Twinpalms Surin Beach Phuket

I would struggle to say a bad thing about Twin Palms Resort. We love the location because it’s away from the hustle and bustle, but it’s also a close car ride away from Patong when you want a busier day. You can walk to Bang Tao as well for more shops and restaurants. We stayed at Twin Palms as a family group of seven across 4 rooms. We loved the pool, the pool bar and the food was amazing at all restaurants. We had wonderful massages at the hotel and it had a great gym and other facilities. The staff at Twin Palms can not be faulted. And I’d love to be able to mention them all but three really made our holiday. Suroya greeted us on our first day and went through everything very throughly, from this moment on she remembered us and always had a smile on her face! Omm in the kitchen at breakfast made the best omelettes and eggs, she was super cheery and friendly. Finally Maliya seemed to be everywhere from the pool bar to dinner and made our stay a home away from home. She was so accomodating and helpful! Thank you to everyone at the resort for making this a beautiful family holiday 🥰

Beautiful design especially the pool area and the rooms. Great attention to guest, including selection of scented flowers for your room, pillow selection and welcome drink. We loved staying here. The pool works till 11 in the evening which makes it perfect to enjoy a night swim as it fill like you almost have the beautiful pool all to yourself

We had such a beautiful stay at Twinpalms; all.of the staff were wonderful, helpful and always able to offer help. The room was comfortable and the space was calm and quiet. Easy location to walk plenty of venues but in a quieter area which suited us but not great for partying I guess. The spa was magic and the restaurants on site were solid. Overall a lovely place to stay. Thank you to the staff who made this so special.

What I enjoyed about the hotel: ✅ The aesthetic of the hotel with the pool being the center core - where most of the guests hang out ✅ Room is spacious & clean though missed small part such as under the bedside table which was dusty ✅ Service is excellent! Staff are friendly and helpful ✅ The complimentary drinking water & Nespresso machine at the gym ✅ The breakfast spread which variety can be improved but taste/ quality are generally good especially th focaccia. I wish there was more local dishes though ✅ Free shuttle to Catch Beach Club I booked this hotel knowing that it doesn’t come with direct beach access, hence it was alright and the free shuttle to Catch Beach Club made up for it. Only wish that hotel guests can enjoy free sun lounger at Catch.
