Sinae is a name derived from Sirae (the city name) and Sanae (which means charm).I had a wonderful stay here with my family. From the moment I checked in until the moment I checked out, I had absolutely no complaints about the service. Every staff member was friendly, helpful, and genuinely hospitable, providing a level of service that exceeded five-star expectations.I stayed in a sea-view room with a breathtaking view. The room was well equipped with all the necessary amenities. The water pressure was excellent, which made every shower especially enjoyable. Each room also comes with a private swimming pool, adding to the overall luxury experience.The hotel has its own app for communicating with staff, which I found very convenient. There are two restaurants on the property, Sai Bistro and Hilltop Café, both serving delicious food.The gym is not very large, and most of the equipment is focused on cardio workouts. However, this was only a minor drawback compared to the overall experience.Overall, everything was fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel and would rate it 9.5/10.
Absolutely loved my stay here! The room was beautiful, the atmosphere was amazing, and there were so many gorgeous spots for photos. The service was excellent, and the staff were very attentive and welcoming. It’s a little far from Phuket town, but that’s actually what makes it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The atmosphere is peaceful, private, and very romantic. Highly recommended for couples looking for a beautiful and relaxing place to stay! ❤️
One of the best resorts we’ve stayed at in Phuket. The villa itself was stunning, and the private pool was huge, we spent hours enjoying it. The views were absolutely magical, especially at sunset. It honestly looked like a painting and was one of the most beautiful sunsets we’ve ever experienced.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the resort. However, there are a few things worth mentioning for future guests.
The staircase connecting the ground floor and the bedroom upstairs is located outside the villa rather than inside, so the living area and bedroom feel completely separate. It wasn’t a deal-breaker, but it’s something to keep in mind, especially for families.
Another thing is that the air conditioning switches off whenever the door is opened, which can be a little inconvenient. Since the resort is close to the sea, there were also quite a lot of mosquitoes, so make sure to bring or use insect repellent.
The resort itself is beautiful, but some of the furniture feels a little outdated and could benefit from a refresh or renovation. The room housekeeping was acceptable but not as thorough as we expected from a luxury resort.
We also tried the room service once, but the food was quite average, and we didn’t feel the need to order again.
Despite these minor downsides, they didn’t ruin our experience. The beauty of the resort, the spacious villa, the incredible pool, and the breathtaking views made it a memorable stay, and we would still recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Phuket.
Avoid room 512 if booking Ocean View Pool Villa!
Deeply disappointed with the room assigned and felt cheated as I chose this hotel for the ocean view which looked great on Trip.com for Ocean View Pool Villa (see screenshot). Despite a specific request for full ocean view the moment booking was made and a reminder to front desk at check-in, we spent our afternoons peeking at the ocean over someone else's rooftop for 3 days. Some other room of same room type had full ocean view. This room should have been marketed as a different room category at a different price. It was low season but staff commented they assign best room available - so you'll have less luck in peak season.
Sound insulation was poor - we were woken up by guests talking and laughing in the pool across the street from our door.
That aside, service was excellent aside from a 10mins wait in a rather humid truck to hilltop. Room is well maintained and very clean. Bed was super comfy. Shower has strong pressure. Pool was nice a dip if you look sideways instead of the rooftop in front.
Breakfast was a little disappointing - service ends 1030am but when we arrive at 945am, about 4-5 dishes were already finished and not being refilled. Had mild food poisoning after breakfast which lasted a few days - suggest to go with hot food only if you have sensitive stomach. There were many flies and fruits were not covered properly.
