Maya Bay, Phi Phi & Bamboo Island Premium Trip By Seastar From Phuket

Seastar did well with organising but could work on a few things. This is my second time doing a trip like this and I was slightly disappointed . Too much mystery/suspense for the pick up. Communication for pick up could at least give up a heads up 1hr in advance to know the trip wasn't scam or just real. The speedboat didn't provide views on the sides during the trip to see around while travelling around. The trip advisor itinerary details are misleading with mentioned of 2hrs on bamboo island. We didn't spend 2 hrs but the avg 50mims. Which makes a lot of sense now that I've been twice.its too hot to stay there that long but so breathtakingly beautiful. In the end, my partner loved it all for the first time & that's mostly important. I wanted her to enjoy it as much as I did the first time. The highlight of the trip was when we paid extra to go on the long tail boat and to see even better within water within the lagoon & swim around time, which my partner loved so so much. I got a free glass bottom kayak to even explore too. Bonus! The trip was amazing either way, it worked out despite. The crew and guide were so lovely and I wouldn't trade them. A successful trip to show my partner PhiPhi islands despite!! Big up S Mina & her crew !

It was a good one i really enjoyed it

Very enjoyable tour of the islands, with options to get on a small long boat and explore the coves of Phi Phi islands. Snorkeling was fair. Not many fish. Guide was friendly and enthusiastic. The only drawback was the constant impact on the speed boat due to the constant collisions with the choppy ocean waters. By the end of the tour, I had a headache and muscle ache from the jarring movements. Slightly less if you're sitting inside the boat rather than at the bow of the boat, as I was most of the time.

Good experience. A bit too many people on the boat (not enough seats), but overall it was good value.

It was an Island hopping tour and basically it was really good. The only thing was then pickup, I did not receive any confirmation and the Phone no provided to me were not reachable. After managing to receive a confirmation, the Taxi came 1hour earlier than discussed. Apart from picking up, everything was great

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! For the price, you truly feel like you’re receiving royal treatment. The service was top-notch, the staff were attentive and professional, and the entire Phi Phi Island tour was very well organized. The food was an incredible feast, with plenty to enjoy, and everything exceeded our expectations. The scenery was breathtaking, but the outstanding hospitality made the experience even more special. We’ve done many island tours, and this was by far one of the best island tours in Asia. Worth every penny. Highly recommended!

Great day. We were able to take time to enjoy each location. We were well looked after and, although the ride was bumpy, it was part of the adventure. It was great value for money and the buffet lunch was very tasty. Maya Bay was a highlight.

Pick up and drop off was at our hotel so very convenient. Everything was super organized and it was such a beautiful experience. We got our own private long boat since there were 6 of us and it was definitely worth it. The crew was consistently walking around providing water and snacks. The food that’s included was also very good!

We had a memorable carefully arranged trip to Phi Phi, Maya and Khai Islands. It was a trip inclusive of a really good buffet choice lunch. There were bottles of water provided on our motor jet boat. We were taken for Scuba diving, snorkeling and swimming off the boat in the sea. Very safe and beautiful pristine waters! Highly recommended.

This trip was our highlight in Thailand. It is the best way to see different islands in one day. The tour guide was very friendly and well spoken in English. Highly recommended. Just remember to take cash as most places we visited required cash.

It's not safe to bring 2 years old baby with you. They do not inform you about safety issue and do not refund the money

I’ll put it this way—this excursion is absolutely amazing! You’ll visit so many truly beautiful spots on a very fast boat (reaching speeds of 80 km/h or more). You aren't strictly controlled—you can even jump into the water right from the boat! At the same time, I constantly felt safe because the guides are highly experienced, have a great sense of humor, and are genuinely kind people who share interesting stories. You’ll go swimming, explore reefs, cliffs, and beaches, have lunch, and just enjoy the open water views. Also, make sure to bring 400 THB for the extra small speedboat trip—it’s incredibly beautiful. If I ever find myself in Thailand again, I will definitely go on this exact tour once more. Thank you, you guys are the best=)

We had a great day at the sea. The only thing that was a big nuisance was the plastic cups and straws provided on the boat, some of which flew into the sea. Could you consider lending customers deposit bottles that would be returned against a deposit at the end of the day? There was a sad amount of plastic trash in the sea.

This was by far the worst excursion I have ever experienced in MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! Now I have done this tour previously with another tour company and had a great time. But this was bad from the onset. The guide's English was horrible and we could barely understand a word he said. They never once asked or advised anyone on the speedboat to put on a life jacket and the waters were so rough that I constantly was projected from my seat. y friends were getting sick and the guide nor any other staff tended to them and basically just tossed us some black plastic bags. They were not at all prepared for customers getting sick like the staff was the last time I went on this tour. Our guide seemed so much interested in a trio of young girls that were on the tour and he could care less about anyone else. We were on the Andaman of the Future speed boat and I will forever remember this name and this company and advise everyone to steer clear of it. as rough as the waters were, we could have fallen off that speed boat and drowned because no one offered nor provided life jackets! Who does that????? And at the end they had the audacity to pass around a tip jar. Well out of the 45 people on that boat, they received a tip from one person. And that was not deserved. Thanks God for the lady on board who had some sort of smelling liquid that helped everyone on the boat that was getting sick.

The experience of service this team provides was great! They bring to all the amazing spots and give sufficient time to explore each island and beach. For Muslim, they provide halal food restaurant for lunch. The guides also able to communicate in English and mandarin fluently.

Cramped on a small boat like sardines. Everything was rushed. We supposed to see some monkeys on beach but they were not there. 50 m from us there was another beach with some monkeys but crew didn’t take us there.

Absolutely amazing Day Island hopping . Highly recommend . Lunch was included but I did end up buying my own lunch on one of the islands. Take cash on you. Very hot got a little sunburnt so best take a throw over shirt incase u catch to much sun in the avo

The tour was great. The staff were very friendly, and they were efficient. Disregard any negative reviews; those people need to manage their own expectations. They did their best to minimise travel time to maximise experience, and beat the crowds. Highly recommended.

Beautiful islands with crystal-clear water and breathtaking scenery. Snorkelling was great and Maya Bay was unforgettable. A full but very enjoyable day—well worth it and highly recommended. 🌊🏝️

The trip is very beautiful, unfortunetely we felt there was very little time to enjoy each part of it. Also The lunch buffet was not very good. Overall, it was Nice visiting all these beautiful beaches!

Dont even waste your time for this trip, it's absolute waste of time from the start. The call you at 7.30am but dont depart till 10 am. The so called speed boat is a piece of junk, unsafe and overcrowded. Overall a waste of time in an insafe boat to overcrowded islands that are very normal and tourist traps. The lunch they offer is industrial food worth avoiding. The only good thing the boat crew was good

Hi, I booked this the night before as we decided to go to Phi Phil Island last minute but the taxi was able to pick us up the following morning arriving early! It was a great day full of good vibes, sun and swimming. The boat ride was fun and had an amazing view. Breakfast and lunch were provided along with snacks and drinks throughout the trip. I would recommend this tour to anyone considering it. The tour guides were great.

An absolutely amazing experience The staff on the boat especially the tour leader were The highlight was the opportunity to swim,snorkel and experience the absolute beauty of the islands It was a surreal experience I just wish I had done fewer islands and spent more time in the water I would choose a different tour package but with the same company because they were outstanding

It was nice but not more than that. The speed boat was inconvenient. Stops were nice but not much of excitements. The team members did their best to make the experience pleasant and memorable .

It was a great experience. The staff was very nice and friendly. I just wish there had been more time on the islands, and the food options could be better & labeled properly to cater to vegetarians.

The sites visited and the whole experience was definitely worth it. But the speedboat experience wasn’t that good. They go for over 40min at maximum speed with the boat bumping making it very uncomfortable for most. Some vomited, some cried, some had back pain. It didn t have to be this way. At high speed not maximum speed, a speed boat is ok. Also our boat was small and we were packed like sardines. Not a single room to move and we were literally on each other. There was a bit of overselling for extra activities and gadgets, but that is quite common. Otherwise the team was friendly and well organised. You just need to realise that over the 8 hours of the trip you will only spend about 3h on land rushing to make your visits and take your pictures. If you have time it is better to take a ferry and spend the night on phi phi island with nice accommodations available on site as well as good restaurants and of course amazing beaches.

This tour to Phi Phi islands gave me & my family a happy & relax experience. The staff were friendly, the food were nice & itinerary was good. Thanks for the good service provided. I would still choose this tour when I travel to Phuket again.

We booked this tour for six people and had a very disappointing experience. There was no communication from the operator until past 1:00 AM regarding pickup time or driver details. The van arrived full, with the driver’s family using seats, and after multiple pick-ups we only reached the operator’s site around 9:30 AM. The facilities were poor and mainly served as a place to push sales instead of offering a proper briefing. The tour guide’s communication was unclear and time-wasting. The speedboat was packed to full capacity, extremely hot, and even basic drinking water was only given after returning from the first island—clearly encouraging purchases from island shops. Lunch was the worst food we’ve had in Thailand, and the crowds made the entire experience stressful. After waiting for divers and snorkelers at noon, we arrived at Phi Phi for lunch and decided to cancel the rest of the tour. We paid extra for a ferry back to the mainland, which was a far better experience. Having visited different islands before on private long-tail boats, those trips were far more enjoyable, economical, and time-saving—just note you may not have insurance coverage. Overall, this was a very bad experience. We strongly recommend avoiding tours with OhHoo and instead booking a private boat or ferry.

The boat was small and had a lot of turbulence. There were no toilet facilities in the boat and lunch was in a very crowded place.

The staff was really friendly and accomodating. They made my experience so great that I referred my friends and family to go to Phukett and visit this beautiful place and opt them specifically as their guides

An excellent tour. From pick up to drop and everything in between The big boat is excellent as you can site see along the way compared to a speedboat when you are sat inside the boat and cant see anything. The canoeing is excellent, the lunch is great. Very cheap price for an all day tour Would highly recommend and would do it again.

Maya Bay is absolutely stunning and truly lives up to its reputation. The turquoise water, white sandy beach, and dramatic limestone cliffs create a breathtaking view that feels like a postcard come to life. The area is well protected now, so the beach is clean and the environment feels more preserved compared to before. Visitors are not allowed to swim directly at the beach, but you can still enjoy the view from the shore and take beautiful photos. Boats stop at designated areas, and the walk to the bay is well managed with clear paths and staff assistance. It can get crowded during peak hours, so visiting early in the morning is highly recommended for a more peaceful experience. Overall, Maya Bay is a must-visit spot in Phi Phi Island—short visit, but truly unforgettable.

Only 15 minutes was enough to have the pleasure of delight with this astonishing view. I really thank the team who wisely organized, coordinated and guide us to discover the beautiful hidden paradise of Thailand. Despite the bad weather that day, the members of staff made us feel comfortable during our long trip to the islands, always controlling every one was on board and ready for the next adventure. Hope the company keep working with them.

Maya bay was the most beautiful island, the guide and the captain were awesome. Swimming and snorkelling experience was also great.
