Beautiful location- nice and quiet with a great view. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The swim up pool bar is a massive standout with Bas (the pool captain) making the experience relaxing, funny and really enjoyable.

Very disappointing for a 5-star hotel This hotel was way below the standard I would expect from a 5-star hotel. The room had an uncomfortable smell throughout our entire stay, including from some of the towels, and the cleaning was not great. They were extremely stingy with basic amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and towels — only the large towels were replaced, while the smaller ones were not. By the pool, if you want to order a drink or anything else, you cannot simply pay there. You have to go all the way to the lobby to make the payment, which is extremely inconvenient. At checkout, they even asked us about the laundry bag, checking whether it was missing so they could potentially charge us for it. It honestly felt like they were trying to charge for every little thing — a laundry bag, seriously? The hotel is also quite a walk from the main street, which is inconvenient. Overall, the hotel looks much better online than it actually is. The “resort” experience is not there, and the small pool has very little atmosphere or anything special about it. I have stayed in 3-star hotels that provided a much better experience. I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you are expecting a true 5-star resort.
My cousin and I stayed here for 5 nights. Coming from Raffles and St Regis stays in Bangkok and Jakarta, this place is more 3-4 stars type of hotel, definitely not a 5 star hotel. Everyone was kind here. Great service! Clean rooms. Decent, clean, and no frills hotel. Delicious breakfast too! I love the passion fruit yogurtand breakfast Thai dishes!
I recently had the pleasure of spending a full week at this hotel in Phuket, and I can confidently say that the entire experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment of arrival, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail. The room was immaculate - spacious, beautifully designed, and maintained to the highest standards throughout the stay. Housekeeping was consistently excellent, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing environment at all times. The culinary experience was equally impressive. Every meal was of exceptional quality, offering a wide variety of fresh and flavorful options. The presentation, taste, and consistency truly reflected a high level of expertise and care. What stood out most, however, was the service. The staff demonstrated outstanding hospitality - always attentive, courteous, and genuinely committed to making the stay as enjoyable as possible. Their professionalism and warmth created a welcoming atmosphere that made a lasting impression. The hotel’s location is another significant advantage, providing both convenience and a sense of tranquility. Whether for relaxation or exploration, it is perfectly situated to offer the best of both worlds. In summary, every aspect of the stay - from accommodation and dining to service and location - was simply impeccable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a truly exceptional experience in Phuket, and I look forward to returning in the future.
This hotel is just great! Very good value for price, quiet and easily accessible by transport location with amazing sunset view! Staff is very warm and friendly, interactions were very genuine! In contrast to Phuket’s mass tourism craziness, this was an island of tranquility of a boutique hotel on the hill. Room was very clean, and beautifully arranged. The food and desserts were great! Food Prices are also good comparing to other hotels/tourist restaurants. Me and my partner ended up spending more time in the hotel than we expected just because it felt nice being there. Overall can’t recommend enough. Downsides: none for us. I saw some other reviews where people struggled to interact with staff. I’ll just say if you visit a country you should spend at least minimal effort and patience to understand locals and their culture. The hotel is on the hill so people with mobility issues might struggle to move without transport, however Patong is not a walkable town so you’d need to get a car or a scooter at all times anyways. It is a boutique hotel so you cannot really compare it with huge resorts, it is different experience.
