Amazing experience. I had such a good time.

The whole experience was incredible, out on the open waters of Northern Phuket visiting 8 different islands, a tame monkey jumped onto my JetSki. The tour operators were very friendly, helpful and took multiple photos all of which were available to us that same night. We were picked up from our hotel and couldn’t have been more happy with this experience. Much better than the random beach jetski tours you see around

Real open water experience. Not even close to beach jet skis which is a boring event. This is the one to bring you the real nature and beauty

Stopping at different islands made the ride feel much more interesting. The route kept changing, so it never felt repetitive. My arms were tired by the end, but it was worth it.

I had never ridden a jet ski between islands before, so this was a fantastic experience. The guides watched the group carefully and explained everything well. The scenery was beautiful and we had enough stops to rest and take photos. It was exciting without feeling too difficult.

This was a fun experience. Our guides were so sweet and caring, they even held a surprise birthday party for one of us. From the feeling of resting on the water to swimming and discovering islands... It all was great. Eat first and bring snacks. You will need that strength. I recommend :)

Riding a jet ski between islands was something I'd wanted to do for years. The scenery was incredible and the guides kept the group together without rushing anyone. It can get hot out on the water, so sunscreen is a must.

This experience was literally one of the best things I have ever done in my life. Adrenaline filled, fun and adventurous. Virtually a full day of fun on the water. My wife and I can’t stop talking about it.

Well worth the money spent, we both had the most amazing day! The staff were friendly & helpful, lunch delicious. We would both do it again in a heartbeat. Make sure you take a hat, plenty of sunscreen and some money for the last island so you can have a cocktail on the beach.

I booked this trip over four months ago. When I booked it, it included transfers from my accommodation that I had selected from the list a few days before we went on the trip. I then received an email stating that, due to my location — even though they had accepted my location months ago — I was not within their catchment area. I had to make my own way at my own expense to the starting point, which cost me £15 each way. Only one other person was on the excursion, and they also got a taxi there. i enjoyed the jet skiing, but it was disappointing that I spent an additional £30 getting there and returning. I requested a partial refund. They sent me an email saying that, after careful consideration, they had denied my request. I don’t believe it was due to me not being within the catchment area, but rather because they only had one other person on the excursion.

Hard on muscles but tour guides made it as fun as can be many beautiful islands to see and great employees

Great trip! We shared a jet ski between 2 and saw 7 islands. It was very relaxed with a small tour group. We visited monkey island and got up very close to the monkeys. The other islands were great. The staff were great and look lots of photos throughout. Lunch was a bit disappointing of rice and chicken wings so would recommend taking snack / buying food on the island. Otherwise was a great trip

I booked the "5 Islands Jet Ski" tour (Booking #BR-1373027203) through Viator, and the entire experience was a nightmare from start to finish. I would strongly advise travelers to look elsewhere.1. Misleading "Pay Later" Policy: The ad explicitly stated I could reserve now and pay later. However, as soon as I entered my card details to secure the booking, my card was charged in full. This caused significant stress as I was in the middle of a 33-hour travel day with limited internet access.2. Wrong Pickup Times: My Viator voucher and Apple Wallet confirmation both clearly stated an 8:00 AM start time. Despite this, the operator (OH-HOO) later claimed the pickup was at 7:30 AM and treated me as if I were late, even though I was following the official documentation provided by Viator.3. Unprofessional and Rude Staff: I tried to be proactive and emailed the operator the night before to add my girlfriend to the tour, offering to pay the difference. When the driver arrived and I spoke to the organizer (OH-HOO) on the phone, she was incredibly rude. She snapped that I should have "read my email" about the earlier pickup time and claimed she never received my request to add a person, despite me having proof of the sent email.Being met with such hostility and incompetence after a grueling journey from the US is unacceptable. Viator needs to vet their local operators better. Avoid OH-HOO travel at all costs!Date of experience: March 17, 2026

Rocky’s 8 Island Hop Jet Ski Tour was a great experience overall. We arrived at Rocky Jet Skis where Rocky gave a full safety briefing before we headed out on the water. Once the instructions were done, we jumped on the skis and took off. At the start I did get pulled up due to a small communication mix-up, but Rocky teams handled it quickly and professionally and we sorted it out straight away before continuing on to the first island. At the first stop you can grab a drink and have a short break before heading off again. The jet skis were Sea-Doo skis, and the one I rode topped out around 74 km/h, which was more than fast enough considering the choppy water conditions. Personally, I would have preferred a little more riding time and slightly less island time, but it was still a good way to break up the ride. The last island you can buy any sort of drink and also food, Unfortunately we had one person in our group who wouldn’t listen to instructions, which slowed things down a bit and took away from the experience slightly — but that’s not the fault of Rocky or his team. Overall, Rocky and his crew were fantastic — professional, friendly, and clearly experienced on the water. Despite the small hiccups, I’d definitely do it again with Rocky Jet Skis. Great day out if you enjoy riding and exploring the islands. 🌊🏝️

The tour was good, seen a monkeys , was lunch and instructions. Better to take at 7 am, cause sun is not hard

Absolutely unreal experience. Jet skiing around Phuket was the perfect mix of adrenaline, scenery, and pure fun. Once we got out into the open water, the waves turned choppy in the best possible way — every bounce felt like a mini launchpad. The freedom of carving through the ocean with nothing but blue water and islands around you is something else. Rocky and his guides were relaxed but professional, the route was stunning, and the whole vibe was just effortless fun. If you’re looking for an activity that delivers both thrill and views, this is the one. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

Had the best half day out visiting the islands. The crew were excellent and very helpful. Had a rocky start with one jet ski but they sorted out the problem when I showed them. Totally recommend doing this tour with them 👍🏻

If you want to ride a jet ski this is the best way to do it. This is merge of riding and visiting wonderful locations. 10 out of 10

We had so much fun! Tour operators were great, they took lots of photos along the way which was awesome! Make sure you take river shoes, cash and a waterproof bag and phone cover. Definitely recommend this experience!

Had a good time on the waters off northern Phuket. Saw a few beautiful islands and visited with rather tame monkeys. We had a bit of miscommunication about meeting time as we had our own transportation (12:30 when everyone else arrived after 13:30) but we were underway by 14:00. We were back at about 18:00 and had a light meal that was delicious. Staff were good but limited in English so we were uncertain at times what we were doing when we stopped at various beaches and for how long. These jet-skis are very fast so be prepared to have a bit of a workout. The big plus to this tour that isn't advertised is that they provide all of the photos they take during the day (and there are many) for no additional fee. Recommend this tour if you don't want to devote an entire day to Phi Phi or James Bond Island tours.

Tour guides were all great and helpful. Well worth the money for family’s. Beautiful scenery, monkeys come right up to the JetSki. Island breaks are relaxing

Description said this would be a 4 1/2 hr tour of islands with lunch served at one of the islands. Nowhere did it say that it would be 2 hr drive from our hotel to the starting point. The islands were ill kept garbage strewn spots with nothing to do. Half way through tour I was told that lunch would be at the end once we returned to starting point. So lunch was given at 6:15pm. Obviously so that we would spend miler at a previous island because we were starving so we bought food. We begged our guides to finish sooner because we had enough and it was already dark out but they refused!

Was such a lovely experience. If you ever in Phuket, give them a try. Would highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed 😌

Would have been 5 stars but for 2 things the transport that was due to pick us up didn’t we call the office and we’re told that we had to make our own way there we had a hour got there with 10 minutes to spare stressful then lunch we stopped at the 4 or 5 island for food everyone thought it was paid for no you got your lunch at the end of the tour 1 drum stick and a bit of rice the jet ski experience was great the staff were fun

We had been on this tour before and it was v different and much longer. This time around the taxi took over an hour to get to the location. Instead of starting at 12 (advertised time) we didn’t start until 1:20pm. This meant that we were time limited by the sunset. We had also paid extra for a ‘private’ tour which was fine but we ultimately ended up at the same places with the same people. It also doesn’t matter if you do the 4-5 islands or 5-7 islands. You just end up at the same places inevitably. At the end of the day we were unable to go to the mangroves as it just got too late and we were told to head back. Had we not done this tour before we might have not known but the last time we did it, it was far better. It’s now a tourist factory. Finally, we were told that we would only receive photos that the guides took if we paid them tip. Having paid extra for a private experience and received less of the tour, that was icing on the cake. I can only hope the tour goes back to being an experience.

The tour is an enjoyable few hours on the water. The guides are very friendly, and work really hard to take photos of everyone in the group to be shared. However, disappointingly, the photos have not been shared (the afternoon tours photos have been). Despite number of follow ups, my messages have gone ignored, which is very disappointing (the afternoon session photos look great!)

Going flat out on a JetSki is REALLY fun! Both my 18 yr old daughter and I had no JetSki experience so I was a little nervous about this last minute booking, but it was so good. We stopped off at three different islands for a break and took some pictures in front of others. The young guys taking the tour were super cute and we genuinely enjoyed our day. I didn’t give it 5stars as the islands we stopped at weren’t super interesting but the whole day was really enjoyable. I would definitely recommend! Pick up and drop off to our resort was also very much appreciated.

A must-try experience! Riding a jet ski in Phuket was absolutely thrilling. We visited six islands, and even though the weather was cloudy and rainy, it made the adventure even more breathtaking.

It was pouring rain on our tour day, roads were flooded, our taxi driver did his best, but still we were 1 hour late, our group left (we were outside of pick up zone). We prepared ourselves for the most disappointing experience. But after we arrived, we were taken care of (paperwork, checklist of items to have, safety rules) and assured it was safe and there was another group departing shortly. We ended up getting on a jetski in a pouring rain, bewildered but willing to go with the flow, and OMG we had fun!!! Never thought it would be so liberating and fun to jetski in a rain storm! And maybe our pictures were cloudy, but boy they don’t reflect the fun we had in reality! Our guides were considering, were checking on us, taking massive amount of pictures, which were sent afterwards over WhatsApp. Absolutely recommend!

Do not book your jet ski tour through this agency. This was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences of our trip. We booked a group tour for two people, which included hotel pickup. At 1:30 AM the night before, we received a message saying that our hotel—selected through their own website—was not within the pickup zone. We were told to arrange our own transportation, which cost us 1,400 Baht round-trip. This was never mentioned at the time of booking. To make things worse, there was a thunderstorm warning in Phuket on the morning of the trip. Since I was traveling with family, I asked to postpone the tour for safety reasons. The request was dismissed outright. We were told to either go on the tour or lose our money. There was zero concern for our well-being or flexibility in light of dangerous conditions. After paying out of pocket to get to the location, we were told that the booking only included one jet ski, not two. This was never communicated, and clearly not what we had booked or paid for. The operator on-site seemed confused and unprepared, making it clear that the agency had not done their job properly. While the rest of the group went out into the rain, we decided we had had enough. Between the storm, the miscommunication, and the complete lack of accountability, we canceled the booking and are now pursuing a refund. This agency is disorganized, misleading, and irresponsible. Do yourself a favor: book elsewhere. On a positive note: the operator (Rocky Jetski) was extremely understanding and nice about us canceling and the staff stated there have been many similar instances with this agency

I already did several different jetski trips and this was by far the best one! The views are amazing and the instructors are super relaxed. Will definitely do that again when back there.

This is a very long tour on a JetSki! We went to 6 different islands and mostly sat waiting for rest of the group to catch up. Lots of distance on JetSki then arrive at restaurant to be told we had to pay for food. Then went back to base and had bad rice and one piece of fried chicken. Travel was an hour each way from our hotel. Do not recommend this trip.

This was the best Jet Ski tour I have done, and I have done many of them, the staff are very friendly, and they make sure you have a great time. they take lots of pictures which you will get free access to through a link a week or so after your excursion. The food was good but just a small portion so I suggest taking snacks or plan to buy some on the different islands you will go to. If I ever returned, i would do it again hands down.

I participated in this activity 2 days ago in pouring rain and allthough not everyone in my group enjoyed it (some got left behind, some didnt bring glasses in rain), for me it was fun so I decided to go again. This time when I arrived, (Transfer on my own) there was lightening and thunder in that area. First thing I learned as a kid growing up by the water: never go out when there is lightening and we stayed in Singapore just prior, where activities were cancelled because of lightening for customers safety. Here? They grin at you and tell you if you dont go, you dont get a refund. When all I wanted, was to be resceduled. (And I know they are not fully booked especially in the mornings during rain season). No. You have to go or you lose your money. Safety instructions were also skipped that day, just pressure to go NOW! „Its safe, its safe. Maybe lightening is different in your country.“ I did not go but they did take two people out that morning. Irresponsable

This experience was awesome. Flying around, island to island was such a fun experience. The sun was shining and the water was calm. Our tour guides were great and even fit in some breaks for us to drink and get snacks along the way. Be sure to bring your sunscreen or hat
