Santhiya Phuket Natai Resort & Spa

We’re big fans of Thailand and the Santhiya hotel chain, and this was our third Santhiya resort — and by far our favorite one! 😍 We’re a family of four and had an absolutely wonderful time here. The resort is beautiful, with very well maintained green surroundings, stunning wooden architecture, beautiful beach and gorgeous bungalows. Our spacious two-bedroom bungalow with a private pool was amazing and perfect for our family. One of our main highlights for us was the beach. After four family vacations in Thailand, this is really the best beach we’ve experienced so far! It’s wide, clean, and beautiful, with soft white sand and crystal-clear water. The resort also has a large kids’ pool (just next to the beach, so no bargaining needed 😀) and a great kids’ club/playroom with lots of toys for children of different ages. Breakfast was very good, and we particularly liked the idea of offering many dishes a la carte. It’s a great way to reduce food waste while still giving guests plenty of choice. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. There are also several restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner, a Grab/Bolt or taxi from the taxi Station across the street only take around 7 min / 5 usd to the city or you can simply have a meal at the hotel (good food but quite small portions and expensive - good for using the hotel Credit though). We truly loved our time here and can wholeheartedly recommend this resort, especially to families with children. But honestly, it’s a wonderful place for anyone looking for a relaxing beach holiday in Thailand. Thank you to the entire team for such a fantastic stay. We absolutely loved our stay at Santhiya Phuket Natai resort. After spending four days in Kata we were feeling a bit disappointed with Phuket but this resort was exactly what we needed - a stunning resort in a stunning location, with a clean secluded beach and friendly staff. The deluxe pool villas were beautifully designed and maintained and the gardens were immaculate, we felt as if we were in a jungle in our room. The pool is huge and beautiful and we spent hours swimming at the safe, clean beach. Breakfast was delicious with enough made to order options to give us variety for five days. There are a number of resorts nearby you can visit for lunch if you tire of the resort menu, we particularly liked The Edge although it is pricey. Tim’s Cafe also great and very affordable. The resort food was delicious and we had a generous credit with our room so we felt we barely spent any money compared to what we would have elsewhere. We are already planning a trip back next year. Yes, there could be small improvements - cosier beds, more restaurant options, service at times - but I find that is true anywhere. We loved it here and would highly recommend to families who find south Phuket too hectic.

After staying at Santhiya Koh Yao Yao we had to try Santhiya Phuket and found ourself extending our stay. It’s easy to reach and close to Phuket airport. We loved every second at the hotel. From the beautiful garden to the beach and the outstanding service, everything just feels right. The hotel is relatively new and every room is a villa with your own private pool and Whirlpool. The food is really great and basically everything you could wish for. From authentic Thai cuisine to Western food and fresh fruits. The breakfast is also buffet style, and a la carte.Special Thanks to the Spa and Reception Team! We will be back soon!

The thing I liked most about this resort is the path to each villa. It's so tropical, with a strong Asian style. The rooms are very well done in an Asian timber style. Airconditioning worked well.
