The air-conditioning is very old and poor functioning and takes hours to cool down a small room. The services was alright, cleaning staff friendly. Breakfast was good, but the dining area needs proper cleaming and air-conditioning. A bit over priced I would say.
The rooms had a moldy smell, which wasn’t very pleasant. Breakfast was quite basic, and they charge guests who leave food on the plate so people won’t take too much. On the positive side, the pool is nice. The staff were okay not particularly helpful, they just was there. Location is ok
Most worst experience. I booked February 15–18, 2025 but was forced to check out after one night due to serious issues. The room had a severe mosquito problem, the air conditioner was malfunctioning (staff later admitted they already knew), and when I felt unwell, my request for basic assistance was ignored. No proper solution, room change, or accountability was offered. Instead, I was told to handle the problems myself. After leaving, I required medical treatment for an acute viral infection. Despite checking out early because of these conditions, the hotel refused to refund the unused nights. This was not a minor inconvenience — it reflects poor hygiene, lack of transparency, and unacceptable customer care. I am extremely dissatisfied and cannot recommend this hotel.
Nice Chinese focussed hotel. They have 2 pools which implemented in a beautiful garden. The rooms spacious with air conditioning but no good soundproof. Bathroom is ok, the shower is close to the toilet. Mattress is more hard but was comfortable for us. our room had also a fridge. The breakfast is asian focussed, soup, porridge and of course rice meals. But you also can get an omelette, egg sunny-side up and Marmelade, cornflakes, fruits and yogurt. The room for one night was overpriced but it was during high season.
The photos made this place appear a little higher quality than it actually is. For the price we paid, we didn’t feel it offered great value for money. Our decision to stay additional nights was made before we arrived for our initial booking. Once on site, we realised the accommodation wasn’t quite what we expected. The villa we had booked for the extra nights turned out to have a shared kitchen and lounge space, and it was also a long walk away from the main resort — something that wasn’t clearly explained in the listing. That said, the reception staff were very helpful and understanding, and the hotel kindly agreed to cancel the additional booking with a full refund, which we really appreciated. Breakfast is very basic, and the rooms feel a little run down. Overall, while the service from reception was good, the accommodation itself didn’t quite match expectations based on the photos and pricing.
