Stayed here with family for couple of days. This place is just behind the Sheraton and is around 1.2 KM from the main Patong beach and to the Bangla walking street where you can have the night life if you are used to with lots of pubs and shopping. Also if you cross few hundred meters from this Bangla street you would find Indian vegetarian restaurants like Sree Ganesha (old nameMadras Cafe) , Kailash Parbat etc., Only few apartment balcanies have beach front but the hotel rooms are almost 30 to 40 meters inside the mail beach road. The dining area is on the ground floor. Overall it's a decent place but I could not find much vegetarian food from their buffet breakfast.
What an amazing place! The rooms were absolutely spotless, modern and comfortable, and the staff were simply incredible — so friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
The location is perfect, with everything you could possibly need just a short walk away. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The Charm Resort Is quite large and is located directly across the road from the beach.
The resort itself is getting tied and the rooms are in need of refurbishment, So I don't believe it's worth the price they're charging.
The beds are comfortable and there is a sofa, a safe, Umbrellas, hair dryer a desk and a chair, a mid-size fridge and freezer, and tea & coffee making facilities.
Even though there is plenty of space for it there is no microwave. This would be a welcome addition to the rooms.
There is an LCD-TV With a very poor selection of channels there are no movie channels or anything.They are an older Style TV with no access to Youtube or Netflix, And the TV should be upsized and Updated considering the price of the rooms.
The bathroom is a reasonable size But the showers could do with a thorough cleaning.
The water pressure is very poor substandard And the water temperature is hot for about a minute and then cold for about three minutes then hot for a minute then cold again which is really annoying.
The rooftop decking and pool area Is pleasantly done with views across Patong Beach. There is also a bar at the pool where you can order food or drink.
It's a good location however As previously stated there needs to be a lot of Improvement and refurbishment to justify the price they charge.
The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach. It has an infinity pool and a gym, which are nice amenities. However, I wouldn't personally rate it as a 4-star property—it's closer to a solid 3-star hotel.
The breakfast was good and tasty, although the menu was mostly the same every day. The Indian food, however, was disappointing. It would be great if they hired an Indian chef, as dishes like chole bhature didn't taste authentic.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The beachfront at Patong can be quite rough during the summer. If you're visiting in that season and prefer calmer waters, I'd recommend staying near Kata or Karon Beach instead.
One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. There are plenty of restaurants within a few minutes' walk, making it very convenient.
Our stay at The Charm Resort was excellent from start to finish. The location is one of its biggest advantages—Patong Beach is just a 3–5 minute walk away, and Bangla Road and the night market are easily reachable either by a pleasant walk or a short tuk-tuk ride.
The breakfast spread was fantastic, with plenty of options and good quality food every morning. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Room service was excellent, and the housekeeping team did an outstanding job throughout our stay.
The infinity pool is located in a different tower from where we stayed and not near the breakfast area, but it was still a great facility to relax and enjoy.
What impressed us most was the overall service and attention to detail. Honestly, I cannot point out a single negative aspect of our stay. Everything was well managed, and the staff made sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Patong.
