I had such a lovely stay here! 🥰 The apartment was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Everything was well taken care of, and I really felt at home. Kat was absolutely lovely and so friendly. She was very helpful and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. 💕 Highly recommended if you’re looking for a cozy place with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I’d definitely stay here again! ✨🏡
NEVER STAY AT THIS PLACE , i paid more then 5000 dollars for staying there 1 month and half so i VIP guest always and i visited more then 40 countries BUT THIS MANAGMENT COMPANY IS VERY BADLY PEOPLE , they are screaming at me !!! Steam at guest ? They refused clean the room !! The shuttle bus is always busy !!! THE BOSS OF THIS BUILDING YOU SHOULD COMPLETY CHANGE THE MANAGEMENT SERVICE, i wrote to the mynistry of tourism that you can not attitute like this to the guests!!! WE PAY MONEY FOR WHAT ??? That people screaming at us ? You are the service , we are the paying!!! This management people is Very very rude !!! The removed all real rewies and put fakes 5 stars
1.they have super badly management services, NEVER RENT APARTMENTS HERE !!! 2. They forget about cleaning. 3. Super high hill to get the first floor . 4. The noise from other apartments. The walls are super tiny . 5. They NEVER SENT YOU TO THE BEACH ! Busy busy . 6. SWITH OFF WATER FOR 2-3 days , how possible without water after beach ? They repair pipe . 7. Swith off the electricity!! 8. Noisy conditioner 9. They screaming and fighting with guests
The way they advertise online it’s nothing like that. The apartment is not refurbished it’s very old and everything is ripped. The apartment is right top of the hill without a car you won’t be able to go up and down even sometimes taxi don’t even wanna go top of the hills. Specially it’s so irritating with the electricity bills and they charge a lot looks like they charge extra then normal
Review: Sunset Plaza, Karon Beach I booked this apartment just one day before arriving in Phuket. I chose the Karon area specifically for its family-friendly atmosphere, which we preferred over the busyness of Patong. At Sunset Plaza, I had the choice between a 3-bedroom unit with a captivating sunset sea view or a 2-bedroom unit overlooking the pool. Since we planned to be out and about most of the time, I opted for the more budget-friendly 2-bedroom pool view. I have no regrets choosing Sunset Plaza. The management team is excellent and was very helpful with our luggage upon arrival. Property & Amenities While the condo is not brand new, it is incredibly well-maintained. I cannot emphasize that enough—the upkeep is impressive. The Pools: There are two pools on-site. One is located between Tower A and Tower B (Tower B units face this pool). The second is an "infinity" pool below Tower A that faces the sea. You can catch a stunning sunset view from there! Cleanliness: Top-notch. The unit was so clean that we felt compelled to reciprocate the effort; the photos I’ve shared actually show how we left the place before checking out. Important Considerations There is one major thing to note: the steep slope leading up to the condo. Transportation: Large vehicles like TukTuks or 12-seater vans cannot drive up the hill. We were driving an MPV with high-profile tires, so we managed to scrape through, but it was tight. Walking: If you plan on sightseeing without your own car, be prepared to walk down and climb back up. It’s a workout, but as they say—it’s good for the heart! Deliveries: For those who love food delivery (like Grab), there is a designated collection point at the lobby. Don't worry—delivery bikes handle the slope with ease. Parking: Space is limited to about 12 lots. Impressively, they even have an EV charging station for one lot, which further proves how well-managed this property is. Final Verdict I highly recommend this place to everyone! We are a family of six, including four children (ages 2, 8, 10, and 11), and it suited us perfectly.
