Excellent hotel, very good value for money. We got stuck here during the Dubai attack. The staff were very helpful and understanding. The hotel and rooms are very clean which is important for us. The beds are clean and comfortable, pool is small but good, gym is old but still good, restaurant and cafe food is great. Tv is brilliant. WiFi not the best but better than nothing. Only issues were very bad breakfast and noises at night from slamming doors and furniture always being moved about
The hotel is basic and clean. Nothing to complaint about for that price. Staffs are polite and able to speak sufficient english for ease of communication.
Location is not great. Away from the markets or city, and malls. Finding a meal is tough and very disappointing to know an4-stars claimed hotel without food after lunch. It's not near any restaurant or town, city is 15-20mins away. The hotel cafe only serves till lunch. When ask the reception, they are very proud to tell you, 7-11 is 500m away on the left. 7-11 sells instant noodles n frozen food. The rest for you to judge.
Breakfast was 150THB, truly basic. Nothing off the counter but trays of pre-cooked food served..probably just enough spread i guess. If long stay, breakfast will be dull.
Also the shower, water pressure is really low
My stay here was truly lovely. From the clean, comfortable room to the peaceful atmosphere, everything felt calm and welcoming. The pool was refreshing, the food was delightful, and the staff were genuinely warm and attentive. It’s the kind of experience that stays with you long after you check out. Highly recommended.
The concierge woman is awesome she is great she helped me out throughout the whole process how to make it a motorcycle how to make with breakfast help me with my boat trip help me out with a cruise help me out watching a show. She is extremely fluent in English. Great room! great AC! GREAT breakfast! GREAT BED! GREAT EVERYTHING
Thank you for your hospitality 🙏. Lovely hotel. Thanks to the reception staff for helping with the taxi. Large clean room. Gorgeous view from the balcony. We slept well, silence. Good water pressure in the shower. Everything🚀 liked it. Recommend 👌
