We were excited but 5 star boat cancelled due to very bad weather. We got our refund without any hassle. Team of 5 star was very cooperative and friendly. They didn’t charge any any amount for pickup and drop drop. Ms Helen at 5 star boat was very customer friendly. We didn’t enjoy our trip but we enjoyed the services. Thanks 🙏🌹🙏🌹
amazing experience. did even more than listed on the itinerary schedule. went 3 hours over estimated time so be aware of that. definitely recommend. lunch provided and fruit on the boat as well as drinks. super friendly staff.
Fun, lovely trip people were very nice, the captain of the boat drives very well the people were very nice to work on the boat they deserve a big tip I love my trip it was fantastic we're coming back in December, we had so much fun we're going to bring the rest of our family I would love to buy name here one day thank you for your time
The islands were amaizing, the boys had a great time, they enjoyed snorkeling. I would definitely do it again! Great way to see the islands.
.no info given prior to booking on length of time from hotel to pier -orientation to the trip was an overly long sales pitch to purchase water shoes, ( these were totally unnecessary), long boat ride for snorkelling and scuba all at additional cost -we were not told any of this at booking so did not have cash or credit cards with us - lunch provided at the island restaurant was very basic, too spicy and only tepid water free - there indeed was a speed boar but absolutely no view -stopping at the monkey island was a waste of time, hoards of people there and poor view of the monkeys -the island we stopped at later for fruit and biscuits had only one toilet for the hundreds of tourists and it was disgustingly filthy and there was a cost! Again we were led to believe that we would not need money Do your homework and ask lots of questions. Sure wish we did!
didn't have any' we didn't get a chance to do the trip they pissed around getting us to the proper place they knew we were on a cruiseline ignored it all by the time we arrived they told us we wouldn't get back to meet out ship
Charge from the TripAdvisor site not the complete charge. Expect to pay additional 800 THB when the shuttle bus reaches the marina. It supposedly is for entrance to national park. Expect to receive no receipt. Scenery is beautiful. The boat traffic and people traffic heavy at the stops. Boat ride fun but can be a bit rough for sensitive people. Bring water shoes, hat, sunglasses. But they have them for sale if you forget. Tip requested at end of trip. Still a good trip. Enjoyed.
It was very good. Really enjoyed. Nothing to complain about this travel. Everything was very good. Definitely I will go another time
Beautiful location but the tour was a little chaotic with multiple upsells that were a bit annoying.
Amazing you get to see where the movie the beach was made and you see monkeys but careful they attack would do it again
The tour was well organised and we really enjoyed it. It’s definitely good value for money! We enjoyed all the stops, the snorkelling was great and we were lucky enough to see monkeys including baby monkeys on monkey island. The tour staff are very friendly, helpful and the guide spoke good English.
The price you pay is excluded in marine park fee -400 bhat.About 15 dollars. You get breakfast and lunch-buffet style. You don’t have so long to explore phi phi islands.Better to sleep there at hotel. You get offered fruit and drinks throughout day and snorkelling equipment. On last island you had to pay to use toilet.
Great landscape and view. Good service. Valuable trip to Phuket. Should buy online and save money....
The pick up at our hotel was on time, however, the disorganised chaos at departure meant we left 40 minutes late. The boat is basic at best, quite uncomfortable and overcrowded. The crew said smoking was allowed after being asked by some passengers, however we complained, so no smoking on our boat. The ride to Maya bay took about 1 hour, whilst Maya Bay was beautiful, there were so many tourists it was a shuffle in single file to the beach where you could not swim. We had 20 mins here!!!!. Then onto Pileh lagoon where we stopped with a million other boats and we’re allowed to go swimming off the boat for 40 minutes. Then, a 20 second drive past a “Viking Cave} where apparently there is an ancient drawing of a Viking ship on the walls, of course you can’t see anything as the boat passes. Then onto a small bay for some snorkeling, this was my highlight, but alas we were only allowed 30 minutes. We were then taken to Monkey Beach, but it was high tide, no beach and no monkeys! We arrived at Phi Phi Don Island, again along with another mass of boats for a buffet lunch which was less than basic, very poor. I felt like we were marched around like cattle. After lunch it was a long boat ride to Khai Island, which has one bar and hundreds of deck chairs on this remote deserted island. Nothing else. Do not, I repeat do not sit in the deck chairs unless you are prepared to buy a drink or pay for the deck chair. We wasted over an hour in this place with hundreds of other people and boats. Back to Phuket. This trip cost about $140 Australian dollars, a complete waste of money. Don’t be fooled by fancy photos of paddle boards (they cost extra), kyaks (they cost extra) sumptuous buffet (more like school canteen slop) and pristine deserted beaches, (they are all packed). It doesn’t matter what company you go with they are all the same. One small positive comment, our crew were lovely, very kind and caring. DO NOT BOOK IN ADVANCE because if they cancel because of adverse weather you don’t get your money back, and I can assure when we were in Phuket in October, the weather turned foul and I heard a lot of tourists complain they did not get a refund when their tour was cancelled. I would give this and probably other similar tours (like James Bond island tour) a big miss. If you can afford it, go to Chalong Bay and negotiate a private trip if you can. I would never recommend this to anyone.
The tour was properly designed and it was very convenient and we enjoyed it to the fullest and there were no hidden charges.
My trip was well organised, well priced, and the email communication was excellent with the agent. The day went well (despite some rain). I would book again!
It was an absolutely bad tour, very crowded boat with about 30 people. Suburbs are taken from you again 800 thb, which is due for the unnecessary entry on the Phi Phi island where you can actually only spend money, swimming is prohibited there... You only drove past the island and especially at Monkey Beach we were less than 1 minute... The lunch was disgusting and absolutely inedible. The tour guide was quite friendly and the crew was too. All in all, I would not recommend this tour with an overcrowded boat to anyone!
Pick up 2! hours later than agreed! Because of that we missed our evening program! Interim communication with the organizer went badly! Boat with 46 people instead of 15! By the later time much busier at the islands. In short, all very poorly arranged. When requesting a refund of part of the costs, the organization did not give home. Very bad experience!!!!
Very good organization from start to finish, despite the disappointment of coming out again and again during the excursion for money to enhance the day, the host of the boat 999 was great, the sites are magnificent, one downside, too many boats and mass tourists in these unique places!
We were picked up from the hotel quite early, but then we had to wait another 45 minutes for other participants. The speedboat was fully booked and it was quite cramped. You also couldn't see anything of the journey to the individual stations because you weren't supposed to stand up and were sitting deep in the hull of the boat. Otherwise 20 other boats would arrive at the stations themselves. The islands were overcrowded. Nevertheless, the tour is recommended due to the nature and the snorkeling experience. The lunch on the island was very good! In general, the tour is also well organized/timed. Tip: Bring your own snorkeling gear and water shoes/flip-flops.
