Villa Zolitude Resort & Spa

We recently stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The duplex apartment itself is wonderful, and very functional and, although only a short drive from busy areas, it felt like a remote sanctuary, perfect for relaxation. The property has excellent breakfasts and we also enjoyed the restaurant for 2 nights and the other night ordered to our room. Each time the food was excellent. The highlight however was definitely the team. If I recall correctly it was Mr Chai and Ms Roong (apologies if I got the names wrong). Every member of staff however were excellent, including the very friendly, helpful and professional cleaning staff. The happy hour was also a nice touch and I would also say they are some of the best cocktails we've had. We had a wonderful time and cannot wait to visit on our next trip to Thailand.

My husband booked Villa Zolitude Resort & Spa Phuket as a surprise for my 28th birthday, and it turned out to be one of the best resorts we’ve ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and accommodating. We were travelling with our toddler, and the resort was so child-friendly. They provided a baby crib and even mosquito repellent, which we really appreciated. Our little one had the best time in Thailand, and it made our stay even more special. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful. Being surrounded by nature, waking up to greenery, and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere was such a refreshing escape. I honestly wish we could have stayed longer just to take it all in. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the floating breakfast was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. I also had a traditional Thai massage at the spa, and it was incredible. The stretching techniques and gentle body adjustments relieved so much built-up tension that I walked out feeling like a completely new person. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Thank you to the entire team for making my birthday and our family holiday so memorable. We would absolutely love to come back again! ❤️

An absolutely exceptional stay. Villa Zolitude is the kind of place that reminds you what true relaxation feels like. The setting is incredibly peaceful, completely removed from the noise and rush of everyday life. Time felt generous here, and that alone is worth everything. Super fast response on any service calls, however hours run from 7:00 - 22:00, even for room service. The staff were outstanding, attentive without being intrusive, warm and genuinely welcoming throughout. The food was fantastic, fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. If you are looking for somewhere to properly switch off and recharge, this is it. Could not recommend highly enough.

My partner and I had an amazing stay at Villa zollitude. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The staff truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves throughout our stay. One thing we especially appreciated was the transportation service around the property. They were always happy to pick us up with the little van and take us wherever we needed to go from our room to the restaurant, to the parking lot, and back again and they never made it feel like an inconvenience. The service overall was outstanding. Anytime we called for room service or needed assistance, they responded quickly with a smile and were always willing to help with anything we asked. They also gave us great suggestions for things to do during our stay, which made the experience even better. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant, kind, and genuinely caring. You could tell they wanted guests to have a wonderful experience. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return again. Highly recommended!
