Hotel Tide Phuket made for a really pleasant stay. The room felt comfortable right away, and having direct access to the pool was a nice touch. I also appreciated the hot water and the breakfast, which was a good start to the day. What stood out most for me was the warm, helpful attitude from Belinda and Ball, which made everything feel even more welcoming.
Had a great 1 night stay at Hotel Tide Phuket. Stayed in Pool Access room, it was worth it. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. You can step straight into the pool from your room. Everything was clean. Love chilling by the pool. Breakfast was okay. Staff were friendly and welcoming. A great place to relax, and I'd definitely stay here again.
My wife and I stayed at the Tide Hotel in Thailand where we received brilliant service from our attendant Belinda. The hotel is wonderful and has everything a honeymooning couple needs to be happy; it's luxurious and the facilities are beautiful. The pool is delightful and right on the beach. I've never stayed in such an incredible hotel anywhere in the world. Thank you very much to everyone and to the very kind hotel staff.
WoW !!!
Unfortunately I had booked another Hotel very nearby which claimed to be a 5 star but was no where near it.
I accidentally discovered TIDE walking past. And decided to make an enquiry regarding rooms and facilities.
The staff were very accommodating and absolutely fantastic. The hotel manager Umar gave me a tour of the property and I was so impressed I decided to use their services and dine in the restaurant.
The Rooms, the Views, the Food all where just so impressive.
For value for money, modern, visually beautiful and super friendly staff you can not go past the Tide.
100% recommend considering for your next stay around Siray Bay.
The best part of this hotel is its swimming pool, which is large and clean. Every morning, you can enjoy the beautiful pool view while watching the sunrise. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the hygiene is questionable. We found cockroaches in our room. The tap water had a strong disinfectant smell, which was very unpleasant to the skin. Furthermore, we read reviews from other guests about food poisoning incidents at the hotel. Therefore, we didn't eat anything at the hotel during our stay and didn't experience any symptoms. Because of this decision, we had to walk a bit to the restaurant or convenience store each time, as there weren't many other options nearby besides the hotel's own restaurant.
