I had such an amazing experience at this hotel! 😍 My experience actually started with the Japanese sand bath, which was absolutely incredible and so relaxing. I enjoyed it so much that I decided to stay at the hotel for four nights to celebrate my birthday — and I’m so happy I did! The Front Office staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. On my birthday, they surprised me with a delicious chocolate cake in my room, which was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture! 🥹🎂 It really made my birthday feel extra special. The location was also perfect for me, as the hotel is very close to Three Monkeys Restaurant, where I was able to enjoy a lovely dinner the day before my birthday. Even when I checked out, they had one last surprise for me: I received a cute little clutch filled with delicious Thai treats! Such a lovely way to end my stay. 🥰 I genuinely had such a wonderful experience here. The kindness of the staff, the thoughtful birthday surprise, the relaxing sand bath, and all the little details made my stay so memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. 10/10! 😍❤️

The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. The amenities were well kept and the dining options really nice (Bow made great smoothies in Botan Kitchen). A special mention to Grace at reception who welcomed us and offered a late check-out as we were running late. Thank you to all!

Our stay at the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Chao Fah was absolutely wonderful! The staff was extremely kind and helpful throughout our entire visit, always making sure we had everything we needed. I want to give a special thanks to the team at the travel desk, who went above and beyond to help us arrange our day trips during our stay. Their local knowledge and assistance made exploring Phuket so much easier and completely stress-free. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

My stay at the Ramada Hotel Phuket was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with stunning views of the pool and the sea. I loved the breakfast buffet — great variety, fresh options, and delicious local dishes. The location is perfect — close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. The pool area is beautiful, and the bar service there was excellent. Every detail, from the warm hospitality to the little touches in the room, made my stay special. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket
