We had a brilliant day at Andamanda Waterpark. The highlight was definitely the giant wave pool, and the slides were good fun for everyone. As expected with a park of this quality, there were some queues for the top rides, but the waits were totally manageable. Highlights: Pool Bar & Infinity Pool: A fantastic find! It offers a lovely, relaxed vibe with great staff—the perfect spot to unwind between rides. Rides & Wave Pool: Excellent variety of attractions and high-energy water slides. Food & Dietary Considerations: The food hall was a bit disappointing overall. Gluten-Free Options: For anyone requiring a gluten-free diet, options were quite limited (no gluten-free pizza available). However, the GF pasta option was genuinely delicious! The chicken burger was just average, but there are plenty of other food stalls across the different park zones to explore. Overall, a super fun day out for all ages. Highly recommended when visiting Phuket!

Water park is fabulous but do not book through Trip Advisor. Klook is far cheaper and even though trip advisor states they have a price guarantee, its a lie. They wont match the price on klook. Be aware trip advisor price is in USD. Not clearly stated until paid.
We spent most of the day exploring different slides and pools. There was something suitable for everyone in our group. The lockers were busy around midday, but the rest of the visit was smooth.
Lots of the slides are tubes which take an exceptionally long time to get people on. Therefore even a short queue can take a long time. Expensive for what it is, Sydney is expensive and this water park costs a similar amount to there. Food was ok, a pizza could be shared between 2 people 250bht. Female showers smelt like a male toilet. In general not great value for money but fun day if you like that sort of thing.
I loved this place! there were secure lockers to store our things. SO many water slide; scary and non scary. the wave pool was huge and so much fun. Plenty pool area to relax in and a lazy raft river if you are no t keen on the large slides. We dont have kids but the kids area blew us away. it was huge and looked so much fun with so many water features and equipment. 2 lunch areas with lots of different nationality of food options and more casual options like juices and wraps. . Highly recommended. There are lines for waterslides but we didnt have to wait too long. unfortunately they have weigh everyone before getting on which takes time. I dont know if there could be a better system for that - but it is safety
We had a wonderful time, the reception and service was so great. Very child friendly. The slides were great as well, a manageable crowd a great atmosphere
It was a beautiful visit, but the time we went was free and a new city with restaurants and nice sessions It was a beautiful visit, but the time we went was free and a new city with restaurants and nice sessions
The tall slides were crazy fun—we were screaming and laughing the whole time. The lazy river was super long and perfect for just floating and chatting. Loved the swim-up bar vibe too, chilling with drinks in the water. The kids’ zone looked super cute even though we didn’t go in. Staff were friendly and always smiling, and we felt really safe the whole day. They had towel rentals and lockers, so we didn’t have to carry much. Totally worth it—highly recommend if you're in Phuket!
Had sooo much fun! Went solo but didn’t feel alone at all. The weather was crazy hot so getting in the water was EVERYTHING! . Tons of rides, super friendly staff, and just good vibes all around.
I would love to recommend this activity. great location and good views, the staff really funny and helpful.
There are so many fun slides, and a huge wave pool. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and everything is really clean and safe. We had a blast and totally recommend visiting if you’re in Phuket!
Avoid this place! The food ran out in the restaurant! The beer ran out! Very long queues for water slides etc. The worst thing we have done this trip!
I requested a refund in the morning of the activity, the request failed. I also couldn't use the ticket, because they stopped me at the gate.
I paid 3 tickets , when I got there , they said that are not good tickets , and to pay again over there. That’s how I got scammed!
What a great park. If you are anywhere near this park on your trip, it was well worth it. If you were buying your tickets on this site remember that it is in US funds at least ours where. We are from Canada. I thought I was getting a bit of a deal found out. I paid more than if I would’ve just got them from the gate. At the gate, they are 1800 bot. ฿200 for a locker and ฿200 for a towel The locker is definitely big enough for a couple. Loved the slides with so much fun. We luckily were there in beginning of November so lineups were not that long.
A great day out. Plenty of slides ranging from beginner to hardcore! Our teenagers loved it. As it was low season, we had no waiting to go on each ride. The food was reasonably priced. Enjoyed it!
Wrorst organization I ever seen and all the rides are with queues till mars . Don’t ever think to try it a whole waste of money
This operator is cheating ! Don’t buy admission tickets here !!! It says the tickets here are guaranteed for you to skip the line. I went to the waterpark and I still needed to queue up (in fact, a long queue) for the wristband. There was no counter for any online booking. So what’s the point of buying the tickets in advance ? And I asked the staff for the fast pass and the staff said there was no such thing. So, what line did I skip ? This operator is just a lier and please be aware of it. For TripAdvisor, you guys must check how trustworthy your partner is 😡
The Park is nice, but long wait times, the staff is miserable, the only good thing is the wave pool, the lazy river/rapids is not fun, tubes run out so one has to wait. The worst part was the foot, they don’t let anyone take food or drinks inside, that’s ok, but then one can’t find food inside, at 5 all the food ran out and I went to like 5 different locations for food, asked for help from a Chinese man who was in the management, he wasn’t of any real help, just did the bare minimum for show, won’t visit again.
We are a fun-loving couple | age 35-45 | who were very impressed by this water park! We both said it was the best one we’ve ever seen. We arrived at 10am, just as the park was opening, and we’re glad we did. This allowed us to jump right on to most all of the big slides with little to no wait. Many of the big slides had huge drops that will really take your breath away. Some are single, some double, and one that seats up to 6 people. There are weight + height requirements per ride and they do have you step on a scale before every turn. Some rides don’t allow any personal items (shoes, hats, sunglasses, phones, or even loose jewelry). This is because of how intense the speed of some slides are! Lazy River + Wave pool are great for a more relaxing vibe. Lounge chairs available to all & Cabanas for upgrade price. There’s even a swim up bar that serves cocktails overlooking the wave pool. Pretty entertaining to sip a drink while watching everyone try to manage the waves. There is a whole section designated for kiddos but we didn’t take the time to check it out. The food court + drink offerings were fun & provided a good variety. Euro, Indian + Thai, fruit/smoothie stand, cocktails + more. The gift shop sells splash proof cases for phones which can be used on some of the rides, but not all. Lockers for rent + showers available for all. There’s even someone going around snapping photos during your slide adventures & photo gifts can be purchased at the end of your trip. CONS: •Once it gets busier, it would be nice if the workers worked a little more quickly as they seem to take their sweet time getting riders on the slides & this slows up the lines quite a bit. •Friendlier staff at food / drink stands. We had trouble getting them to notice us a few times. OVERALL, 4.5 stars because it’s such a beautiful, well maintained, and fun place to spend the day!
Was the best day! So worth it. Our 2 teenagers loved it and for peak time, it wasn’t that busy. We waited 15 minutes for a slide except for the family ring one but it was definitely worth it. We waited longer just to do it again!! Take plastic waterproof covers for phones. We left ours in a locker so i needed to take it, take the pictures before putting it back before next ride. Not annoying but wished I’d taken the cover. Food needed to be brought by a tab system so I’d recommend working out roughly how much you’ll spend otherwise it can be expensive! Definitely worth a day out!
It's amazing 😍. We enjoyed lots 😃, we will visit again with family. It's nice place for children also.
We had a totally fantastic day in the park. There’s something for all ages; bold or not. Children's area is divided into two - one for the very young, and one for the older children (our are 8 and 10). There are several smaller skates. We also tried several of the big slides and they were really fun. Everywhere there is staff, who partly send you off, but who are also ready to help you up/out. They are very important in safety - all are weighed by the larger skates. There are lifeguards above everything. There are a lot of two-rides where the child sits at the front of a bathing; it works really well! An important height is 122cm! We rented a cabana for 2500baht incl 2 popcorn and 2 soda - nice to be able to sit in the shade as well as lie down and take a break. There are lights as well as propeller in the ceiling. All in all a good experience and we will definitely come back.
Classic water park, which is of course expensive but super fun for children. Only tourists of course (unlike water parks in e.g. Italy), mostly Russians (who crowd the queues), Australians, Indians and some Scandinavians and some from the Middle East. The security felt a bit too rigorous, think that the queues could have been halved without problems with a little more efficient thinking of processes when preparations for the next run began only after the one that had left before came down. A little unclear weight limits and you had to weigh yourself quite often regardless of how much or little you weigh and even a little arbitrary there. You should be prepared to stand in line in the sun for longer periods so the queues can take 10-45 minutes, so high SPF is suitable. Even the quieter attractions (lazy river and splashing water) were fun for the little bigger ones for a while. Almost meaningless to buy tickets in advance, you had to stand in the same queue as everyone else to collect bracelets. This with payments of food etc via bracelets, however, is ill thought out, but a good idea from the beginning. The bracelets worked super to select and unlock the shackle. However, the app did not work at all to register bracelets, so that preparation was in vain to be able to transfer money. Better to load up on the person who is going to shop with a large amount (staggering prices of course, about 65 SEK for a bullet of ice cream...) and you then get back the amount you did not spend in cash on the way out at the end of the day. Easy way to change (or launder?) money otherwise when you load up with cards and get back cash. Furthermore, you constantly got a lot of receipts for everything you bought, so the idea that you just blip and pay without needing a wallet or similar is weird, and you should of course have received receipts digitally and / or been able to bring them with you at the end of the day instead if necessary. Who saves receipts from a lunch at a water park? The slides/attractions themselves are fun, and if your child has not visited a playland, it is worth a few thousand kronor (SEK) for a day. Many had mobile phones in waterproof cases that they wore around their necks, but you didn’t seem to be able to ride with them very often, so didn’t really get the point of it if you didn’t have a grandmother who could hold the mobiles while the queue was going on.
A limestone without water, sandwich, and juice Buying from a angry air means shame Sweet toys People there humiliated after strangers
It's a very fun water park, clean, very good atmosphere. My grandchild likes it very much and wants me to come here often. The staff are cute and friendly. Various players I'll come again. There are lifeguards to take good care of your safety.
