We are having a wonderful time at Phuket Orchid Resort & Spa. A cozy territory, clean rooms, a good breakfast, and a convenient location near the beach.
I would like to give special thanks to the receptionists Lylli and Bose. They greeted us very warmly, checked us in quickly, and offered us a great room: clean, comfortable, with a nice view. They answered all our questions in detail: advised us where to exchange money, how to get to the beach, and which places are worth seeing in the area. They are always at the desk, we never had to wait. They handle check-in and any questions quickly and smoothly.
When the staff is this attentive, the whole vacation just gets better. Thank you, Lylli and Bose, and to the whole hotel team.

The resort is clean and nice. The water slides and pool have been great for the kids.
All the staff are very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. A special mention to AO and the team in the dining area who made us feel welcomed the entire stay. AO was so very kind to us and the kids loved her.

What a terrific place for families. We had a wonderful time. The waterpark , pools , swim up bar which was a favourite, restaurant, and our room had pool access so you could have a nice quiet swim anytime.
To all the staff we say thankyou. They were awesome so happy and smiling. I can’t say enough about them . A special mention to AO who went above and beyond looking after me and my family (11 of us ) at meal times.She made our stay that extra bit special. Thankyou .

Nan was our room service lady and she was so nice and friendly to us and the kids everyday.
Our room was directly across from one of the pool entry’s which made it very easy to come and go from our room throughout the day.
We ate at the poolside restaurant sometimes for dinner which had delicious food too. The buffet breakfast was a great variety for the family also. Great all round place to stay in Karon!

We had a fantastic stay at Phuket Orchid Resort. The resort was exceptionally clean, with some of the best housekeeping service we've experienced in Phuket. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the water slide was a huge hit for both children and adults.
What truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding hospitality from the reception team. A special thank you to Ms. Sami and Mr. M, who warmly welcomed us and provided exceptional assistance throughout our stay. We would also like to recognize Ms. Lily, Kaimoon, and Hensu for their friendliness and professionalism.
Overall, Phuket Orchid Resort offers excellent facilities, impeccable cleanliness, and outstanding customer service. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning.
