I spent most of the cruise outside taking photos of the illuminated buildings. Dinner was fine, but the scenery was the real reason I enjoyed the evening. Bring a light jacket if you sit on the open deck.

My group and I had a great time on this tour - our guide Shirley was an absolute blast and really made the experience for us. The islands were beautiful, we saw monkeys, and had some absolutely amazing snorkeling. The breakfast was... honestly awful and did not accommodate a vegan diet but lunch did and was amazing. Happy to overlook a mediocre breakfast when the rest of the experience was so good! I would just say maybe eat your own breakfast before hand if you don't want mostly cookies and cake for breakfast lol.

My wife and I have traveled around the world and we have seen many things and we have experienced things that I never thought were possible but this was breath taking. By far the greatest thing that we have ever seen and it experienced in our lives. The islands look like something out of a sci fi movie. The water was crystal clear and felt amazing. I would love to do this again.

This is a nice tour with friendly guides. Be aware boat is a speedboat and covered so you cannot see along the ride. Also not a lot of time to relax on the islands.

Cost for 2 people off beach vendor 3300baht Got picked up 715 was 1015 til was in boat (1hour taxi ride) NO LIFEJACKETS GIVEN OUT think there were some on board not sure if enough for everybody though Breakfast very poor 1 table6x3 for 150 people toast jam Luke warm tea (wouldn’t feed my dog it ) But half way though the morning the bought a Tupperware box of JAM sandwiches out!! But after 20/30 people had put there hands in there I didn’t bother 🤣 1st stop had to pay 400baht pp for change into long tail boat (couldn’t get off boat ) 2/3 more stops into very busy beaches wouldn’t take this type of trip again very busy lunch was a local all you can eat cafe hygiene very questionable (didn’t have runs afterwards though!) go to a different beach and go with different operator

Beautiful scenery excellent crew! Captain Jack and Sandy were great, they made sure all guests had the best possible experience. Plenty of food and drinks through the day. The down side is if you don’t like a lot of people everywhere don’t go in high season. So many people it made the experience less than ideal. The snorkelling was so crowded it was difficult to move around. The coral is dead and not many fish compared to other spots we have been. We would have liked more time to walk around Phi Phi Don but with lunch it was very rushed and no time to explore. Again no fault of the crew they went above and beyond . If you are going to do the tour I highly recommend this company

The trip itself was enjoyable, Beautiful islands but rushing too much and the end of the day boat was taking it time moving very slow on return.Lack of safety and organizing the tour with stops. Lack of proper seats, as a result few people were jumping and falling off their chairs. The boat had 6-8 rows for only 2 people to seat, and the rest had to seat around the boat without having proper coushions or comfortable benches. The Mr .D or B... Tour guide he was funny and careless at the same time ,one of the engines of the boat stop working and they tried to fix it without evacuating the boat . While we were sitting on the boat and floating, one of the tour guys took the gas line and started to suck on it with his mouth and at the same time connecting it to the engine while the engine still was running. We were lucky that didn't have big explosure and fire on the boat. Needless to say like any other area that you go in Thailand there are massage girls waiting for customers every where, there were also 2 yonge girls trying their best to work with most of the guys on the boat no matter how old they were as a couple or family they had no hesitation with none stop eyeing and smiling ......which that was taking a way the pleasure of being in nature also.( wrong place )but I assume was a right place for them since can meet so many tourist.They seems knowing Mr ... tour guy on the both and talking the same language. I will never try to go with the tour company again.

Door to door service (and we were an hour away up in Mai Khao), a welcome breakfast, beautifully organized check in process, attentive tour guides, catered lunch buffet, excellent tour sites, and a departing gift…. all for under $200USD! My partner and I were so impressed. 5 stars!

Enjoyable day trip by speed boat, taking in Khai Iskand, Phi Phi islands and Maya bay. We were collected from our hotel in Patong at the agreed time and brought to the departure point where a light breakfast was available. Details of the tour were explained with warnings provided for people with bad backs etc as they said the wind may make the journey a bit bumpy. The trip was as advertised with some fabulous scenery, plenty of opportunities for snorkelling and swimming and there was lots of water and soft drinks provided throughout the day. Only negatives / suggestions for improvement was that the boat was a bit crowded and having even 5 or 6 less people onboard would make it more comfortable for everyone. The buffet lunch on Phi Phi Don was disappointing and of poor quality by comparison with other similar trips /excursions where food was provided. Overall, though, it was an enjoyable day and I would recommend it.

The staff on board this boat are very helpful The day starts with pickup from motel about 7am , when you get to marina you are offered tea,coffee breakfast Ones on boat you are offered plenty of drinks on way out to islands, which are amazing you get off can swim,snorkel then go to next island where offered lunch and the opportunity to look around island Stop at another island due to national park no swimming, amazing to visit Then trip back to marina over hour Transfer back to hotel about 7pm Long day certainly worth it

was told by the hotel staff that this was the best service to Phi Phi from Phuket and I completely agree. The trip itinerary is excellent, the boat was fantastic and the boat staff led by a Captain Jack ;) was fabulous.

If you are looking for a party boat/booze cruise to spend the day soaking up the sun with friends, THIS IS NOT THE BOAT TOUR FOR YOU. This trip was incredibly disappointing and arguably the worst thing we did on our trip to Thailand. On the morning of the trip there were incredibly heavy winds, which in turn caused approximately 8-10ft swells in the ocean. Instead of communicating this risk, the tour chose to continue on despite this weather. The tour also cancelled 4 of the stops due to it being too dangerous, but did not communicate this until we were on board. On the board the boat, which was not the same boat from the brochure, we were piled in over capacity with almost 40 people (with 3 boats total, so about 120 people in the whole group) despite being guaranteed a small party. We were crammed in like sardines with no sort of safety belt. The people around us were vomiting profusely and one customer even had a violent outburst on board due to his frustrations with the danger of the boat. We spent more time traveling on dangerous, nauseating seas than we did getting to experience the beautiful islands off of Thailand. We are in the process of getting a refund due to this experience taking away a day of our vacation and truly felt robbed of the relaxing, special experience we were promised

It was an amazing experience from pick up from the hotel to hotel drop off. English guide Mr. Habib was an amazing host with his co-workers providing knowledge about the places and helpful to click photos and make videos.

Transfer is by air conditioned mini bus and took around 10 minutes each way from where we stayed in Ratsada. The boat wasn’t over crowded but seats are benches rather than separate seats. A light breakfast offered on arrival with toast, tea, snacks, etc. The buffet lush of fresh fish, chicken curry, pasta, vegetables, fried chicken and rice was amazing. We had various stops at different islands - mostly crowded and snorkelling spots exceptionally busy especially later in the day. The Blue Lagoon was packed with boats, not leaving much room for swimming and was contaminated with diesel. The tour boat offered paddleboard and kayak which was a bonus to still do an activity but not swim in the water. Maya bay was our last stop late afternoon which wasn’t nice - you are like ants queued to get onto and off the island just to see a small overcrowded beach. Further snacks and hot food options available when you return to the pier before the transfer home. The tour took around 8 hours in total and is pretty laid back so is a good option if you don’t want an overly long or busy day. It was well organised and the staff are helpful. If you like a quieter tour with less hustle and bustle with better snorkelling, I would recommend either Similan or Surin tour (both run by SeaStar also). Although they are longer days and more transfer time, they are much better days out in my opinion.

The tour is far from premium. You are on the boat more than you are off the boat. Lunch was very ordinary with 3 out of 4 us becoming ill in what I would call like a cafeteria not a restaurant as advertised and where it says you are on Ko Phi Phi Don for 2 hours in actual fact we were there for only 1 hour. There is no swimming at Maya Bay. The tour was plus plus with optional activities. One which we all paid for was to tour around the water on an old junk for sightseeing at Pileh Bay and Loh Samah Bay. Whilst in fact it was only for a photo shoot of yourself and everyone else on the tip of the junk. Monkey Beach was for only 15 mins. Viking Cave was just pointed out. Swimming was limited. We did not receive what we paid for.

Efficient itinerary and management. Staff were friendly and helpful. Stops were at the right areas of the islands. Perhaps to reduce number of participants as boat was too crowded, otherwise, a pleasant experience.

Amazing overall experience from the service provided by the tour company (SeaStar) to of course the sightseeing and even the included lunch buffet. The company picked me up at the hotel right on schedule and then after a check-in and quick what-to-expect and safety presentation we set off. First Khai Island, then Monkey Beach, then Maya Bay ("The Beach") and then another cove and then Viking Cove. Though we jammed in a ton of things, the pacing and funny and chill tour guides never made it feel hectic. The company was first rate, too, with its background information about each site we visited. Guides were always ready to take photos with guests' cameras, which was very nice given that they also had their own photographer on board and would sell photos to everyone at the end. So you can definitely get really good photos of your group without paying. The lunch was also excellent, which isn't always a given on tours like this, though perhaps it is in Thailand (where all three tours I did provided excellent lunch). It was buffet style. Overall, a great value.

Did a Phi Phi Islands tour with went to The main island for a swim. Maya Bay for a photo/dip stop. A drive by Monkey beach, a snorkelling session and then bamboo island. The place was very busy with people - but the timing and organisation of the tour was exceptional. The team lead by Primi were also first class. I had a wonderful time and enjoyed a day that I will never forget.

Undertook a full day tour with the ‘Andaman’ company for a visit to Phi Phi island. The trip included a visit to Monkey Beach, a cave system, Maya Beach and the local town for lunch. A knowledgeable & funny English speaking guide lead our expedition of around a dozen people on a large boat. The whole day was great fun, especially if you like being on the water.

Loved this tour. They are really fun and do everything they can to help their customers. The staff is friendly and makes sure everyone is safe and feeling well. Definitely recommend.

We had a great day, visiting amazing places! We would definitely do it again 👍👍Though we booked a tour for max 15 pax, as advertised on booking site, and we ended up with 45 people ?? Not enough time in Kho Phi Phi (1h for lunch for visit is too short) and the the last island (Kai island, where we also stayed for 1h) is a tourist trap… nothing to do but spend money on beer and other stuff.

This trip is well worth doing, many stops , great lunch & swimming in the lagoon fantastic! However, I will add that if you have elderly family members making this trip,((or less mobile) you do need to be able to move from one boat to another for lunch, this proved very tricky!Also to be able to get off at stops by getting into the water at about knee depth and wading to shore. Overall, very enjoyable trip!

Is was so amazing trip with amazing crew we really enjoy with our family I will recommend this company for everyone go ahead But I will not recommend to do the diving I don’t enjoy that much 😅

I enjoyed the trip overall, but the beginning of the trip was harsh. The waters were VERY choppy and it was a monsoon rain, which drenched everyone on the speed boat. A monkey tried to take my bag on monkey island, but I managed to overpower him. be careful!! The water was beautiful, islands beautiful and the staff was great.

Very well planed. Staff was amazing. Very well organized. They planed around 5 times to eat. Plenty of time to swim, to snorkel we even had time to paddle board. Highly recommend :)

They take you to monkey island which is an incredibly dangerous island with wild monkeys; they said just stay away from the monkeys (which we did) me and my husband ended up getting bit despite following instructions; they had NO first aid kits or antiseptic on the boat and the tour operator washed us with sunscreen, if there is a risk of getting bit, why is this tour putting its customers at risk? Incredibly negligent. The woman who drove us to the hospital and the driver deserve five stars for their hospitality. Think twice before booking.

It was a wonderful trip with excellent provision of water and Pepsi throughout the trip, the lunch was tasty and we had a chance to see so many beautiful islands at a time that was surprisingly quiet. The last stop is a bit of a cash cow and there's tons of pressure to spend money unnecessarily, would skip it although it is a welcomed break from the noise of the boat ride. Advise to try to sit up front or on the sides as the back seat is really uncomfortable. The pictures are really lovely.

Terrible! They should have cancelled! Weather was wet and seas were very rough. We were absolutely drenched and cold and our dry clothes/towels were wet. Tide was high on monkey beach, so had to stand in water to avoid monkeys. Quite a few of us got off at Phi Phi island to catch the ferry back as it felt safer. One lady’s husband, who stayed on the tour, said the boat didn’t even stop at all stops due to rough seas, didn’t go to Khai island, was back in Phuket 2 hours ahead of schedule. Need to think of the safety and wellbeing of customers. Also, the value for money if not stopping all stops.

I recommend it only if you want to punish your self for something you did wrong. Was very bad arrangement by c star travel ... spent too much time in their shop explaining the process .. The ling bout trip was a jock .. the Monkey island was not performed ... i will not recommend the trip at all ... go for James Bond trip as it is great one

Not going to lie but this has to be the best excursion i have ever done EVER! This was my girlfriends and I first trip to Thailand from New York and i have to say i had the best time of my life . Our tour guides Sexy Maya and Sexy Mina were just the greatest thing of life. The most sweet and genuine people you can ever meet. We told them we couldn’t swim, which we were the ONLY ones on our boat that couldn’t swim and they made us feel super comfortable getting into the water and participating in all activities. They were super amazing i swear. Almost felt like i knew them all my life. We had a photographer on our boat whose job was to follow us all around and take amazing pictures of us but our guides also volunteered and offered to take the most beautiful pics of me and my gf. I swear anyone wanting to go to PhiPhi or James Bond island or any excursion they offer while definitely book with sea star. I really cannot say enough on how amazing this experience was. We also met the most amazing people on board i swear our group was the best ever lol. Not forgetting the main guide before we got delegated into groups , Bee, he was very funny and smart and was very informative on what was to come once we set board. I swear these people know what they are doing and how to be welcoming. Anybody says otherwise is beyond crazy. Literally the longest review ever because i really need to let it be know how much of a great time my girlfriend and I and the rest of the people on board had. Thank you so much SeaStar and shout out to Team Yellow lol.

I have tried a number of the tour companies in Phuket and can recommend Seastar to anybody. The tours are well organized and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The boat used on this tour was top class. The seas were a bit rough but I never felt unsafe as the boat was sturdy and the captain did a job navigating. Food was also really good on this particular tour. The only drawback was it was only a 1 day trip.

Efficient booking and planning. Efficient planning on the day — from pick-up to processing at private boat terminal to return to our villa. Friendly, helpful and fun staff throughout the day. Good sequencing (starting with Phi Phi Leh) and pacing (not to short and not too long) of each stop. Good food. Overall a very pleasant and memorable experience.

We booked this tour early on in our Phuket trip but because of the sandbox program we had to push it back to after the 7th day of our trip. It was well worth it!! We left from the Marina and the weather was on our side. The sun was shining and everything was clear in the water. We went to multiple locations to snorkel and swim. The tour went off without a hitch from beginning to end. Our main guide, Sunny was wonderful. I would definitely do the tour again!

If you want the full experience with a long tail boat at Phi Le Lagoon, pictures (additional costs for national park and necessary antigen test during covid times) you have to spend at least 1600 Baht per person on top. Sadly, this tour did not visit Ko Phi Phi Don, although covid had allowed it. But we were only informed of this on the pier some minutes before the tour starts - no up-to-date information before hand. You may not know what you get since we did not stop at all described spots and most of the time we either drove by or stopped for a 5 to 10 minute picture session which is an unorganized mess at the front of the boat. You also don't know the other people you are traveling with. In our case: People standing on corals without consequence and throwing juck food in the sea. Unbelievable! Also staff through trash in the sea or cold Pepsi for monkeys to drink. This makes me sad. Also your photos will be openly visible on Facebook. We reget taking this tour...

I highly recommend the Phi Phi and Khai Islands Premium Service Trip by Seastar Andaman From Phuket. The times at each stop were perfect, not too short, not too long. The guide and boat crew were great and very helpful, even making sure we got the prefect photos on the beach. The snacks and drinks provided throughout the day were a nice surprise as well. The two different snorkeling stops were great with lots of sea life to check out. 5 stars for the ‘premium service’ and would definitely do again.

We really enjoyed the tour. the hotel pickup was on time. After checking in, there's a little morning snack buffet for the guests. Also, the tour was very organized and the guides are super helpful, fun, and shared lots of interesting information.

Fun tour. Beautiful sites. Ride on the front of the boat to get the full experience but bring sunscreen! The sun is brutal. Lunch was not good but there are other places on Phi Phi to get something if you want. The staff were really friendly and fun. We had a blast!

Beautiful day on the sea. Seastar had it all very well organized. Coffee/snacks to greet us at the office, and then water/soft drinks all day on the boat. I did the Phi Phi Island & Khai Island tour. Beautiful from a distance, but man, these places are sooo over-crowded! Khai Island is literally a little sand island covered with bars and restaurants. There was a guy on the tour taking pictures and shooting video of us all day. We could buy a usb stick to be delivered to our hotel that same night. I paid for it, and expected to get it later that night. No usb stick. I have now returned home, emailed Sea Star AND the photo company, but still no reply. I paid about $40 for the photos/videos, so it's not cheap. A person at my hotel called them and were told they would email me a link to download it, but still nothing. I want my photos. Or my money back.

The Phi Phi Island Tour made up for the long wait for the boats to be distributed. We visited beautiful islands, saw dreamlike bays and were able to discover the incredibly beautiful underwater world while snorkeling. It was an unforgettable excursion with great impressions of a dream country.

Very nice day spent today with Sea star. Pick up from our hotel to the Pier de phang nga, some snacks and drinks offered then explanations in English on the progress of the day. We then boarded a speedboat with 7 crew members all very friendly including 2 guides ,1 for English and the other for Chinese. All the steps were nice apart from the fact that the time you can spend there is relatively short,more or less 45minutes to 1h for each stop. Otherwise, nice experience and extreme kindness of the staff on board. We'll start again.
