Phi Phi With Maya And Bamboo Island Day Trip By Speedboat

Don’t second guess yourself just book the tour; it’s worth it. We went to multiple stops on the tour. Our guide Roy and the other guys on the boat were so much fun. They kept the energy high. The only thing I didn’t like was the lunch at the buffet. The food just wants the best.

We had an incredible day on this speedboat tour! From start to finish, everything was exceptionally well-organized. The hotel pick-up and drop-off were super convenient, and our driver made sure we arrived right on time despite the morning traffic. Our tour guides were fantastic, thoroughly knowledgeable, professional, and very funny! They kept the transitions between activities running smoothly, and even with the typical crowds, they managed our group efficiently and made sure everyone was safely back on the boat on time. The itinerary offered plenty of highlights: Snorkeling: We got to snorkel twice with high-quality gear (no fogging or loose fits!). The coral and tropical fish were breathtaking, and the water was warm and perfect for swimming. Food & Refreshments: The boat was stocked with plenty of water and snacks throughout the day, the buffet lunch offered a great variety of choices, and we even got ice cream when we returned to the pier! Wildlife & Sights: Seeing monkeys jump off the cliff into the water as we approached was a fun highlight (definitely best to enjoy them from a distance!). Just a warning for Baby Shark Beach: stay ankle-deep—I put my toe in and didn't spot any, but I wasn't mad about that! Tips for future travelers: Water shoes, a towel, and an underwater phone case are absolute must-haves. If you don't have them, the crew sells them for a reasonable price. Check the weather before booking; we went at the end of the rainy season and lucked out with a day of full sunshine! A huge thank you to the Yacht Master team for making this trip a highlight of our vacation. You don't want to skip this!

Great experience. Got to see lots of amazing sites. We were on boat 12 with Paula on 5 Nov. She was knowledgeable, knew many languages, friendly, funny and adaptable. All the crew were helpful and friendly, cleaning shoes and hosing us down and helping on and off the boat as well as taking pictures of us. Refreshments were good. Was able to hire towels and fins at the port if required as well as buy water shoes and waterproof bags. The captain was very skilled manoeuvring challenging docking smoothly and catching up time when needed. Fantastic value for money. Ensured we got to sites before it got too busy so got the best experience. Driver at hotel was there early.

The tour guides were amazing and the best part of this experience, Peter, Sachsy, Jojo, and the crew balanced good laughs whilst ensuring everyone fully understood important information in a clear and accessible way. Unfortunately the timings advertised are misleading and this had a knock on effect on other plans I had made based on advertised timings. On the ad it said 08:30-16:30. It turns out that pick up is 07:00 and you arrive at the pier for 08:30, and the 16:30 finish is not at the pier but last island you finish which means the actual day runs from 07:00 - 18:30, it should be clearer about this on the advertisement. The second misleading thing on advertisement is the swimming requirements, I specifically selected this tour because there was no mention of snorkelling or needing to enter the water where it was listed on others. It turns out that there are two snorkelling sessions which o was fine to sit out but then I also was unable to access Bamboo island at the end of the day because the stopped short of the shore so you had to enter the water and then swim to beach which I am unable to do because of a disability.

Great sights! The boat ride is comfortable and many of the stops are excellent. I suggest leaving as early as possible as the main destinations can become quite crowded

Speedboat was small and seats were uncomfortable. I felt rushed in all the stops. Also, in the end, for 5 min they asked for tips and walked one by one with a box, which seems kinda odd and pushy. I was already thinking about leaving some tips, but I didn’t feel great with the attitude.

Amazing tour with such friendly tour guides. Highly recommend. Included drop off and pick up from our hotel, snorkelling, canoeing, breakfast and lunch for an amazing price. Will definitely be booking with them again when I return!!! Thank you so much to all staff members at One Asia!!

Poor weather conditions and tour went ahead with. Boat was rough at sea and dangerous. Not a good tour with bad weather and nit enjoyable. The tour should have been canceled. Would not book again and don't recommend

We had the best experience with Smile and her team! Truly a lovely day and Smile brings all her good energy to make a memorable day for all. We had two children age 5 and 9 and they were well taken care of. Everything was so well organized, from the transfer from our hotel althrough the day with breathtaking stops and ending with an ice cream before heading back to the hotel. So thankful and would recommend this trip to anyone who wants to see these beautiful Islands!

Well organised, professional and friendly team, wonderful islands and delicious food throughout the day. Roy and the team on boat 18 were very attentive, they took videos and photos throughout the day. They were a fantastic team. Definitely recommend

A wonderful experience, from pick up to transported to the wharf. Jackie and his team were amazing, making it fun and memorable. Went out of their way to be inclusive with providing a one on one lifeguard while I was able to float and snorkel as I was not a competent swimmer. Enjoyed the music,sightseeing and speedboat experience.

Really great day and fantastic guides. Smile on Loam 2 was incredible! It was a bit too long for us and we wished we picked a trip with a shorter duration.

Beautiful Islands but the day was spoiled by a loud guide, rushed stops, and I should have checked our group was too large … unpleasant. A small group would have been more personal and peaceful like the other company we used for the James Bond tour!!

The island is one of the most beautiful places I have been, so overall I had a great time getting to see it, and the tour does pack a lot into the day. My biggest drawback is that the company has turned this into such a well-oiled machine that you feel like cattle being hauled through a factory. Nothing about it felt personal, which is what a guided tour should feel like. From the moment you step into the meeting point, you get an almost military-style welcome: fall in line. After that, you get a number, and that's how they reference you for the rest of the day. You have guides yelling back and forth, and our guide talked so fast I could barely understand what he was saying. A lot of things felt like a checklist he needed to get through to move you along to the next station. I think the company has a very good plan for what the experience should be like, but they need to work on staff training to be more personable and make the experience feel more human — not like animals being moved through a factory. That being said, the island was so beautiful I still enjoyed seeing it. ---

Wow, what a day. Everything about this company was perfect from pick up at our resort in the morning, till drop off that evening. The staff were entertaining, and made the experience even more enjoyable for our family. The places visited were interesting, and the time spent at each was about right. Only downsides to the whole day were out of the operators control. Some of the other people on the trip were rude, and we found one of them going through o bag. Plus the amount of rubbish floating in the water and on the beaches was heartbreaking. Two staff worth mentioning were "Latte" and "Sexy". These two were perfect for their role. Thank you

Had a great time on this tour! First time in Thailand, been training in Phuket and wanted to explore. Transfer to and from the docks, staff were friendly and explained everything. Wow, what a beautiful world we live in. The swimming in the coral reefs was amazing, like being in an aquarium. There were a lot of people but you felt you could get good photos and they were aware of the importance of conservation. The guides were great and we had a fantastic time.

Amazing team - fun, clear, professional, organised!!! The boat was fast, comfortable, clean! The islands visited were all varied and awesome! The snorkelling was great … clear, nice variety of fish! The snacks & food provided hit the spot! Highly recommend this trip!

An amazing day out. The staff were amazing and Paula’s commentary made our trip, hilarious. The sea was so clear and beautiful. The coral and fish were much better than expected. Even my teenage son loved it and he was against going! It was that good. The lunch was pretty good too. Usual buffet. If you are reading this and wondering if to go to Bamboo, Maya beach and Phi Phi - just book it you won’t be disappointed.

Bloody brilliant the team on loma 4 with donut all the guys very professional and organised told us what was happening every step of the way, such good guys plenty of water and juices and lunch was nice. Beautiful spots to see

Me and couple friends booked this day trip and we really have fun and enjoyed the day trip. The guide and the whole crew were really sweet and friendly. I had a great snorkeling experience the staff helped because i really dont know how to swim. Our Group was good size, we had enough time to take pictures at all the spots

Yacht Master Team Number 5 is amazing!

Great experience and a worthwhile day trip. Boat was large enough, safety was paramount and entertaining characters. Snorkeling was great - if you are booking before you travel - pack your own snorkel, fins, beach towel and reef shoes.

Our trip was fab 👌 Latte, Brian and crew were amazing. They were great hosts, they took great pics and went out of their way to help. Best trip ever!!

One Asia – Phuket Experience 🇹🇭 I chose One Asia because they had some of the best reviews, and I decided to pay the higher price because I wanted this to be an unforgettable experience. Sadly, I was quite disappointed. I was under the impression that One Asia would be the company actually organising and providing our trips, but it turned out that they had arranged for another company to carry out the experience. For the price I paid, I expected something more professional and personal. Unfortunately, the experience felt more like a budget tour, which was not what I expected after choosing One Asia based on their reviews and paying a premium price. It’s disappointing when you pay more because you trust a company’s reputation, only to feel that what you received didn’t match the price or expectations. Sadly, not the unforgettable experience I was hoping for.

Excellent trip and will go back again. Worth booking with TripAdvisor as it was much cheaper than local agencies.

Our Phi Phi, Maya Bay & Bamboo Island Speedboat Tour was absolutely amazing and one of the highlights of our Phuket trip! The speedboat was modern, clean, and very comfortable, and the crew kept everyone entertained with great music and a fun atmosphere throughout the day. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of food, beverages, and fresh fruits, all beautifully presented and available during the trip. A special thank you to Latte and her incredible team for making the experience so enjoyable. Latte was funny, energetic, and always checking that everyone was happy and comfortable. She even offered to take photos for everyone and kept us laughing with her jokes. I especially appreciated how kind and caring she was when I got seasick—she made sure I was okay and looked after me the whole time. Their professionalism, positivity, and genuine hospitality made this tour unforgettable. I highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting Phuket!

Very professional and felt safe at all times. Very environmentally friendly also. The trip took in the key island locations in perfect order with right amount of info to help us enjoy and make the most of our trip. The time at each location felt about right. We were on boat LUMA 10. The staffs were great. Provided free pick up and drop off service for the hotel that was not on their list. Everything was perfect.
