It was a fantastic adventure. I’d put it this way: if you haven’t been to the Phi Phi Islands, you haven’t been to Thailand.

I had a great time. Phi phi has been on my list for a long time. We had an action packed day seeing some of the best snorkeling spots, swimming monkeys and incredible beaches and maya bay shark nursery. So much more than I had planned on. It was fantastic. The boat crew and guides were on task and professional. I’d go with them again in a heartbeat.
The tour guide was good, but the whole trip was very uncomfortable due to the boat being overcrowded and long waiting time at the beginning. The breakfast offered was very basic and unappealing. At the end of the trip there was also food offered, but it was very rushed and most people just wanted to go home. I felt very uncomfortable on the boat with one crew member urging us to sit even closer together. The islands were beautiful, but I couldn’t see a point at stopping at the last one, I think Bamboo Island, which was purely a stopover for buying food and drinks. The toilet facilities were appalling. The long boats were the only way you could properly see the lagoon, which required an additional payment. The lunch provided was very good, although a little rushed. I loved seeing the monkeys on the island. I would have preferred to have a lot less people on this tour and skip the breakfast and dinner.
A great day out and good value for money.
1. Signing of liability waiver prior to discussion of the risk— no informed purchasing decision or awareness as they asked to sign as we got on the transfer shuttle. I did not consent to this! 2. Did not inform of what was needed or included so you are forced to make purchases with them at their shop as they put fear in you of sea urchins and other things with printed laminated presentations that they clearly could have shared prior. They charge 2x as much as the local shops that are beyond plentiful all across Phuket. They bring you in an hour before departure to do this. They also sell them on the island which they don’t inform guests as they intend them to buy with them first which is unethical and dishonest. 3. They tried to charge me $815 baht for the park fee though I had paid the $400 before being sent in after checking in after drop off. 4. Very rude and got really defensive as I asked why they did not inform us of all these risks and what was included or necessary prior to or after booking. 5. They did not inform guests that there is a lot of bumpiness that can cause issues for the elderly or those with back issues or injuries. Brought a bit of concern with some guests who might be at risk of severe discomfort or injury as a result. Again, this could all have been shared with us all in the email!! 6. Dishonesty and greed like this makes the idea of going on a boat and being taken care of by them feel beyond nerve racking. How can you trust that you will be safe? That they did not cut corners on the equipment or that the boat is safe? 7. Simply put, they are dishonest and I would recommend going with other companies. It’s not cheaper, they’re making money from the scam-like presentation and other practices that bring stress and angst when you’re supposed be feeling calm, relaxed and taken care of in honest hands. The risk of too high to save a few hundred bahts. Book elsewhere! Don’t say you didn’t know like I did because I did not see reviews stating these issues. 8. I got back onshore to find there were no photos of me outside of the one they took on the dock for “insurance purpose” because the man giving the scammy speech to get people to buy told them not to take any photos of me! I have video proof of him admitting such while insisting that I told him I did not want any. As a woman who went there dresses and ready for the opportunities to capture what might be a once in a lifetime experience, I beyond upset and deprived of what everyone else got to expos returning from the adventure as they gaze on their magnetic photos to take home. I was deprived of this experience and feel so hurt that I would NEVER want anyone else to be subjected to such dishonesty. But he topped it all off by cursing me out (again, recorded) and telling me to go f*ck off as I walked to my transportation away from the dock. Unprofessional, dishonest and scammy! Oh, and we never even needed the water shoes! They’re not allowed to bring you where there is a risk of urchin and snorkeling you don’t even come close to touching the bottom. If you’re unsure, just wait until the first island. You’ll be able to get shoes there if you decide you want them for the same price or less. I came for a relaxing and fun experience and left the most upset I have been in a VERY long time. Words truly cannot express how angry and heartbroken I feel about this and how I was treated by the guy in the photo specifically. The others seemed fine until I got back and realized I had been in danger the whole time with people who were unknowingly plotting against me in the end. They started acting as though they didn’t speak English and even tried to say he did not tell them not to take pictures. So then why didn’t you? Clearly lying when he himself was recorded admitting to such while insisting that I told him I did not want any when I did not speak to him at all once I told him his practices were unethical for all the above reasons. I even chose to go on a different boat to not be with him for this experience to be worthwhile and feel comfortable only to find that he spitefully did this! Excursions are plentiful! Choose one with honest people who are aware of what it means for you to be on such an experience and want the best for you. Ultimately, you are trusting them with your life to take you offshore so I think it’s best to do this with people who will be honest and forthcoming.
Nun was our guide for the day on the high speed boat. He was very detailed about what to expect and how to be safe, plus he was cute and funny. 😁 The spots we stopped at were incredibly gorgeous. What a beautiful world we live in!
Wonderfull tour. Our tour guides: Hanna, Peter, Ahn, and Joshua were fantastic. I recommend this tour to anyone looking to explore Ohi Phi Islands
Very good excursion. The swimming and lunch were highlights!
This may be premium brand but not luxury. Better off booking elsewhere for half of the price. The best thing is boat captain is very experienced on these water. Everything else is average. Lunch are rushed through little less than an hour in small places with 50+ people. For these price you better service and more enjoyable. This will be the last time.
What a wonderful day we had visiting Phi Phi and surrounding islands. Highlight for us was the lagoon, despite of intense but short tropical rainshowers we had a lovely swim there, it is truly like being in paradise. The team and crew of the ship were very professional and of course really welcoming, but it is hard to fiend unkindness i this wonderful country. It was a day our little family will keep in our hearts forever.
No modern toliets at reception, terrible food, and the crowd on my boat did was very “rude”
A dream come true! 25+ I’ve waited for this moment. It exceeded all expectations.
I had an amazing time on this excursion! Despite the rain we were able to do all the trips to the different islands and swim in the beautiful waters. It was wonderful and I highly recommend it! 10/10 ❤️
The tour guides helped make the trip what it was. The trip is worth it, especially considering the price. Would recommend
The island stops were amazing. My only complaint is that the tour company packed too many people in the speedboat so it was very uncomfortable at first, especially when you are hot.
Excellent tour with a friendly staff! Great addition to your vacation.
The main problem with this tour is that it's overcrowded. It is clearly sold for 30 Pax, but the boat was exactly 45 Pax. Very tight space to sit, especially while bumping on the waves. Check the photo, the front open area is also filled with 7 people. I purchased it from TripAdvisor and asked for a partial refund since it was very uncomfortable. TripAdvisor also does not take responsibility, saying the tour company did not accept any refund. This, for both the Tour Company and TripAdvisor, is not professional at all to sell a tour with wrong information!
What an incredible day trip! Visiting Phi Phi Island, Maya Bay, and Khai Island was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Thailand. The entire tour was exceptionally well organised from start to finish. The staff and crew were friendly, professional, and made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves throughout the day. The speedboat ride was smooth and efficient, allowing us to maximise our time at each destination. Maya Bay was absolutely breathtaking, with its crystal-clear turquoise waters, soft white sand, and stunning limestone cliffs. Seeing this world-famous beach in person exceeded all expectations. Phi Phi Island was equally impressive, offering spectacular scenery and fantastic opportunities for swimming, sightseeing, and taking unforgettable photos. Khai Island was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The water was beautifully clear, ideal for swimming and snorkelling, and the tropical island atmosphere was simply paradise. The marine life and vibrant colours of the water made it feel like a postcard come to life. The entire day was packed with amazing views, great memories, and excellent service. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Phuket. It was an unforgettable experience and undoubtedly one of the best excursions we’ve ever experienced.
Firstly. I was dubious of this app or company. Secondly. I paid and straight away they took payment my ticket came through and so did conformation messages. Day of pick up muni bus no show i panic its a scam I contact them 1 minute later they reply taxi is 15 minutes late. 5 minutes later mini bus turns up and the other passengers apologise as it was them that delayed taxi.
Staff were excellent. Mr Bow ( apologies for spelling) was a lovely informative guide. Lunch was included in the price and was very tasty. Beautiful sights to see.
The toilets do not have toilet paper. Other than that, its was a brilliant experience. The guides were excellent.
Amazing trip, beautiful sights, and friendly and attentive staff (forgot their names, but the guys who had yellow bands on 01/05), truly unforgettable
Was not much time to experience some of the islands for those who walk slowly or when we stopped for lunch didn't have time to walk around after.
This was a great tour we saw great islands and got to snorkle and swim..they provided lunch drinks and fruit..the only thing is tour is advertised as 30 people max but there were 3 groups when we arrived and our group had 40 people in it..so they switched us to 33 people group that was still over advertised max and the boat with 33 people on board was already crowded so not sure how 40 people on the other boats were cramped..but we made it and still enjoyed it..
Loved this tour so much, the team was great will bring my husband back to do this tour so many beautiful sights
Amazing experience that I highly recommend. Sandy and her crew were incredible. I recommend the private boat tour to get the best photos and sights
Crowded. Don’t recommend. Rushed and not enjoyable . Drinks were not bottled and fruit given was touched by everyone, not sanitary.
Great experience, would recommend this to everyone. The team who run this tour did an amazing job 🤙 The whole day was fun and we see some amazing and beautiful places. They also kept you topped up with water 🤙 Food was okay and plentiful- very much grab and go, but good enough.
A little rushed, but well taken care of tour. Ground level staff was quite helpful and caring. A bit less focus on upselling their products could have saved some time, which could have been spent on the activities:)
Professional tour operators they look after you well.
It was a great day with great sights. I happily recommend this tour. The crew were really helpful and always looking after us.
This trip was absolutely incredible. The website doesn’t fully capture the experience, the number of stunning islands you visit and the level of detail throughout the journey truly exceeded expectations. The staff were exceptional, making everything seamless and enjoyable, and the Phi Phi Islands are simply breathtaking.
Pros: the tour was very comprehensive, visiting Phi phi Don, Maya Bay , monkey bay, etc. We enjoyed the swimming and snorkeling. Cons: the boat was full!! In fact, it was over crowded. The last beach stop was unnecessary for us. We had no desire to jet ski so we just hung out on the beach. We had to make a purchase to get a shaded seat while we waited for the boat to return.
Well organised boat trip. Lots to be seen. The island are lovely. The boat needs to have speakers installed as one cannot hear the guide in his mobile speaker, over the noise of the engines and seawater if you are sitting at the back of the boat. Be prepared that they will try and upsell all kinds of extra activities which they don't mention when you buy the trip. Also once you are on the islands they are typical tourist traps with inflated prices on everything including food and souvenirs. Summer is not the best time to visit the island due to the intense heat.
The beaches and islands are sooo beautiful. Restrooms and option to purchase food onsite. Transportation was timely. Boat ride a bit rocky and windy at times but they have nausea tablets that you can take with you. The complimentary snacks for breakfast were appreciated since we were up extremely early.
Tour guide and the crew was amazing! The marina was terrible! Trash everywhere, smelled, went to the bathrooms and i almost threw up on how nasty they were!
A fun day with great sights and a staff full of energy. They were very helpful and safety was a top priority.
Great trip and worth the visit to Phi Phi islands. Tour guide was good and explained the islands and what was planned. Was frequently protein water & coke after each stop we had. Buffet lunch was very good. We made a mistake in going off to the beach to get to the meeting point not realising that it was the wrong beach so had to quickly get to the correct beach in the end where our tour guide was hunting us down!! Thankfully they waited for us and didn’t leave us marooned on Phi Phi Don. All in all a great experience. Note that the bus driver we had from Patong to Phuket was on a mission to drive fast and inter change lanes - we had to stop briefly as a young lady came over a bit funny and needed to get out the bus for a short time
While the sights are very beautiful, there were a few things that I was not aware of prior to booking. When booking, it said the tour starts at 07:00, however, I was not picked up from my hotel until 07:30, and the tour itself didn’t commence until well after 09:30. I was under the impression it would be an earlier start to beat the crowds. We did not reach the dock on return until around 17:30. Bring additional cash. You will need to pay 400 baht to enter Maya Bay. There are vendors on the islands you visit and majority will only accept cash, so bring a few extra baht in case you are needing a drink or snack. The tour team will try and sell you additional items to bring with you (beach shoes, phone plastic cover, snorkel mouth piece, flippers), but I would say that none of these are required! I did not buy any and glad I did not waste my money. Very much appreciated the supply of water, soft drink and snacks onboard, but I would also recommend you bring additional snacks as the lunch is not until later in the afternoon (we ate around 14:00) and were starving. We were lucky with the ocean conditions, while it was a little choppy on the way back, I was not concerned about becoming a news story. There were some life jackets available but I’m unsure whether there were enough for all onboard…so I’d say make sure you know how to swim just in case!
Good your. Took us to swimming spots and other islands. I recommend it to all people visiting Phuket
The Ohio Phi Islands are beautiful. However, DI NOT USE THIS TOUR COMPANY. The ride to the islands is 49 minutes in a speedboat through rough waters and they did not provide anyone with life jackets. 45 people on a boat and half of them got sick. They gave barf bags but no medicine, smelling salts or anything! The guide was horrible. He rushed through everything and you could barely understand him. He was so busy flirting and catering to these three women who were doing photo shoots and changing clothes at every stop. The last stop no one could find him and one if the girls when it was time to go for ten minutes. They finally appeared wet and disheveled. I recommend going to the Phi Phi Islands but not with this company!
Very busy. Got to see some cool things but very touristy.
Sick at sea is very likely with this particular tour guide. . The waters were extremely choppy and the crew did not offer a life jacket throughout the entire excursion. The tour guide was rude snd unorganized. There were several people who got sea sick and the tour guide and crew did not seem to care. It was a terrible experience to say the least.
Excellent trip. Would definitely recommend. Worth the money. Service provided was top class. Initial starting was slow. But they made it up.
Very informative and fun. It’s a very long day by the last island going back to Phuket everyone was sleeping because this lasted around 8 hours for us.
Been here years ago and the scenery is exquisite but it used to be a hidden jewel but now is a Costco parking lot. Boats everywhere! The boat we were in and the crew were helpful but perhaps due to my hearing aids, what I could hear I could not understand (accent) so I was very disappointed for my kids that we brought to see it all.
They were nice and accommodating. Provided great value. I would definitely reccomend this tour in the future.
If the weather and tides are good you will have a smooth speed boat experience. They offer long tail boats on site for a small fee to experience Phi Leh Lagoon and swim and snorkel from that boat. You can also choose to do activities at Khai islands like paddle boarding and jet skiing.
We spent too much time on the road. We went to the island and came back without being able to do anything. The boat didn't dock at any of the swimming spots on Phi Phi Island, and it was also very far from the island's attractions. I wouldn't recommend this tour to anyone.
This was a pretty bad experience for us and while I feel for the employees (they were great) I cannot in good faith recommend this tour. It is overcrowded on the boat-we were crammed in with literally no room to move. It was a rough sea day and at least 6 people were vomiting on way to islands. With no space it made everyone quite uncomfortable. There was no concern for safety - we were told there were life jackets, but were not given any or even told where they were. If you do choose to go to phi phi islands I would recommend going on a 4am departure. The islands were extremely crowded and pure chaos. 6 people left our tour early because of the overcrowded conditions on the boat and took a ferry back to Phuket. The worst boating excursion I have ever been on and I have been on many around the world.
