The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, offering a seamless blend of luxury, privacy, and relaxation. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to ensure a peaceful stay. Exceptional Hospitality: A very, very special thanks to Malenia (Meow). She is truly the best! She went above and beyond for us, always helping with a warm smile even after her duty ended. Her dedication and kindness were remarkable, and she absolutely deserves to win the competition! Special thanks as well to Mr. Nils, the General Manager, for running such an outstanding property and fostering a team that delivers world-class service. We cannot wait to return to this tropical paradise!

The atmosphere is beautiful, private, and incredibly relaxing. There are also plenty of activities to enjoy, including water activities and jet skiing, so there’s always something fun to do. 🌊✨ The views were absolutely stunning every day, and the food was delicious at every restaurant I tried. I especially loved the Thai food! 🍽️🤍 The spa was also wonderful, and the service from the staff was excellent. Everyone was kind and attentive throughout my stay. I honestly loved everything about this resort. It’s such a beautiful place to relax, enjoy delicious food, and fully escape from everyday life.✨🏝️

The hotel is outstanding. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff are exceptionally well trained and dedicated to providing an excellent guest experience. They pay attention to every detail to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We stayed as a family with a 1.5-year-old son and a 6-year-old daughter, and the team was wonderful with both children. The kids’ club is excellent, offering a wide variety of daily activities, and the staff are genuinely committed to making the experience fun and engaging for the children. Our daughter, Lucía, has celiac disease, and we were truly impressed by the care taken by the hotel’s team. They prepared a wide range of gluten-free options, including pancakes, waffles, crêpes, and many other dishes, ensuring she could enjoy her meals without any concerns. This is the perfect place to disconnect, relax, and enjoy a peaceful getaway. I would highly recommend it and would happily return. 100% recommended

Second time at Naka Island Resort, and I’ll keep coming back year after year as long as they sustain the level they’re at right now. I love that a couple of the staff remember us and that the hotel made an intention to say “welcome back.” The customer service is incredible from top to bottom. Every interaction, from the managers down to the newest staff, carries a genuine warmth that you simply can’t fake or train into people. It’s clearly part of the culture here. The rooms and property are gorgeous — beautifully maintained and every bit as stunning as I remembered. A few standouts deserve a personal mention. Beam and Boom were so attentive during breakfast service every morning. Noom made us feel genuinely valued at lunch on our first day, setting the tone for the entire stay. Tyler, despite being an intern, spoke with us like we’d known each other for years — that kind of natural ease is rare. And our butler Meenie was warm, attentive, and thoughtful throughout, anticipating things before we even thought to ask. The spa was exceptional — a highlight of the trip on its own. Naka Island has earned a returning guest, and I’ll happily keep coming back as long as they keep delivering at this level. Highly recommend.
