I don’t have enough words to describe how beautiful this resort is, or how grateful we are for the incredible food and outstanding service. But what truly makes this place unique and unforgettable is its people. From the front desk team and the drivers who are always happy to take you wherever you need to go, to the chefs and the entire front-of-house team, every single person has been exceptional. We have been treated like royalty from the moment we arrived. The team pays attention to every little detail and goes above and beyond to make you feel special, cared for, and genuinely happy. Everyone has been absolutely wonderful, and we are so grateful to the entire team for giving us such an incredible experience. I would especially like to thank Bibi from the bar, as we had the opportunity to chat more with her. Her kindness, warm personality, and lovely service made us feel even more welcome and special. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable. The resort is truly beautiful, the food is outstanding, but it is the people who make it magical. We have spent an amazing week here. The hotel is just absolutely amazing, the food is brilliant; one of the highlight of our days was the breakfast. That was not just breakfast but art. It was delicious, healthy and presented beautifully. The staff was super nice and attentive all the time, we loved everything here. If I could change something that would be the pool water. I prefer salt water solution, that is not that harsh on the skin and hair. I swam in the sea, that was right there and it was amazing so I really have nothing to complain about. I can recommend this hotel to anyone who want to treat themselves on a nice holiday.

We’ve just returned from an amazing stay at Rosewood Phuket and already can’t wait to come back. Unfortunately, we arrived right in the middle of a storm and the weather was pretty rainy for most of our trip. Normally that might have put a dampener on things, but the resort and staff made sure we still had a fantastic time. We were also delighted to receive a room upgrade before arrival through our Amex Fine Hotels & Resorts booking, which was a wonderful way to start our holiday and made the stay feel even more special. A huge thank you to Natcha, our butler, who was brilliant throughout our stay. She regularly checked in with us, made sure everything was running smoothly and was always on hand if we needed anything. Her kindness and attention to detail really stood out and made us feel incredibly well looked after. One of the highlights of the trip was our couples massage at Asaya Spa. It was such a relaxing experience, and we also made good use of the complimentary sauna facilities afterwards. It was the perfect way to spend a rainy afternoon. We also absolutely loved Ta Khai. The food was so good that we ended up going back a second time during our stay, which says it all really. My husband was celebrating his birthday during our stay, and although the team had not been informed in advance, they still went out of their way to make the occasion feel special by surprising us with a cake. It was a thoughtful gesture that was greatly appreciated and perfectly reflected the genuine hospitality we experienced throughout our visit. The service across the resort was excellent, especially from the buggy drivers, who were always friendly, cheerful and happy to help. What we appreciated most was that the service never felt formal or forced. It had all the attention and professionalism you’d expect from a luxury resort, but it also felt genuinely warm and welcoming. Even with the weather not being on our side, we had a wonderful stay and left feeling completely relaxed. Rosewood Phuket is a very special place and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.
