This was honestly one of the highlights of our Thailand holiday, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish, even before we had arrived in Thailand! The communication from the staff beforehand was brilliant. They kept us informed, explained everything we needed to know, including timings and what to expect, and answered all our questions promptly. It really made the whole process stress-free. When we arrived, we were greeted by our tour guide Jimmy he was so friendly, upbeat and welcoming. He explained what the tour would involve and made us feel at ease straight away. The tour itself was a fantastic experience. Jimmy really went above and beyond for us, making sure we got the most out of our day. He took some amazing photos, gave us great recommendations and made the whole experience that little bit more special. It was clear he genuinely wanted us to have a great time. From the initial communication to the tour itself, everything was spot on. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. A definite 10 out of 10 and a well-deserved five stars! This is my second time using 5star marine Phuket and they delivered outstanding service yet again. The tour guide was so professional and speaks good English. He asked us what we wanted to do and customized our itinerary accordingly. He also took us to a lovely restaurant for lunch. The entire group had a blast and will do it again next time we are back in Phuket. Absolutely 5 star experience.

Such a memorable day! Everything about the day was seamless - no waiting around at all. As soon as we arrived at the Marina we were straight on our boat and over to Maya Beach to make the most of the quiet before the crowds. Our guide was attentive throughout with drinks, fruit and some information about the local area. It was a great tour and we managed to pack in so much in one day - monkeys, lunch, canoe trip, caves, swim and a visit to all the key sites. We will definitely be recommending this company to our friends.

We hired 5 star marine for a full day to see phi phi island and James Bond island in one day. The day was planned to perfection. Boat was comfortable, spotless and had everything you could possibly need on a long day. We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids. The crew was absolutely fantastic and very kind with children. We had Noon as our English speaking guide. Wonderful girl. We got to see everything and all the stops were planned very well. We enjoyed every moment and could not have asked for a better day. The driver was also punctual and all vendors hired along the way were exceptional also. Noon even took the time to preorder lunch for us and by the time we got to a beautiful restaurant, food was already waiting on the table for us( hot). Every stop was smooth and no time wasted whatsoever. Noon made a lot of effort taking photos everywhere. I would also like to add that I contacted multiple companies before hiring 5 star marine and they all said that doing both islands in one day was practically impossible but this company did it wonderfully. Thank you all. Don’t think twice. Hire this company. Worth every penny.

We booked a full day trip. The pick up and drop off was amazing. The tour and staff were sooo friendly and very accommodating! My party decided to skip lots of the activities and we spent most of the time on the boat, the islands weren’t crowded, but we didn’t get off as the kids weren’t interested. Yet, we had an amazing time! We paid twice for admission fees but that was ok. We got off to one beach for a quick swim before lunch and it was BEAUTIFUL! The lunch was AMAZING!! We were a family of 8: 4 adults, 4 kids aged 9,7,4 and 11months old. Baby got seasick but the team handled well 🤣 I forgot the staff name thanks to my fish memory but we were on boat #9 on the 9th Aug2026! I really appreciated how accommodating, caring and respectful the staff were with my family! Highly recommend the tour 🤍🙏🏽

Unfortunately the weather was not ideal and certain areas were not accessible. The boat crew made the best of it and were very accommodating. This trip is great for people who like to get into the water to swim and snorkel. The boat itself was fairly simple. We stopped for lunch at a small local island and the food was excellent.

Celebrating a 50th birthday, we chose this tour firstly for their reviews on safety, particularly with a 3 and 4 year old granddaughters. They did not disappoint, our guide Ya Ya and crew went above and beyond, nothing couldn’t be accommodated. Myself, wife and 4 adult children spend an awesome day on the island, swimming, snorkeling, canoeing and paddle boarding in absolutely beautiful water and scenery. They took us to a little fishing village on one of the Islands, where tucked on the bank was a great authentic Thai restaurant. We canoed into caves and walked through water caves. They accommodated my wife who suffers walking difficulties and could not have done more to facilitate our 2 small grandchildren. All of us had a very memorable day which was topped off returning to their office where they arranged a birthday cake and all sang Happy Birthday. I honestly can not recommend this tour company more. Value for money, safety plus and so very friendly. From enquiry, to booking, communication was prompt and informative. 5 Star Marine are true professionals.

A wonderful experience , started with comfortable pickup to a nice welcome at Pier office , enjoy looking at magic beautiful nature , tour guide was very helpful , advised on hidden gems to capture photos , not to forgot they offer a nice birthday celebration on the boat with complimentary cake & fruits Mr.Shaun & his team are doing a great job in offering life- long memories , definitely will come again probably in March 2027

We had an incredible experience with 5 Star Marine Phuket. Although the sea was quite choppy that day, the crew remained professional, attentive and made sure we all felt safe and comfortable throughout the journey. They also surprised my friend with a lovely cake for her 50th birthday, which made the day extra special. Our guide, Phi (“Five”), was just fantastifriendly, fun and helped us pose while taking beautiful photos and videos that were later shared with us. We would absolutely book with 5 Star Marine again and highly recommend them!

Awesome private tour to both Phi Phi islands and James Bond island on the same day! Shaun was good and prompt with email communications during planning. Boat was clean with drinks , snorkeling gear and fruit included. Tour guide and staff were friendly. The restaurant they took us had great delicious food, the best meal we had in Thailand. Our guide, Kris, and crew were fantastic. The boat was amazing and fast. Got must there before anyone else. We had Phi Phi essentially to ourselves. Beating the crowd is a must. Choppy seas made us a little sea sick and they went out of their way to make us comfortable, even driving the boat in a way to minimize waves. Could not recommend this company more. We booked our private boat tour with directly from the UK, and honestly the entire experience was incredible from start to finish. It was so much easier booking direct rather than going through a third party, and the communication throughout was absolutely outstanding. Just before we travelled, we were added into a dedicated WhatsApp group with the team, which made everything so easy. We could ask questions anytime and always got quick, helpful replies. Even on the morning of the trip, they sent us a photo of our taxi waiting at the hotel, which was such a reassuring and professional touch. On the day itself, San and his crew were genuinely phenomenal, a truly “5 Star” service in every sense. Travelling as two families with 5 adults and 4 kids, the team went above and beyond to make sure everyone had the best possible day. San was brilliant with the children, taking time to involve them, make them laugh, and ensure they were enjoying every moment. What really stood out was the attention to safety. When the sea became a little rough, San immediately made sure the children came safely inside the boat, but as soon as conditions improved, he got them back outside enjoying the experience again. You could tell the crew were constantly aware of both safety and making sure everyone was having fun. Our trip to the and was absolutely fantastic. We saw so much during the day, but it never once felt rushed. Having a private tour that combined multiple areas into one day worked perfectly for our group and gave us memories we’ll never forget. Huge thanks to San and the crew, along with Shaun, Halen, and all the back-office team who answered our endless questions before the trip. Right from providing quote to taking care of the guests they provided an excellent experience . We visited all the sites within our limited time we had and five star crew planned well to avoid crowds and provide a seamless experience. What a fantastic day out- If we could rate it 6 stars we would indeed!!! From dealing with Shaun over email from Australia to organise our customised itinerary where nothing was a problem , and all requests were accommodated, to communication once we had arrived in Phuket 5 Star was just fabulous. We were picked up at dawn from our resort and taken to the marina to board the boat with our guide Ricky, captain and engineer,Bob and Ne. These guys were the best , so informative, accomodating and gracious- very lovely. We visited Maya Bay, Phi Phi islands, stopped for coffee, snorkelled in crystal clear waters, had a wonderful lunch with a water view , visited James Bond island and canoed through green waters surrounded by vertical limestone karsts….. What a day to remember - thank you 5 Star Marine !!

Had an amazing day with Dewi and crew. Loved every minute. The boat was in perfect and clean condition and the crew was incredibly attentive and professional. We had a 6.30am pick up to avoid the crowds. The lunch at Ban Rim Nam was excellent!! We had a fabulous day out with Beer and the team from Five Star Marine. We were given recommendations on how to structure the tour at the start of the day which was really thoughtful. Beer was kind enough to stay with our youngest child when he got tired so our eldest didn’t miss out on time with her parents. Lunch at the recommended restaurant was amazing too! Yes, it’s pricey - but…you’re picked up from whether you are staying and taken back again; your boat has a crew of 4- including the guide; you really do have refreshments on tap; you’re taken to lots of places and your guide will make sure you get the best views/photos; the restaurant you’ll be taken to is idyllic and has fabulous views; you’ll get to snorkel in a peaceful area so it feels like you’re in a tropical fish tank; people will paddle and take you for a canoe ride; you’ll see monkeys on an island! We really enjoyed it!

Hands down highlight of our trip to Thailand. 5star marine were the perfect tour organisers and went out of their way to look after us. We had a baby as well with us and they made sure to make him as comfortable as possible. Jessica was our guide on the day and we couldn't have asked for anyone better. Her attention to detail was amazing and recommendations were spot on. The tour itself is highly recommended but I'd recommend 5star marine to any friends or family if you want the best experience.

I really enjoyed my time on Phi Phi island! The boat ride was amazing and such a joy! Our host was phenomenal! She made it so much fun and catered to our every need! We enjoyed the fruit and beverages! She provided us with excellent options on which islands to visit. Thank you!

Yaya and the rest of the team were absolutely fantastic! What a great day from start to finish. Clean and well-maintained boat and great staff with incredible destinations. We got picked up at our hotel 6:30am in a nice van, skipped the worst of the traffic getting to the other side of the island. Reviewed the map with Yaya, discussed my goals and some physical limitations, and off we went. James Bond was fun, but I especially loved the kayak ride in the sea caves, especially since we didnt have to paddle. Also hiking through the ankle-deep water with flashlights in Oyster Cave with Yaya as our guide was super fun. Absolutely breathtaking scenery everywhere! Got to see the sandbar and have a nice lunch at Koh Yao Yai. and then on to Phi Phi. The ice chests were very helpful for us to store our drinks, and they served lovely fresh cut up fruit for us in the afternoon. The only downer was I felt the speakers on the boat were not plentiful enough with good sound for playing our music over the sound of the engines. All in all a great day! Definitely bring your water shoes and towels.

This was a planned outing for myself (75)) and my wife (63). Beer ( our guide) and the entire crew of 3 ( including an intern ) were fantastic Very knowledgeable friendly and professional. Beer did a great job of planning our day so that we could see what we were interested in and get back in around 6 hours. I have some mobility issues ( Parkinson’s) and the crew could not have been more helpful or courteous. They were always ready willing and able to assist me in getting on and off the boat. I cannot imagine a better experience!

I booked this trip after our flight home was cancelled due to the Middle East situation, I’m so glad we got to go. The crew are super organised and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble . There was 4 iof us and 4 crew. We had the lovely Fii as our guide who was amazingly friendly chatty and lovely. The Captain, Sunji was so smiley and helped us with anything we needed . And what can I say about the 2 deckhands Non and Aswa - when 2 of our group entered the water they were both checking to make sure they were ok. We really felt they went above and beyond . Anywhere we moved on the boat, they were there to provide a hand/arm to help. I also saw them wash and clean their hands after every interaction too. I felt really emotional as we left them as they really helped us to unwind about not getting home! All Thai’s are lovely in general, but this crew was really special. I’ll remember this trip for the rest of my life,

Absolutely amazing crew and a beautiful experience from start to finish. Everything was thoughtfully tailored to our family’s needs. We are a young family with three children, including a one year old baby girl, and they truly went above and beyond, even assigning a dedicated crew member just to take care of her and preparing a special cushion for her to sleep comfortably on the boat. They paid attention to every detail, from fresh fruit and service to fulfilling all our wishes and advising us on the best spots to visit. They also helped with photos and made sure we created unforgettable memories.

We had an amazing day with Five Star. Because it was private, we could customize our itinerary which was so great! We snorkeled twice. We chose whether we wanted to go onto the island or not. We were taken to a great restaurant for lunch and they called ahead so our food was ready. Everything was smooth and accommodating. Our guide YaYa was fantastic!

What an amazing experience. The 5 Star Marine crew was exceptional! Kris, Kip, and Kim were beyond excellent! Kris was very informational and kept everyone one the boat well informed of the Islands we visited and the corral reefs we snorkeled. Kim was an excellent boat Captain as well as Kris and Kip for helping with all others duties on the boat. We booked an 8 hour tour, starting at 6.30am. They were really clear with the communication after booking and again prior to the trip. Our guide Chris and his team were all great - professional and friendly. We had two young children with us (9 and 7 year olds) and the staff were extremely attentive and helpful with them on the boat, and in the waters. Our main guide Chris, was informative of the sights and local areas, and he always had our safety in mind which was reassuring. He even directed us to a great food spots on Phi Phi for lunch! Booking a private tour allowed us to move at our own pace. E.g. we decided to cancel one of the beaches on our tour so that we could spend a longer time snorkelling, it was totally worth it for the experience and the memories. I would highly recommend 5 Star Marin for your boat trip to Phi Phi and the surrounding areas .

We had a fantastic day exploring both islands plus kayak and cave tours, stunning scenery. Beer our guide along with Milan and Van his assistants provided great service and looked after us throughout the day. From the initial enquiry to our actual trip the service was professional and faultless. Six of us had a fantastic day visiting Phi Phi Island and various other islands back to James Bond Island, being able to avoid the worst of the crowds with our own private boat and crew. What can we say, in this world of dissapointment and where poor service has become accepted along comes 5 Star Marine. Booking a Private boat trip is always a gamble of sorts, but trust me not with 5 Star Marine. From the moment I made the first enquiry the level of service and communication was exemplary, they even warned us the day before it may be a little bumpy but nothing to worry about. Myself, my partner and two friends booked a trip on Dec 29, 2025. Our Private transfer turned up exactley on time (we were sent a photo to show who and where he was) where we were safely transported to the marina and met by the waiting Noon who was to be our guide for the day. Sorted the paperwork that only took a few minutes in nice quite calm surroundings away from the madding crowd. We were then led to our boat 'Lisa 2' to be met by our Captain Zaron and his assistant Pong, so 3 staff for 4 of us !! Noon had excellent English and happily explained that we had no fixed itenerary she just wanted to ensure we had a great time. We asked Noon to take us where she thought and 'WOW' what a day we had, amazing scenary and views all day, monkeys on the beach, baby shark, snorkelling etc etc. One of our group lost her snorkel, no issues Captain Zaron straight in and recovered this with a smile on his face as always. If we arrived somewhere that we thought was overcrowded we just said 'No Thanks' and we were wisked away to they next beautiful place of interest. By the time we got to 'Lisa 2' the team had already loaded her with ample complimentary cold soft drinks and fresh fruit for the day, this was very welcome. We took Noons recmmendation for lunch, unlike some tours it was not a shabby place that we were taken to just so the staff get a thank you, it was an immaculate sea front restaraunt that was spotlessly clean and outstanding food at a very reasonable price (sorry I am embarrased and can't remeber what it was called). Sorry to rabbit on, but hopefully you have got the right idea, if you want a boat trip go with 5 Star Marine where Shaun and his amazing team will ensure you have an unforgetable day with no hic ups just a 110% proffesional but super friendly service. This excursion was truly unforgettable and it was entirely because of the incredible crew. From start to finish, Phil, Shaka, Kwon, and Captain Nute went above and beyond to create an amazing experience. They guided us through caves, took us to a beautiful lunch spot, and gave us plenty of time to snorkel and swim in the most beautiful places. They also cut up fresh fruit for us! On top of everything else, they took amazing photos throughout the day and sent them to us afterward, allowing us to relive the experience after it ended. The crew was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure everyone was safe and had a great time. Every second was worth it and wonderful. I can’t recommend this excursion (or this crew) enough.

10 Star Marine not 5!!! From initial booking to being dropped back at our hotel the service was excellent. The customer relationships is brilliant and also kept us updated. The day was planned to give us a memorable day and it was even better than we hoped. All the stops were perfectly timed to avoid the big queues. Noon and her crew were amazing. Extremely friendly and welcoming and made sure we were all looked after from the moment we got on the boat. The trip exceeded our expectations and 5Star Marine have take this adventure touring to the next level!! Cold soft drinks provided all day on the boat and refreshing fruit. We could not of ask foe any more but if we did i know they would have delivered. Thank you for helping us make memories that will last a lifetime.
