Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort

Excellent Five-Star Resort with Beautiful Sea Views We had a wonderful stay at this five-star resort. Our suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful sea view. The bathroom was large and spotless, with excellent hot water. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The gym was well equipped, and the resort facilities were excellent. We chose the all-inclusive package, which included three meals a day. The food was very good, and the Tamarind restaurant was absolutely amazing. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Complimentary kayaks were also available when the tide conditions allowed, which was a nice bonus. Overall, an excellent resort offering a relaxing and enjoyable five-star experience. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel. We were greeted by Julian, who went out of his way to ensure all of our needs were met to our satisfaction. The room was fantastic, with a full panoramic view of the sea. Friday night had an all-you-can-eat steak buffet, followed by an all-you-can-eat seafood buffet on Saturday night with a fire show by the beach. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.❤️

We stayed in a Pool Villa Garden View for three nights and really enjoyed it. The villa is spacious and private, and having our own pool made it feel like a proper retreat. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety, and the sunrise over the bay from the beach was one of the most beautiful we have seen. At low tide the beach turns into a shallow seagrass flat full of starfish, which was a lovely surprise. Check-in did not go well. There was confusion at the front desk about paying with ALL points on the Mastercard offer, and we waited a long time before getting into our villa. However, management took it seriously. They reviewed the case, apologised clearly in writing and put things right. When we came back from a day trip to Phi Phi, tired and rainy, they had prepared a bath for us in the villa with bath salts, candles and flowers, at exactly the right temperature. The manager also came to meet us personally at checkout. That kind of recovery says a lot about the team. One thing to know: Cape Panwa is quiet and secluded, so you will need a taxi to go out in the evenings. It is perfect if you want peace and calm. Overall, a beautiful resort with a team that genuinely cares. We would stay again.

He was always very friendly, helpful, and positive. he made us feel welcome and always brought such positive energy. He truly provides great customer service and made our stay even more enjoyable. The resort facilities are very good, the food was delicious, and we also really enjoyed the swimming pools and the overall atmosphere. We are very happy to come back for the third time, and friendly staff like Julian are one of the reasons we enjoy staying here. Thank you, Julian, for taking such good care of us!
