Sawasdee Village

Sawasdee Village Resort is beyond anything I could have asked for. My boyfriend and I chose this hotel for our anniversary, and this hotel truly made us feel like royalty. Everyone would stop and say “Sawasdee ka/krap” to us whenever we were about to walk past them. They were always smiling, attentive, and happy to offer to help us carry our bags. The room was phenomenal! We booked a room with pool access, and I absolutely loved the wall art and how you could see the LED stars on the ceiling. They even had a cute little greeting card welcoming us on the bed, along with an adorable towel animal arrangement decorated with flowers for our anniversary! The fridge they provided was surprisingly spacious. I could fit all of my drinks, plus the extra snacks we picked up from 7-Eleven. And oh my gosh, the shower was amazing! I loved, loved, loved the waterfall shower, which was mounted high up on the tall ceiling. It really made me feel like I was taking a shower under an actual waterfall. I also loved that after playing in the pool, you could open the door and go straight into the shower room. My boyfriend and I also booked a two-hour couples massage, and it was out of this world. I loved that we were given the option to choose the aroma and specify which areas we wanted the masseurs to focus on. And I’m telling you, they are true professionals with heavenly hands! I already told my boyfriend that we would have to come back for an even longer massage session. The hotel restaurant also had excellent food. The “Fork & Spoon,” which is part of the hotel, also has some of the best pizza! Overall, this hotel is perfect if you’re looking for somewhere that captures the exotic and mythical beauty of Thailand. This is definitely the hotel for you! I also had the opportunity to walk across the street from the hotel and visit another property owned by the same company called “The Colors.” It has a similar style and features to Sawasdee Village, but with a mix of modern architecture and furniture. The fun part about The Colors is that you can even cook your own food in the shared kitchen downstairs! Would definitely come back for a longer stay! We had an amazing stay at Sawasdee Village Resort & Spa during our wedding week with our family and friends. The resort is absolutely beautiful, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure everyone felt comfortable and well taken care of. They helped make such an important week even more special and memorable for us. Highly Recommended – A Truly Magical Stay in Phuket Staying at Sawasdee Village Hotel, there is absolutely no doubt that you are in Asia. The hotel is beautifully decorated, with incredible attention to detail everywhere you look. From the beautiful flowers and swimming pool to the stunning artwork, Buddhist decorations, fountains, and relaxing meditation music playing softly in the background – everything creates a truly magical atmosphere. The surroundings are simply breathtaking, and the whole place feels peaceful, authentic, and special. The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful – from the manager to the housekeeping team and the gardener. Everyone contributes to making your stay feel warm and personal. A special thank you to K2 and Boy, who were always there with a smile and provided some of the funniest moments of our stay. 😊 And a big thank you to the lovely lady in the breakfast kitchen, who made the most delicious fried eggs and omelettes every morning. They were absolutely perfect! We can only give Sawadee Village Hotel our very highest recommendation. A beautiful, magical place with wonderful people – we would happily come back again! ❤️

This was honestly the most beautiful hotel we’ve ever stayed at. If you’re looking for a more authentic Thai experience, away from the busiest tourist areas, Sawasdee is absolutely worth it. It feels like a hidden gem where you can really enjoy the culture while still having a peaceful and luxurious stay. We stayed in the Cabana Suite with access to one of the swimming pools, and it was stunning. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and the entire property was incredibly well maintained. It’s a bit old sure, but you could really tell that the staff take great pride in keeping everything clean and looking its best. We did have a small issue with the air conditioning, as there was some condensation dripping occasionally. It wasn’t a major inconvenience for us, and the staff did everything they could to help. They came by every day to check on it and tried several times to fix the issue, which we really appreciated. Since it didn’t bother us much, we didn’t ask to change rooms. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We would happily stay here again and would recommend Sawasdee to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and authentic place to stay in Thailand. Thank you for making our trip so special!
