We were very happy with our stay at Proud Phuket, we stayed 4 nights before our tour and 1 night after before heading to the airport which is very close. Friendly helpful staff, good breakfast, good location, close to the beach and massage options.
Our last meal was at the hotel restaurant, Aling our waitress was very attentive and did a great job.
Water was dirty from both the sink and bath tap. Ran it for over 30mins hoping it would improve but no luck. Pool area is very limited with only a handful of sun loungers for the whole hotel. We were there on a rainy day and still struggled to get a seat. Staff were extremely unhelpful upon checkout. They provided 2 complimentary bottles of water and 2 none complimentary. The non complimentary brand was a recognised cheap brand so we accidentally drank those 2 and left the ‘complimentary’ ones. We were then imposed a charge at checkout despite me explaining that we had just made a mistake and the other 2 bottles were untouched, expecting some understanding since it’s such a minor issue. The staff refused to compromise and we ended up paying an extortionate amount for 2 bottles of water. Disappointing overall and I wouldn’t recommend
I had a wonderful stay at Phuket Proud Naiyang Hotel. The front-desk staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. One of the thoughtful touches I really appreciated was the cute toy turtle in the room—it was a lovely tribute to the area's turtle conservation efforts and made the stay feel even more special.
The hotel also provides umbrellas and bicycles for guests to borrow, which made it easy and convenient to explore the surrounding area and get to the beach.
The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of delicious options to start the day. I also loved the hotel compound—it is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and creates a relaxing atmosphere throughout the stay.
Overall, Phuket Proud Naiyang Hotel exceeded my expectations with its warm hospitality, thoughtful amenities, and excellent facilities. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nai Yang.
totally love this hotel and will be back! nice little gym, big pool, close to the beach, quiet area, tub in the room, super friendly staff! the only things that could be better: my mattress is hard and the food they offer is not great for vegetarians and vegans. And the wifi could be faster!
Great location, next to market, shopping and short walk to beach. The deluxe pool view room was spacious with separate areas for bath, vanity, wash sinks, shower and toilet with also a large balcony. Outdoor pools were really good. Breakfast options included asian and continental with nescafe coffee machine. Also reasonably priced. Reception staff were friendly and pleasant.
