Genuinely such a great place to stay. We booked a night here due to a flight cancellation and accidentally found an absolute gem! The pictures do not do justice to how beautiful this place is, and the staff and service are exceptional. Only a 5 minutes grab ride from the beach and town, well worth it.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Absolutely Amazing Experience – Luxury From Start to Finish! We stayed at The Bell Pool Villa Resort Phuket from September 10th to September 14th, 2026, and without a doubt, this was the most luxurious place we have ever stayed. From the moment we arrived, we knew this was going to be something special. Our villa was absolutely beautiful, with our own private pool and plenty of space for up to 6 people. The villa was luxurious, spacious, comfortable and incredibly private. It honestly felt more like having our own private luxury resort than staying at a hotel. One of the things we really loved was the resort’s app. If we needed anything, wanted to order food or were missing something in the villa, we could simply send a message or place an order through the app. It was incredibly easy to use and made everything so convenient and effortless. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Wow… we have honestly never experienced such genuinely kind, friendly and caring staff at a hotel before. Their hospitality was on another level. It never felt forced or like they were simply doing their job — you could genuinely feel that their kindness and smiles came from the heart. And their service was incredibly fast. At one point, we reported through the app that the pool pump was not working. Within a maximum of 10 minutes, a technician was already at our villa to take care of it. That is what we call exceptional service! We have stayed at many wonderful places during our travels, but The Bell Pool Villa Resort Phuket has truly set a new standard for us. If you are looking for luxury, privacy, comfort, amazing service and a place where you genuinely feel pampered, we can highly recommend staying here. Exceeded my expectations massively. Service was amazing. Only negative was the distance to the beach but there is plenty of ways to organise transport/walk if you're keen. We booked pretty last minute and the value for money was great. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Kamala. Would happily stay again.

Without a doubt, this is one of the best places I have ever stayed in. The Bell Pool Villa Resort Phuket exceeded every expectation. The private pool villa offers complete privacy, luxury, and comfort, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The resort is beautifully maintained, the facilities are exceptional, and every detail is thoughtfully designed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety of high-quality food served every morning. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding hospitality. A special thank you to Amp and Sue for their incredible kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensured that every part of our stay was perfect. I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phuket. If you’re looking for a luxurious, peaceful, and private getaway, this is the place to stay. I will definitely be coming back!
