Hotel is ok. But the pool has a serious mosquito problem. Guests on the ground floor get to view a palpable layer of mosquito eggs floating on the water surface. Rooms are fairly large and the bed is great. Bathroom plumbing needs some work. Staff are amazing. My main problem is the location. The road adjacent to the hotel is a popular place for degenerate motorists to rev their engines which sound like gunshots and wake me up 5x a night. Spent the entire vacation feeling exhausted because of those wastrels

We stayed for a night very affordable prices. Staff helped with our luggages to the room. Reception was friendly and fast. Great atmosphere you can also smoke in the balcony room with a pool view. Room was clean. Grab service was kind of slow.

The pool access is good but their service staff and breakfast is very bad and poor. Breakfast options are very limited no omelette station.None of them understand and talk English. There is no TV with YouTube or Netflix in the room. The air conditioning is very loud and makes disturbing noises, which makes it hard to sleep. There are also a lot of mosquitoes, as there is a lake on the other side of the hotel. The hotel advertises a laundry service and a gym as part of the offer, but in reality, neither is available. The laundry is not accessible, and the “gym” consists of one bench that is basically useless, a treadmill that doesn’t work, and a stationary bike just standing there.

At first glance, the hotel makes a good impression – it looks nice and we are welcomed by 2–3 ladies at the reception. Our luggage is carried to the room by a hotel employee. Unfortunately, this is where the positives end and the illusion quickly fades. There is no TV with YouTube or Netflix in the room. The air conditioning is very loud and makes disturbing noises, which makes it hard to sleep. There are also a lot of mosquitoes, as there is a lake on the other side of the hotel. The hotel advertises a laundry service and a gym as part of the offer, but in reality, neither is available. The laundry is not accessible, and the “gym” consists of one bench that is basically useless, a treadmill that doesn’t work, and a stationary bike just standing there. The Wi-Fi is terrible – it’s difficult to connect and limited to a maximum of two devices. To get access, you have to go to the reception, where they give you a card with a login and password. The bar is open only until 3:00 PM, and beer or snacks can be purchased only at the reception. The location of the hotel is very poor. Additionally, the doors are poorly soundproofed, and you can hear everything from the hallway. I did not expect to be this disappointed. Unfortunately, the stay left a very negative impression.
