Rak Elegant Hotel Patong

Everything about our stay was disappointing. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and not welcoming at all. It felt like their main priority was finding ways to charge hotel guests additional fees. We booked a room that included breakfast, advertised as a buffet. However, there was no proper breakfast buffet at all. The only options were toast and eggs, which had to be requested from the kitchen through a small kitchen window. The room was not properly cleaned either. It seemed like the room had only been given a quick tidy-up, as there were still visible traces of dirt and residue in the bathroom from the previous day. The worst part of our experience was when we questioned the receptionist about the additional charges. When the discussion became heated, she actually raised her hand at us in an aggressive and inappropriate manner. This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. There was nothing about our stay that was worth recommending, and we certainly would not stay here again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An excellent stay from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. A special thanks to Mook, Jang, Yui, and Som for their outstanding hospitality, kindness, and professionalism. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, and their warm service truly made a difference. Highly recommended, and I will definitely stay here again whenever I visit.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Patong Beach and is conveniently located close to essential services, shops, and restaurants. The reception staff were excellent—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The room was clean, and the bathroom was spacious and well maintained. I booked my stay without breakfast, so I can't comment on the quality of the breakfast. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and a good choice for anyone visiting Patong.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere in the hotel was calm and welcoming. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of options, and the hotel facilities were exactly what you would expect for a comfortable stay. I would especially like to mention one of the receptionists, Alisa. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. From the moment I arrived, she made the check-in process smooth and welcoming, and she was always happy to answer questions or help with anything I needed during my stay. Her positive attitude and kindness really made a difference and added a personal touch to the experience. Overall, I had a great stay and would happily come back again.
