Terrible experience, definitely not reflective of a 3 or 4-star hotel. * Day 1 (8th Floor): The room had a strong urine smell all day and night. After we complained, they agreed to change our room. * Day 2 (6th Floor): We were moved to a smaller, downgraded room that lacked a smart TV. When we inquired at the counter, we were told to wait an hour at the lobby while they swapped the TV. Because it was incredibly hot, we asked to wait in our room. The manager fiercely rejected this and forced us to wait in the lobby library, which unfortunately also smelled strongly of urine. * Day 3: We paid extra to try the buffet breakfast. The food was mediocre and the service was incredibly poor. Waiters stood around chatting and ignored our table, leaving it piled high with dirty plates. Even though we had extended our stay by a day, this was an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience. Would not recommend.

While booking it was clearly mentioned check in time as 2.00 pm. But when I checked in they made me wait 15 minutes in the lobby which did not even have fans in the heat ! Even after room was ready, they did not inform, I had to visit counter again. 3000 Bhat deposit, because they think all customers are frauds, cheaters and property destroyers. They don't trust their own customers even 1%. The deposit receipt is a flimsy piece of coupon sized paper with no hotel print on it. The room has no view and facing some buildings. The property is old and definitely not even close to 4 star rating. There is no place to keep luggage or bags, only keep on floor. The front office staff is not smiling nature, but treat you as just unwanted work. Expect bare minimum functional service. This is the only hotel in Thailand where I have given 1 star rating, all others I have given 5 stars. Will not recommend ever.
Nice location. 10 mins to the beach and across a kfc and 711. Clean and comfortable room despite a bit outdated with wear and tears. The hotel has a nice swimming pool also. The male staff are mostly rude and unhappy at their job. They should be fired to stay home as unemployed if they don’t want to work. The female staff are very kind and friendly though. The shower head is clogged and the tap water isn’t very clean for some reason. Better to bring your own shower head with a filter. Ours turned completely dark after 4 days of use. We booked for 800 THB a night in April shoulder season but this hotel certainly doesn’t worth anything close to what they charged during high season
DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! The customer service is awful. I had a terrible experience with the front desk Ton. First, when I arrived they couldn’t find my reservation. They were being very pushy saying that I had mad the reservation on that day and I had to prove it was made two months before. On my reservation, my check in was at 2pm but they didn’t allow me to go to my room until 3pm. They also required 3000 THB in cash that no one told me about, and I had to withdraw with outrageous fees. They would not accept credit card for the deposit and I was never informed about it. This hotel is a zoo, totally messy!
I had a genuinely terrible experience at this hotel, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking. During our stay, my 2 year old fell unwell and vomited in the room — something no parent can control or predict. We ended up using two small towels to clean up the floor. Instead of showing even basic empathy or understanding, the hotel chose to charge us for “dirtying” the mats, that too approx 350 Baht. This felt extremely insensitive and frankly exploitative and horrible. To make matters worse, their approach to basic hospitality is shocking. They provide only two small bottles of water per day, which is already inadequate, especially when traveling with a child. When I requested an additional bottle at 10 pm, I was told they don’t provide more. I even offered to buy water from them. They flatly refused, telling me to go out and purchase it myself. This is beyond unreasonable for any hotel claiming to provide comfort and service. The rooms themselves are another letdown — dated, cramped, and much smaller than expected. The overall feel of the property is closer to a 2-star hotel at best, not what is portrayed online. Even basic things feel nickel-and-dimed — we were charged for simple pool floaties, which just adds to the overall frustration. The only positive I can point out is the location — there’s a 7-Eleven right outside, which ends up being more helpful than the hotel itself. Between the lack of compassion, rigid policies, poor room quality, and constant extra charges, this stay was incredibly disappointing. Definitely not a place I would ever return to or recommend.
