Phi Phi & Maya Bay Premium Trip By Speedboat: Full Food & Pickup

I wished I'd listened to the other reviews comments re being bussed in like cattle. I was expecting lots of swimming opportunities. Instead, you get bussed in by boat to ma ya bay which is completely over run with tourists, though beautiful. Then taken to a bay around the corner from ma ya bay which is inside a national park. The bay was filled with floating litter and empty plastic bottles, it was so bad. The final stop did save the day with some amazing snorkelling and swimming in some clean water. The Thai buffet lunch was good. It was a good tour operating company, I just wouldn't recommend doing any of the boat tours of phi phi. I wish I'd know and would've booked onto a different, quieter boat tour of other islands.

Fun day out... friendly crew, gorgeous scenery - took the cheap and cheerful speedboat option and honestly don't think we would have gained much from one of the more pricey options, except maybe food - easy fix if you have snacky kids is to bring your own snacks - the light breakfast is very light and it's a while til lunch. A bit disappointed to discover we couldn't go into pileh lagoon if we didn't pay the extra for the long boat - we thought the snorkeling/swimming option was inside the lagoon but it wasn't. Saying that, we swam and snorkeled off the boat just outside the lagoon and the snorkeling was still good, just sad not to see the lagoon. Maya bay was the big highlight. Would definitely recommend this option if you're on a budget. We had a great day.

Food was terrible Pickup was so incredibly long. Was first to be picked up and last to be dropped off. Paid for a vendor to banana boat, and I understand they aren’t affiliated. But we literally got scammed and they wouldn’t even help us. Guy just drove out flipped the banana boat 180 and left us there They also allow smoking so people literally smoke in front of your face on a small boat, and many people just throw these buds in the sea

Excellent service. On time pickup and great management overall. The lunch buffet was amazing with numerous cuisines available and especially halal food for muslim travelers. Overall a 10/10 experience to spend all day

Most amazing experience!!! Our tour guide was hilarious, made us feel comfortable and ensured we were having a great time, hydrated and well fed the entire time. We felt so comfortable and able to relax knowing that transport from and to our hotel afterwards was sorted as well. Absolutely worth the money we paid, nothing beats the beautiful Phi Phi islands. We will definitely be doing this again when we come back to Thailand. Crystal sea marine and our tour guide tictoc was a 10/10

It was ok. It’s true that the ride is very bumpy and wild. Seeing and hearing people vomit is not cute. I wish I would’ve taken the ferry and came back but it was ok. If you don’t travel and like to do the touristy things I can half see the appeal- otherwise I’ll pass. PK and Olga did their best but overall nope for me. Too long of a day and rushed at the good spots and too long at the not so good ones. The buffet lunch was delish (I’m vegetarian and really enjoyed it).

I had a great time on this trip! I’d say it a perfect way to visit most famous islands. It’s a nice blend of different activities including snorkeling, sightseeing, and free activities.

I booked through Agoda and they were able to connect me with Excursion Phuket. I chose the tour with hotel pick up since the marina was quite far. Anyway, as soon as the driver dropped me off at the marina, the waiting area was so spacious and cozy. They also had light breakfast available and it was good. I love that our Yellow Team started on time, as per the provided itinerary. Our guide was PJ and he gave us an overview of the trip, as well as reminders on what to do and what not to do during the trip. We were then whisked off to our speedboat and provided our life vests. I was seated at the end and I loved interacting with the staff who were on that side. They were also pointing out to me the beautiful scenery and also took my photos. I really loved Philey Lagoon, Maya Bay, and the snorkeling spot. We had lunch at Don Phi Phi and our view was amazing. Our last stop was in Khai Island. Our guide and staff brought some fruits for us to chow down. At the boat by the way, we have an endless supply of water, soda, juice, small cake bars, etc. Anyway, as mentioned earlier, I like that the guides are really professional, engaging, friendly, and time-bound. They always remind us how many minutes are we staying at a specific spot and what time should we go to our meeting point, in order to go back to the boat together. I like that since it's organized. Lastly, I highly recommend this tour with Excursion Phuket 💯🩷 They have such an amazing team, even the ones waiting at the marina.

This was such an experience! The staff was super helpful and friendly. Even the food was good! I loved everything. And it was great that they did a drop off and pick up at the hotel.

Generally the tour is fine, but I think there is absolutely unneeded first stop to see one monkey for 25 minutes, not sure we even went outside of the both for this stop. I did similar trip two years ago and I enjoyed it a lot more.

Everything was great and perfect. Price and quality relation was great. I definitely will come back next time.

There are way too many people on the speedboat and you are treated like cattle visiting the islands. So many tours you are constantly ushered and pushed around. Our pick up went to the wrong marina. We arrived late at the correct marina and didn’t receive the breakfast.

Everything was perfect, from pick up, boat trip to drop off. Can’t fault. Would certainly use again and will be letting people know.

The speed boat ride can be rough and the boat we used was too full. I was quite drenched from sea spray. My whole family suffered suspected food poisoning and spend the whole day holed up in the hotel missing out our paid full day at Water Park. Unfortunately this hasn’t been the best of start to our special holiday

I booked the tour to take my sister around and show her more of Thailand. The tour itself was sufficient for the goal but it’s definitely a shallow experience. Tourists are treated as just money bags. There was a drunk/high guest on board who made my little sister uncomfortable as he was making comments about both of us. He should not be boarded if he was drunk.

This was a great experience! We sat in the front of the speed boat and the water was pretty choppy but the captain kept it an enjoyable experience for us. We never once felt unsafe. They took us to many stops and explained a lot about the stops we made. Cin was a great tour guide! The pick up and drop off was very organized. My partner accidentally left her phone in the van on the ride home and the driver was kind enough to turn around and bring it back to us. Cannot recommend this tour enough.

The driver was two minutes late, but the operator kept me updated on their ETA through WhatsApp. It felt like a very personal service. The tour was also great—all in all, it was well worth the price for such good service.

I had an excellent experience and highly recommend the 7-island tour. The itinerary was thoughtfully organized, with our guide PJ providing clear updates and the support team offering constant assistance. The boat was impeccably maintained and clean, making our trip truly enjoyable.

I did the Phi Phi Island tour with Excursion Phuket by premium boat, and their service was exceptional. Communication via email and WhatsApp was very clear and detailed from pickup to drop-off. Everything was superb. They provided a breakfast buffet, lunch buffet, unlimited water and soft drinks on the boat, and fruits with soft drinks at the last island. Snorkeling equipment was included. At the end of the tour, they offered soft drinks, water, and a cool wet towel, which was a perfect touch. You can also get your photograph framed for an additional 200 baht. The staff were very friendly, caring, and checked on everyone individually. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed the day, one of the better tours I’ve been on. The lunch was good too which makes a big difference. You get plenty of water and Pepsi on the boat, and some fruit later on too. There is a small breakfast and pad Thai for free too if you wanted it. It would have been 5 stars but the boat had just 2-3 people too many so we were literally shoulder to shoulder each time on the boat, which when you’re sweaty or wet becomes uncomfortable. I would also note that as the first people the be picked up in the morning, you should always be first dropped off but we were last which meant we were picked up at 7:15am even though the boat left at 10am, and we arrived back at hotel 7:45pm which is a long drive for a small island. I’d rather have paid for a grab and be picked up at 8:45am and still made it.

Great tour with small breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided with drinks and fresh fruits on board. It is a crowded tour due to high season but it was well organized and tour guide gave a clear instructions at every stop. Snorkeling is included but scuba diving, jet ski, and long tail boats are extra cost. Must do activity in Phuket and Highly recommend this tour!

The guide Selena was awesome, funny and organized. The trip went smoothly and the boat crew was professional. Drinks (water and pepsi) were handed often, food was good and fresh fruits as well.

Where do I start?! There are lots of companies to chose from when taking a trip to Phi Phi Islands, but I'm convinced this one was the best! Pickup and transfer were on time for our group of 20. On arrival at the dock, we were given a safety briefing lead the funny and amazing guide, Lily! Lilly and Daisy (along with other crew members) made this tour as great as it was. Very engaging and informative. All went smoothly and safely. Lunch was also delicious. All-around amazing day. I'd 100% rebook and recommend to others.

The overall organisation was brilliant. We had a great tour guide called NUN, and he made sure we knew all the information. The crew were excellent helping and giving out refreshments. The tour is very good will plenty of opportunity for photos. The only thing that spoils it is the huge amount of tourists for all the destinations. Each stop does feel crowded, but in some cases this is a once in a lifetime experience. Just be prepared to share the experience with a lot of other tourists. Overall its a good full day out

This was arguably the best thing we did in Thailand. The crew was so attentive and kind!!!! They always made sure we had water and got all the photos we wanted. Truly exceptional experience and my friend and I are so grateful to have participated. We chose to snorkel and stay on the speed boat and were not disappointed at all. Lots of fish at the reef and we loved swimming in the turquoise waters around the islands.

It is a wonderful experience I will highly recommend it to friends and family. Also well coordinated.

The company who actually had the boat deserves 4 stars. The reason for 3 star ranking is the agent (Viator) who had wrong information anf an over charge of 20€/ticket. We booked the "Primum" fast boat but the company said they only have one type of speed boat. Regardless of this overcharging by the agent, the crew were super friendly and the journey was very nice! Thr captain of our boat was a true hero as he brought us back home regardless of the stormy and extremely wet conditions. For familes with smaller kids, perhaps larger ferries maybe a better option. The scenes were super beautiful and Maya bay was just amazing.

Well organised, adventure round the islands near Phi Phi island. Packed full of activities, snorkelling for free everything is charged extra. Lunch included was good. And they served plenty of water.

Great experience we got to see a lot. Beautiful views, and dreamy was very personable and funny. Very good time.

The excursion was fantastic! They made sure to offer the best service and experience. The breakfast and buffet was delicious. Also, safety was the top priority. Would absolutely do it again.

+ Excellent and entertaining crew Absolutely tight time control except at the beginning (70min wait for what at the dock?!) and in movement between islands - be warned it’s 60mins between islands with nothing but spray absolutely soaking you. Very much a huge time drain. Definitely bring rain jackets and two sets of thin towels minimum Weather was for us albeit sea was choppy Maya beach is a joke - nothing but 1000 people trying to take a selfie. Highlight was lagoon swimming Remember to bring cash no matter what for toilets snacks and drinks on islands Toilets generally better than third world condition but not great Lunch was maggi noodles powder on chickpeas and noodles - which luckily my kids loved but super basic
