This was a great day out and we were well looked after from start to finish. Queen Nancy, our host, was delightful, funny and informative. The directions were very clear everywhere we went what to do, how long we would be there and when to be back on the boat. The snacks and drinks on board were good and plentiful and the buffet lunch was tasty and fresh with good ocean views. I would highly recommend this tour as one of the best ways to see Phi Phi and Maya bay.

Loh Samah Bay is a peaceful and picturesque bay located on the southern side of Phi Phi Leh. Surrounded by dramatic limestone cliffs and clear turquoise water, it is home to a rich variety of marine life. Our boat normally arrives at Loh Samah Bay, which serves as the main access point to Maya Bay. After disembarking, visitors follow the designated walkway through the island to reach the world-famous beach. Along the way, you can enjoy beautiful views and take photos of the surrounding scenery. As visitor numbers are controlled by the national park, there may occasionally be a queue to enter Maya Bay. Waiting times can exceed 20 minutes during busy periods. Please note that Loh Samah Bay and Maya Bay are closed annually from August 1 through September 30 and reopen on October 1. Since access to Maya Bay is through Loh Samah Bay, this stop is not included in the itinerary during the closure period.
Maya Bay Stop (Phi Phi Leh Island) Arrive at the world-famous Maya Bay, the iconic filming location of “The Beach” starring Leonardo DiCaprio. Take in the breathtaking scenery of white sand, turquoise waters, and towering limestone cliffs at one of Thailand’s most beautiful and recognizable beaches. Our boat normally arrives at Loh Samah Bay, the designated entrance to Maya Bay. After disembarking, you will follow a short walkway across the island to reach the beach. Swimming inside Maya Bay is not permitted under national park regulations. Visitors may enter the shallow water near the shoreline only where permitted and should always follow the instructions of the national park staff and tour guide. Seasonal Notice: Maya Bay is closed annually from August 1 to October 1 for environmental restoration. During this period, visits to the beach are not permitted; however, the tour will stop nearby for sightseeing and photo opportunities from the boat (subject to sea conditions).
Cruise into the stunning Pileh Lagoon, a natural pool surrounded by towering limestone cliffs. Enjoy swimming in calm, emerald-green waters—one of the most picturesque spots in Phi Phi. For a unique experience, you can also rent a traditional long-tail boat for photos and a closer exploration of the lagoon.
Enjoy sightseeing of the famous Viking Cave from the boat, known for its ancient wall paintings and traditional bird’s nest harvesting. This iconic limestone cave is one of the most unique landmarks in Phi Phi Leh, offering a glimpse into local culture and history.
Enjoy a delicious all-you-can-eat Thai buffet lunch on Phi Phi Don Island, with halal and vegetarian options available. Savor a variety of local dishes to suit all tastes in a relaxed island setting. The restaurant type and ambiance may vary depending on your selected tour option. Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions or preferences so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Snorkeling at Phi Phi Don Island Discover the vibrant underwater world while snorkeling near Phi Phi Don Island. Observe a variety of tropical fish species and colorful marine life in clear, warm waters—perfect for all experience levels.

Khai Islands often called the “Pearls of the Andaman Sea.” Enjoy crystal-clear waters, soft sandy beaches, and excellent conditions for swimming and marine life viewing. Optional activities such as jet skiing and parasailing are available on-site (extra charge). Beach services, including sunbeds, umbrellas, restrooms, and food & drinks, are also available for an additional cost. PLEASE NOTE: this stop is included only in selected tour options.

We planned the phi phi island tour. From Phuket royal marina There met our guide GG who explained what to expect where we were going and roughly how long it would take. Once on the boat sea was a bit choppy due to the weather which resulting in a passenger getting injured GG and the captain were quick to react and once safe to dropped the rest of and got the person to hospital which in the situation isn’t always easy when your out at sea on the tour we went snorkelling. Swimming and we paid the extra for a long boat to go around the Phi Phi lagoon which for my family was priceless and was worth the extra the boat captain was very helpful and took pictures for us which added to the experiance. The buffet meal included was very nice and we even had enough time to then go for a stroll around town and buy some souvenirs all in we had a woundful day Thankyou GG and the captain and his hands on the boat I didn’t get there names but the all were very good Thanks for a wonderful experience
The views are as nice as the advertisements show but the crowds are ridiculous. You are standing in line with literally a thousand strangers to get a glimpse of the view. Just not worth it. We wish we would have taken the super-early option instead.
Great experience. Very convenient. But there other experiences are rushed. The buffet in phiphi don was really nice.
Very scenic islands, great snorkelling (albeit limited and only two locations), communication good and a good buffet lunch on Phi Phi Don Island.
It was a great experience with a fun guide, I especially enjoyed the snorkelling and long boat experience.
Experience was amazing. Tour guides fantastic. Unfortunately the transfer driver let the whole day down, he was a complete danger to all persons he was transporting. Complete maniac and continuous dangerous driving. He should not of been allowed behind the wheel.
I joined this tour on my own and honestly had a great time. I was a little worried it might feel awkward travelling solo, but I quickly got talking with some of the other people on the boat and we ended up spending most of the day together. The itinerary is quite full, but I liked that because you get to see a lot in one day. Maya Bay and Pileh Lagoon were definitely my favourite stops, and the snorkeling was great too. The crew were friendly, helpful and kept everyone informed about what was happening next. There are some optional extras during the day, but I never felt pressured to buy anything. Everything was well organized from pickup to drop-off. By the end of the day I’d made a few new friends and we all had a really good laugh together.
This tour is a great value for the amount of places you can see in a day. We enjoyed all of the islands, the pickup and drop off were well communicated and organized. They do pack a lot in for the day. Everything as described. If you are short on time and want to see a lot, this is definitely well worth your time and money. They do upsell different excursions, such as jet skis and long tail boats during the tour. Each limited to about 15-40 minutes maximum.
This tour just felt like we were being hearded different places to spend more money at tourist traps. Never really had enough time at any stop to truly enjoy long enough. No real information was given on each location, Pretty disappointed and wouldn’t recommend or ever book with this company again.
Do not know the tour guides name, as a Russian guide and thia/english guide spoke at the same time. Therefore being English we had No idea od what was going on. This trip was brought for my wives 61st birrhday. A dream she had always wanted to do was snorkel in phuket. The brochure states clearly"for every level of swimmer" My wife cannot swim so this read as perfect fit for her, as far as we were concerned. As the blurb stated advise staff will look after you. On the boat NOT once did anyone ask if there where any non swimmers, no explanations/demonstrations of how to wear a life jacket either. The crew never spoke to us directly almost like we were invisable. We have never felt so uncomfortable in all our time travelling. The crew gave out the snorkel equipment , one appeared to be mouldy on inside, We asked for it to be changed as it clearly looks disgusting. When we arrived at the first stop, i helped my wife with her life jacket as staff were not interested. To which i discovered the jacket had clips missing, which unnerved my wife. I got it exchanged eventually and tgen realised my life jacket was not fit for purpise either. Everyone at this stop had to wear a life jacket to go into the water to snorkel. The guard at the lookout was constantly blowing his whistle to tell people to wear their life jackets. The second stop we were told we could swim in tge beautiful clear green sea. Life jackets did not have to be worn. However my wife wore hers and asked the only female member of staff to check it before she entered the water, also advised the female member of staff she could not swim. The female member of staff advised my wife she was good to go. My wife slowly clumbed down the steps into the sea. Nervously moving around the back of the boat still holding on where she could. She went to move towards me and the life jacket went over her shoudlers. In horror i stretched out foe her as she started to panic. I helped her back to the boat. Where we climbed out of the water. The female member of staff asked whats wrong. My wife was very distressed and crying. The female tried to then sort the life jacket out my wife and i told her no. The male tour guide tried to sort the jacket out. My wife shouted i just want it off. My wife sat crying in my arms for about 20 mins before i calmed her down. No member of staff came to speak to us for over half an hour. This had ruined our trip completely. Months of building my wives confidence gone in seconds. Eventually the male tour guide tried to speak to us but my wife got upset again so I sent him away. Eventually my wife went to speak to him, she explained what had happened, his respinse was yes ive heard it. Im not going to charge you for the snorkel youve lost. Because you got upset, and not had a good trip. She also explained about the guides talking over each other and the fact we felt we had clearly been ignored. She also said that we did not know the guides name, to which he did not give it to her. Said he had apologised was not sure what else he could do On further looking the life jackets I looked at some had no whistlesif you got in distress/ clips to fasten the jackets. I would whole heartedly NOT RECOMNEND THIS TRIP. If you cannot swim or are nervous of the sea DO NOT USE THIS TOUR COMPANY FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY!!!
Well organised trip, amazing experiences and unforgettable views. Would highly recommend.
Lots of fun, long day. Bring your water shoes, but if you don’t, it was fine without, don’t need to buy. Don’t get a drink on Khai island, stick with beer 😜
This tour was perfect from start to finish. We booked Standard (all fees included) so there's no surprises with extra costs You get all necessary info prior to pick-up. Viator offers really good communication and they’ll answer promptly to all your queries. Pick up was prompt in a luxury air conditioned vehicle from your resort. You're then taken to the marina where their office is, again, fully air conditioned and we were offered continental breakfast whilst waiting for the tour to commence The tour starts on a speedboat to a tiny island where you can chill on a beach for a bit. Fresh smoothies are delicious (not included but only a few Thai bahts), We then went to the stunning Maya Bay where you have 30-40 minutes to roam around and take beautiful pictures (you're not allowed in the water, only ankle deep). Viking Cave after (only from your boat). A wide spread of dishes for lunch on Phi Phi Don (loads of souvenirs available on the island). Snorkelling after (equipment provided). The tide was low so couldn't get off on monkey island but we stopped by and saw loads of cute monkeys from the boat. Speedy 55 minutes trip back to the marina where our transfer (same premium suv was already waiting for uS to take us back to our resort). Cold drinks were available on the boat at all times, along with freshly cut fruit. Toni is funny and knowledgeable and his whole team did an amazing job looking after a bunch of loud people ha ho Special mention to young Dan who also did his best to look after us. Would highly recommend booking this tour. We showed our appreciation by leaving a small tip at the end of the tour (50-100baht which is like £2- £2.50) It's worth noting that similar tours other agencies offer -the price is almost double.

The staff were very helpful and respectful.
Great trip, highly recommended. Big thanks to the guide Nanny and photographers team for taking a ton of beautiful photos of our family.
Definitely Not a Premium Experience We paid extra for the premium experience, and I’m still trying to figure out what exactly was premium about it. The boat felt much more like a basic ferry shuttle than a premium tour boat. It was large, crowded, and designed primarily to transport passengers from one stop to the next rather than provide a comfortable sightseeing experience. The seating was fairly basic, with limited space to stretch out, and there wasn’t much of an atmosphere beyond people being moved around. You spend a significant amount of the day sitting on this boat, which wouldn’t be so bad if it were comfortable or offered a more enjoyable way to take in the scenery. Instead, it felt like an ordinary shuttle service, not the upgraded cruise experience we expected. The stops also felt rushed and were shorter than advertised, leaving very little time to enjoy the beautiful locations. The food was okay, but certainly nothing I’d consider premium quality. What really takes away from the experience is the constant nickel-and-diming. Every stop seems to come with another sales pitch or additional charge. Want to sit in a beach chair? Pay extra. Want to use the restroom? Pay extra. Even purchasing food or drinks at the stops doesn’t necessarily get you access to basic amenities. It gets old quickly, especially when you’ve already paid extra for a supposedly premium experience. The islands themselves are absolutely beautiful, and we still managed to enjoy parts of the day. But the overall experience felt more like being shuffled from one sales opportunity to the next than enjoying a relaxing island cruise. My advice: Save your money on the premium upgrade. There’s nothing particularly premium about this experience, and I wouldn’t book it again.
Well, I think the views were really pretty and the tour guides were all super nice & caring and I enjoyed doing the lagoon at an extra price and I also enjoyed the water slide and the meals throughout the day. However my criticism of this tour is that I paid a little extra for some of these amenities and one of them included professional pictures. When the tour is coming to a close, they ask you to take a picture of a QR code and that you can scan the code once the pictures are uploaded to the website as it takes a little time to upload them. Few days go by and I scan the QR code and I go to the album and I could not find a single picture of me in there at all. I searched for a good 20-30 minutes going through all of them and I could not find one picture with me in it. For the record I did pay the extra money to not only go on the long boat to go through the lagoon but I also paid extra for the professional pictures and to say I was disappointed to not find one picture of me would be an understatement. I really wish there were some way to have them email pictures to you right then and there or have some type of format to get the pictures that you want of yourself versus trying to go through hundreds of pictures to not find any of you in them. I’m hoping that they get back to me on this one.
Fabulous day out, many islands visited all with varying experiences. Lunch buffet was great and our guide Tommy was awesome
A beautiful trip and definitely worth visiting. We chose the catamaran option and really enjoyed the whole tour. The scenery around Phi Phi Islands and Maya Bay is absolutely stunning. Everything went smoothly, and we had a great day. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phuket:)
From pick up to drop off was professional and on time. The weather wasn't the best being the monsoon season but we made it work. The sea was a bit bumpy but it was fun and Omar and the other guys were very helpful and fun. The captain that steered the speed boat definitely needs a medal. Will definitely recommend this tour.
I highly recommend this excursion. We loved everything. The organization was excellent, from the moment you get in the taxi until you arrive at the office. They greet you with a buffet in the morning. Then they prepare the entire trip. It was excellent, very well organized, and then a great buffet. I highly recommend it. My partner and I went today, September 7th, and we loved it. I hope we repeat this tour when we return to Thailand. We loved it!
We had a fantastic day and really enjoyed everything about this tour. The islands were absolutely beautiful, with amazing scenery and crystal-clear water. We also booked the optional traditional longtail boat ride in the lagoon for photos, which was definitely worth it. The pictures turned out great! There was also a photographer on board taking photos throughout the day, and we received free access to all of our photos afterwards, which was a really nice bonus. Lunch was tasty, and we especially loved all the activities available on the catamaran. During the second snorkeling stop, those who didn’t want to snorkel could use the SUP boards, enjoy the water slide from the catamaran, or jump into the sea from the second deck. It was a fun and well-organized day with something for everyone. I would definitely recommend choosing the catamaran tour for visiting the Phi Phi Islands!
The experience was definitely worth the boat ride. It gets super bumpy so I would recommend taking motion sickness medicine for those with weak stomach.
We had a great time with a friends . Recommend this tour best price for the value!😍 Guide Mario is the BEST!!!
During monsoon season be ready for rough waters . The day we went the waters were great . Our tour was awesome. But I felt alot of time spent on boat and alot of little extra charges .
The tour was heavily structured around continuous upselling rather than deliverable sightseeing. Immediately upon arrival at the port, following the collection of national park fees, participants were repeatedly asked to purchase add-ons. These included foot covers, waterproof phone covers, access to an old boat for Instagram photos, and an additional paid snorkeling experience. The guide focused primarily on promoting these extra purchases throughout the journey, which significantly diminished the quality and focus of the overall tour.
Tommy and the Crew were great. Had a wonderful time and it met expectations. Everyone was accommodating.
Absolutely amazing experience and service. Everyone was so kind and attentive at every point. There was times when people were sick on the speedboat and the team was quick to be there with bags, water, and nausea oil.
Sexy Sandy and the team were absolutely amazing. They made the tour interesting, engaging and so much fun, with great communication throughout. We were also pleasantly surprised with fresh fruit, water and snacks along the way.. such a thoughtful touch! And thanks to Sexy Sandy, we even went scuba diving! Her energy and encouragement had us trying something we might not have done otherwise. What an experience! Sexy Sandy, you’re a whole vibe! Highly recommended!
The boat ride was very rough and about 1/4 people were very sick. We did not get to do the first snorkel session as was too rough but we did stop briefly somewhere else instead. The tour improved as we went on and the highlight was Khaj island which was spectacular.
Nice place good view and anorkeling also cute resort and frendly receptionist. Welcome everybody
You can buy swim shoes at the marina prior to leaving. Also, be prepared for some waves while on the speedboat and don't pass on the free Dramamine they offer. We have a great time!
We did the Phi Phi Island tour and had an amazing time. The water was gorgeous, the views were unreal, and everything was super well organized from hotel pickup to the boat trip which is start from Royal marina. The crew were friendly, the guide was great, and the snorkeling was a lot of fun saw plenty of fish and had lots of time to swim and take photos. Lunch was good too.
Our Phi Phi Islands tour with Phuket Best Sea Marine was one of the most uncomfortable and concerning travel experiences we've had. The main issue was the crossing itself. Sea conditions were extremely rough, yet we were never informed in advance that the trip could be this challenging. Had we known what to expect, we could at least have made an informed decision about whether to participate. The captain and crew did not appear well prepared for the conditions. During the journey, crew members began handing out life jackets, which only increased concern among passengers. Several people fell and hurt themselves, many became violently seasick, children were crying, and one passenger appeared to require medical attention. People on the front deck were struggling to stay in place during some of the larger impacts. At several points we were genuinely worried about our safety. We understand that no tour operator can control the weather or the sea. However, passenger safety, communication, and decision-making remain the operator's responsibility. More transparency about the conditions before departure would have made a significant difference. The island stops themselves were generally fine, but the final stop at Khai Nai Island felt unnecessary. We spent around two hours there, despite there being very little to do beyond purchasing overpriced food and drinks. We would have preferred either more time at the other destinations or a shorter overall tour. We were also encouraged to purchase water shoes before the trip, but never encountered a situation where they were actually needed. Overall, this experience felt far more like an endurance test than a sightseeing tour. We would not choose this operator again and would look for a company with stronger communication and a greater focus on passenger comfort and safety.
The tour was very nice and the lunch we got definitely was the cherry on top. I had a good time and the guide was nice
Everything was well organized, on time, and without any delays. We visited all the locations that were included in the itinerary, and the whole day went smoothly. A special thanks to our guide - she was very friendly, attentive, and made the trip even more enjoyable. If you're still wondering whether this tour is worth it, don't hesitate! Phi Phi is absolutely breathtaking, the scenery is incredible, and the memories will stay with us for a long time 🔥
The actual activities with Sandy were lots of fun and she made it very engaging for one and all. The 3 stars are for the driver who picked us up in the morning. Rude person and not a good driver.
Great experience, would definitely recommend. So much fun, well ran and Nana was the best tour guide.
Great experience, the team was excellent and very helpful. Tommy was excellent tour guide.
This was a great day. Even in low season and with a massive bout of rain; it was fantastic. We made it to every stop, had plenty of time for sight seeing and swimming in the crystal clear water. Lyla and her team on boat 999 were so friendly and attentive, they made the day incredible. Thank you Lyla you are the best!
Beautiful island, crystal water and stunning views around. The tour was well organised and crew(especially tour guide Mike) were sweet and friendly . a full day, but definitely worth it.
We really enjoyed every part of it. It offered the best value for money we could find for a Phi Phi Islands tour.Everything was well organized, and the islands were absolutely beautiful. We highly recommend this tour, even during the low season. If you’re planning to visit, try to go before August, as the famous Maya Bay is closed to visitors from august through september each year for its annual environmental restoration.
Phi phi island itself was beautiful but we had the least amount of time there, we booked to see that but other places were arranged it was all so rushed and feel we wasted our money doubt a refund will be given very dissatisfied
Beautiful experience overall, loved everything, the islands are ao beautiful and surreal A special thanks to Gee our tour guide, she's such a darling
It was such an amazing experience we got have a lot of pictures and videos of the experience the food was delicious as well everyone was kind and friendly pickup was on time as scheduled so that was great out guide was “sugar” and was looking out for us the whole time and taking pictures as well
Very loud boat engines.. suggestion hand out ear plugs! Loaded on board with very cramped seating! Didn’t stop long enough to enjoy snorkeling and 1 stop waited for 15 minutes for 1 couple to return no fault of boat crew who I would rate 4/5. Lunch looked great but everything was cold..big disappointment! Took much oil in a lot of the prepared dishes. Only thing great was the Salad which was thankfully cold. I would not book this tour again. I would pay higher cost and go on boat with less the 12 passengers. Pay a lot for comfort see less stops stay at great snorkeling places longer.
My friend and I are really glad we booked this tour. They really checked everything off our list. Our tour guide Dada was so knowledgeable and kept the energy really high. We saw the gorgeous waters, we rented a private long tail boat for an extra 2500 baht and got amazing pictures. The lunch was great and catered to our allergies. I definitely think you should book with this group, you will not be disappointed.
This tour brought us to some of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen. The snorkeling was the best I’ve done in the world aside from the coast of Belize. The staff - Tommy, in particular, was kind, fun, and very helpful. The included lunch on Phi Phi Island was very good, and overall the cost was very reasonable, especially considering it includes pick up from your hotel. I only rated it four stars, however, because you spend so much of the day in transit and almost all of the places we stopped, were very over-touristed in my opinion. Still, definitely worth the trip to see these stunning places.
