Wyndham Garden Naithon Phuket

We had a wonderful stay at Wyndham Garden Naithon Phuket and would highly recommend it, especially for families with children. The pool, gym, and kids’ area were very clean, well maintained, and easy to use. Breakfast had a great variety of choices, and even after three consecutive days, we never got bored with the menu. The staff were always friendly, smiling, and quick to help. Special thanks to Patrick, Parerie, and Big at the front desk for their warm hospitality and excellent service. On our final day, our flight was in the evening, and the hotel kindly extended our check-out time, which we really appreciated. The hotel also has convenient access to Naithon Beach. Overall, a very comfortable, family-friendly hotel with excellent facilities and service. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic hotel and restaurant. The food is amazing and the staff are soo friendly. Orange, mint, puyfail, pumpi are excellent. They are so joyful and happy all the time. Warm heart to serve and treat us like family. Will defintley come back. The pool access is amazing and my son Noah is very happy and thrilled. Highly recommended !

My partner and I stayed here for one night before going to the airport to go home. It was a good hotel but definitely not deserving of a 5-star title. Maybe 3-star. The rooms were lovely and clean, most of the grounds were clean and organised, and it was a good location, close to the beach and other stores at the beach. The reception staff were very nice and were able to extend our checkout to 2-hours since we weren’t leaving for the airport until later, thank you for that. I will note, just for a few more hours of late checkout it cost 1300 bhat, which feels a little excessive. There was a 1000 bhat deposit upon arrival that we did not know about, this should be included when booking. We had a good experience but most of the things we noticed led us to think it should be a 3-star hotel. Mostly the fact that every single possible service is extra charge. We got two bottles of water complimentary but later in the day when I asked for some water, because obviously due to the heat we drank them quickly, it was 70 bhat. The breakfasts weren’t included with the room, even though all the 5-star hotels and resorts I’ve stayed at always have included breakfast, that’s usually one of the perks, and it was quite expensive to pay for the buffet. Same goes for every other service. Shuttle to airport is usually complimentary at 5-star resort, but here it’s 800 bhat, double the amount you can pay at Grab. The service was not very attentive, we only got 1 room card. Air conditioning was sub-par. It was a great stay and I want to say genuinely thank you to the kind reception staff that extended our checkout but please reassess the rating of this hotel. You are 3-star at best. If you want to be 5-star, you would need to offer much more. I stayed at a 5-star resort several days earlier, and for only a slightly more expensive room, we had a much much better experience including free water whenever needed, free shuttle to airport, included breakfast, private beach etc.

A wonderful hotel with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for anyone looking to escape and unwind. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The pool bar has a lovely ambiance, especially in the evening, making it a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Special thanks to Milk for the warm welcome, and to Pepe, Puifaii, Tan, and Pang for taking such great care of us during our stay.
