooths the whole way. Recommended if you have the means.

From the start to end it was such a smooth experience, in and out of the airport under 10 minutes and straight into enjoying our honeymoon waitout the long wait. The lady we had was so friendly and so helpful would do again when we return for sure

This is the best service, there is no waiting at all. You get through customs so fast and with kids thats a win. They help get all your bags and safely into a car and on your way.

Our name was not there. So fast track did not happen. Had to buy again. After a long journey, missing the service was a big disappointment. I hoped a refund would be made.

Booking the VIP Fast Track in Phuket was hands down the best decision we made for our trip. From the second we stepped off the plane, the arrival was smooth, quick, and completely hassle-free. What really blew us away, though, was the incredible customer service before we even landed. Tak at IAsia Thailand noticed an error in the flight details we had submitted and proactively emailed us to get everything corrected ahead of time. Because of Tak's sharp attention to detail, our guide was waiting right at the gate to escort us through customs without a hitch.

Unfortunately no one showed up. I waited around for quite awhile. Luckily it didn't take too long to get through customs.

Couldn’t believe how good this service is. Met at the top of the fly bridge and through to baggage in 5 mins. The 2 staff assigned to us were brilliant. The normal queue for immigration was at least a 2 - 3 hr wait. I’ve never seen the arrivals hall so busy in many trip to Phuket. Anyone going through Phuket International, do yourself a BIG favour and use this service. You won’t regret it.

The fast track service was a great experience and made arriving at Phuket Airport a breeze. We were met at the jet bridge by a couple of very kind and helpful staff that help us navigate the airport and immigration. This saved us a ton of time when we were exhausted after several long flights and we were on our way to our hotel in less than 20 minutes.

I am not sure if it was because of low season in Phuket or because of the time my flight landed on a Monday afternoon, but there was no line at customs. When I got to customs after getting off the plane, I knew immediately I had wasted my money. The people on my flight got through customs about as fast as I did. Probably faster since I had to go over to the Coral counter first. The service itself was good and as advertised. The staff person was very kind and guided me over to the priority customs line. If there had been a line at the regular customs line, it would have been great, but for when I arrived, it was unnecessary. I guess consider when you’re arriving in Phuket when thinking of getting this service.

Seamless service, made sure we got to where we were going before leaving us. No line at immigration on the day of our particular arrival but was still worth it for the personal care he took

Absolutely do this if you are coming into Phuket. The guide helped me every step of the way, If I h not used this sevice, I would have been in the customs line over an hour. Well worth the money!

After an extremely long flight, this service got me through Customs in no time. The agent was super friendly as well.

We were met directly off the airbridge and escorted through the diplomatic channel with no queue whatsoever. Then to the luggage carousel where our luggage arrived after 5 mins and straight to a waiting car. Incredible service and time saving. We will definetly use again !

Wonderful lady met us at arrival gate, led us all the way to our departure gate. No fuss at any point. Bangkok airport is so big and busy I think I would have been overwhelmed if not for our guide. This was very convenient and saved me time and stress after 30 hours of travel. I used the VIP fast track with transfer to my hotel. Someone met me at my arrival gate, took me through the quick immigration line (the regular line was LOOOONNGG and I read a person can spend up to 3 hours in it), and then took me straight to my transport. This was everything I needed after spending so long traveling and I would definitely use it again.

8 minutes from door opening to sitting my backside on a car seat has to be a record! Fantastic service great people and possibly the quickest exit from an airport I’ve had in over 1200 flights. Well done does exactly what it says on the tin. For all you brits as I am I would rather pay a hundred quid than que for over 3.5 hours no brainer. Pay the money sit in air con :-)

Awesome service, we easily found our sherpa who guided through the airport, helped us with our bags and got us through customs quickly. They took us to our transport and right to the hotel. The return trip was just a easy and having club access allowed us to eat and have a drink in comfort while waiting for our flight home. I'd definitely use this service again.

Amazingly seamless experience. The representatives were waiting at the aerobridge. We were quickly escorted through immigration, luggage and customs. They even coordinated with the hotel pickup. We were curbside in 30 min post wheels down. Zero stress. Definite must if with kids / seniors

Money well spent. After 15hrs of flights it was wonderful to walk straight through immigration, avoiding the lengthy queues snaking around the arrivals hall. The priority desk was easy to find and the Coral representative extremely friendly and efficient. Will definitely use again whatever the cost!

What a godsend, queues went on for miles. We arrived, easily found the support team who quickly helped us to the short queue. Through and collecting cases within 10 minutes. Well worth the money and would recommend.

They did not meet us at the gate at Phuket Airport as expected. We were unable to locate any Viator representatives upon arrival. Additionally, the queue for the fast-track service was quite long.

Do not use this company. Even though I confirmed my flight time through messaging them through Viator, they did not show up. Viator refused to help and sided with the merchant. Will not use Viator again - both of them are crooks and just steal your money without providing the service.

Well worth the investment! We were in the van to the hotel within 20 minutes after getting off the plane. We arrived at 12:30, and I can only imagine that the regular immigration line was more than 2 hours long! Entry into Thailand requires fingerprinting (all 10 digits!), and this adds significant time to the process. All instructions and signage as shown in the activity profile are accurate and easily identified.

After disembarking we were immediately greeted with a smile by the representative who was very friendly and courteous, we were fast tracked through immigration like VIP's, bags were collected and we were out the doors to our waiting transfer all within 20 min. This was completly stress-free, thanks to our Agent for her recommendation of Viator Services.

Loved it. Quick and efficient. Took us literally minutes to clear immigration. There was a huge queue when we landed and would have taken us over an hour if we went through the normal queue. Would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling with a family ir has come on a long flight and would like to clear immigration in a fast an efficient manner.

Prompt, professional and even around 7pm well worth the money, considering crowds in the international arrival hall. Our flight was 20 minutes early but the agent was waiting for us at the end of jetway and escorted us to a very short fast-track immigration line.

We were met from the plane, escorted through immigration, the guys helped with our luggage, then got a taxi for us and put our bags into the cab, we were out of the airport in 20 mins.

Wow !! The process worked exactly as planned. We were met and escorted to the arrivals immigration area. There must have been several thousand people there!! The whole area was full. We were escorted straight past all those people to a special entrance and processed straight away. Then our escort showed us where to pickup our baggage and the correct carousel. Fantastic service and well worth the cost !!

Five-star service. We were met at the end of the air bridge upon arrival, as agreed. There were two people there: the first as the guide and the second as a porter. Everything went extremely smoothly. There were about 500 people waiting at immigration, but we were able to go straight through immigration in a separate line. I think we would have waited there for over an hour otherwise. Then we went to baggage claim, where the porter took our luggage. We then went to the exit, where the guide made sure we were safely directed to the taxi we had previously booked. I can't thank the company enough for the excellent service, which I would recommend to everyone. Thanks also to the people who guided us. We will definitely use this service again when we arrive in Thailand.

The guy was waiting for me at the end of the jet bridge as soon as I deplaned, and I was through customs and immigration and at my taxi in six minutes time. To save me well over an hour of waiting in line.

This was an awesome start of out trip. Our host met us as we walked off the plane, took us straight past the massive queue to enter the country. Then he took us to the luggage area picked up our bags, called our transfer company to inform them that we had gotten through the airport an hour faster than they expected and then he escorted us out to the pick up location. The team who met us were exceptional. We knew we had made a good decision when we saw how long the lines were for foreigners immigration ( I would estimate more than a hour to get thru) we were out in5 minutes and they handled everything. We had to pick up/ clear our cat and they even graciously assisted with that. I can not suggest strongly enough anyone coming into Thailand -do this! Thanks again to our assistants who were so charming and kind to us.

Best money spent, met me at airwalk and meant I didn’t have to queue with hundreds as I was fast tracked through immigration and customs with no queue and no fuss. Located my luggage and pre booked driver I was off in less than 20 mins from disembarking plane. Would have taken more than 1.5 hours without this.
