Our family of four had a truly.wonderful time at Wyndham Grand Nai Harn hotel in September 2026. Wonderful pool, with swim up bar, very friendly and professional staff with a great level of service and warmth. Slightly removed from the hustle and bustle, but easily accessible with assistance from hotel staff, if needed. We liked this location very much. We would very happily stay here again and appreciated all the genuine attentiveness and care from all staff 🙏🙏🙏
Great peaceful stay near Phuket's best beach! We stayed at Wyndham Grand Nai Harn Beach Resort and absolutely loved our experience! The resort is situated in a very quiet and picturesque area, well away from the noisy nightlife streets. The rooms are spacious, modern, beautifully designed, and feature extremely comfortable beds. The highlight for us was the lush grounds surrounded by an impressive network of swimming pools, making it easy to always find a serene spot to relax. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of both Asian and European dishes. Getting to Nai Harn Beach takes about 10–12 minutes on foot past the lake, but the hotel also runs a convenient complimentary shuttle every 30 minutes. The staff were incredibly polite, warm, and always eager to assist with any request. We would happily stay here again!
I absolutely loved my stay here from beginning to end. I stayed solo and felt so comfortable and well looked after throughout my entire stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. One of my favourite parts of the stay was the private Muay Thai classes. Yuhan was amazing — very experienced, patient and especially great for beginners. I felt comfortable learning at my own pace, and it was such a fun experience. The hotel itself genuinely feels like a 5-star experience. If you’re looking for somewhere luxurious, comfortable and welcoming, this is definitely the place to be. They also have an in-house wellness and beauty treatment shop, which was such a great bonus. I had a CO2 laser treatment during my stay and was really impressed with how experienced and professional the staff were. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel, especially if you’re travelling solo!
One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. We stayed in a swim out room, very much worth it if you enjoy night swims and day swims. The staff are so hospitable. Service in London couldn’t compare. The food was also amazing. The chef is very talented. Very special shout out to Oil, Top and Noi from the restaurant. They went above and beyond for us during our stay. The hotel is located in the perfect place for beaches, food, night life- Patong being only 35-40 min drive away, and overall relaxation. We will definitely be returning. Thank you Wyndham Grand for making it a great holiday, birthday and anniversary.
Review of Wyndham Grand Nai Harn Hotel We stayed as a family (4 adults) in April 2026. The hotel is located a bit far from the sea, but there is a shuttle to the beach every hour. Overall impression — we really liked it and would definitely come back again! Room — we stayed in Building 19 on the ground floor (pool access). The room itself was quite spacious, and the air conditioning worked well (no damp smell, and it didn’t overcool the room). Having direct access to the pool at all times was a huge plus! We recommend choosing a room with access to the main pool rather than the one on the outer side of the building :) Service — when we first checked in, we were given rooms in a distant building with pool access on the back side (Building 10). We didn’t like that since all the activity was happening at the main pool. We went to the reception, and they moved us to a room by the main pool! Housekeeping was also excellent and timely — we would go to the beach in the morning and return around noon to a clean room, which was very convenient. Overall, the service was great. The restaurant staff were very kind and attentive to every table. The staff do not speak Russian, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Food — we only had breakfasts included, which was more than enough for us (there’s a great restaurant nearby, Avo Kitchen, highly recommended; there is also a 7/11 about a 10-minute walk away, which is not very convenient). Breakfast was good and quite varied, mostly traditional European cuisine. The only downside was the Eggs Benedict — the bread wasn’t toasted, there was no bacon, and the sauce was more sour than expected. Location — the hotel is somewhat remote, but that’s typical for Nai Harn Beach (most hotels there are like this). The hotel itself is quiet, and the territory is decent but mostly filled with pools, so there’s not much space for walking :) It’s also easy to get lost among the buildings, which can be a bit inconvenient. Infrastructure — the area is full of pools, so you can swim as much as you like :) The depth is not very big, only 1.3 meters. There’s a children’s pool near the reception. A shuttle to the beach runs every hour, and the schedule is available at the reception. Wi-Fi is stable, and the rooms have smart TVs. Summary: a wonderful hotel, convenient location, and fantastic rooms! We would definitely come back again :)
