We had a great time at the resort here with a free upgrade to one of the best villa services. The warm hospitality provided by the butler Don and GM Pocky made a great start of our stay, the team Tony, Fah, Ploy is professional. The zen surrounding with good activity plans and a lovely sporty team in luxury facilities are top-notch.
Not as 5 star as others we have stayed at. Head Chef and a lot of the staff are lovely, but some others not always attentive. Room is OK, but no wardrobes etc, so you live out of a suitcase (housekeeping are lovely and very good). DeBeppe restaurant (the one with great views of the sea) is closed for refurbishment, but there is no activity (none at all, so it is basically closed to save opening it?), which mens that you are made to use 'Everything', which is not like an upmarket place. Buffet dinners are not being offered, so it is menu options only. Beach bar seems closed all of the time, but you can use the pool bar instead. But not for coffee, they 'don't' have the machine, but will direct you back to the main entrance for a grab and go (they don't offer to get it sent down, or go for you). Plates and glasses not being collected and a general lack of keeping things tidy is spoiling the pool area. Resort is set in lush gardens, which is is nice, but some areas are very untidy, with gardening rubbish etc visible. With DeBeppe being shut, there is one circular bar type area, but it also doubles as the place you go to get picked up by the resort golf buggy type vehicles. There is no 'posh' terrace type bar to get dressed up for. There is a very good fire show on Friday nights, which is done by some of the talented staff. I'll be complaining to my agent when I get home, is not exactly 'sold as seen'.
This was our second visit during our honeymoon trip, and it remains one of our most treasured memories. We truly appreciate Khun Patty, Khun Tong, and Khun F for checking us in and giving us such a warm welcome from the very beginning. A special thank you to Khun Min, the best buggy driver, for the excellent service. We were also delighted by the beautiful room decoration prepared by Khun Aom and Khun Nong Lek from Housekeeping. It was such a wonderful surprise when we entered our room, and their warm smiles made the experience even more special. However, the person who made the greatest impression on us and truly embodied genuine Thai hospitality was Khun Don. He continuously surprised and delighted us from the moment we arrived until our departure, making our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be back soon!
We had an amazing stay at Escape Villas! The villa was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The service was outstanding from start to finish. A big thank you to Villa Managers F, Don, and Tong, our Villa Host Bom, and the wonderful housekeeping team Khaw, Mee, Jinny, Wan, Fern, and Boy for taking such great care of us. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend Escape Villas and look forward to coming back!
We had a really great stay at Villa Escape Burasari. The place feels very private and peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery - it honestly feels like you’re somewhere deep in the jungle, almost like a hidden island, but with high-level comfort and service. The villas are beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. You can tell that a lot of attention is paid to details, both inside the villa and around the территории. The pool area is especially stunning - perfect for relaxing and just enjoying the atmosphere. The food was also a highlight. Everything we tried was delicious, and we especially loved the Italian restaurant - definitely worth mentioning. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and professional, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Another big plus is how easy it is to get there - just about a 10-minute speedboat ride from the pier, and you’re already in a completely different world. Overall, a beautiful, calm, and very атмосферное place. Would definitely come back.
