We had a wonderful stay at V Villas Phuket, and one of the highlights of our experience was the exceptional service from our personal butler, Irainy. From the moment we arrived, Irainy was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful. What impressed us the most was the 24-hour care and attention to detail. Whenever we needed anything, she was always there to help. When we booked activities, Irainy even sent us a morning message to make sure everything was arranged smoothly. She also helped us with restaurant reservations and carefully prepared our champagne for our evening at Akoya Rooftop Bar. What really touched us was how thoughtful she was even after dinner. She arranged for the champagne we had been enjoying at the restaurant to be carefully set up again in our villa, and she also helped arrange room service for us. We mentioned that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and Irainy went above and beyond by preparing a beautiful anniversary cake and welcome wine for us. These thoughtful touches made our celebration even more special. We truly felt cared for throughout our entire stay. Thank you so much, Irainy, for making our anniversary trip so memorable. Your warm and attentive service made a real difference, and we hope to see you again on our next visit to Phuket! Lovely place to stay. gym was small but equipped and nice yoga class. In general we had very good time, good massage too. Beach is public you have to use stairs. The service was not excellent, few times waited for food for ages. A rooftop terrace is really lovely, recommended. Also thanks to the team we had a private sound healing right in our pool, that was nice

Every request we made was handled with genuine warmth, efficiency, and impressive speed—even when it involved items that were not readily available at the villa, she always did her best to help us. We also experienced an issue with our villa, and Irainy immediately arranged for us to move to another villa so we could rest comfortably without any delay. Her professionalism and care truly made all the difference. She was also excellent in arranging our reservations and ensuring everything went smoothly from beginning to end. It is hard to express how grateful we are for her exceptional hospitality and kindness. One thing that truly stood out was that Irainy never said “no” to any of our requests. Even when we needed items that were not available at the villa because we had forgotten to buy them before going swimming, she immediately arranged for someone to go out to the shops and find everything we needed. She acted so quickly and efficiently, and it made a huge difference to our stay. Thanks to her thoughtfulness and dedication, we were able to relax and enjoy every moment of our vacation without any stress Thank you, Irainy, for making our stay so special.
