Centrally located in Patong area, close to pretty much everything. The property itself is enclosed in a very large complex with lots of sections: families, groups, honeymooners. With about five pools around the resort. The resort is very dated and in serious need of renovation. My friend and I stayed in the Sunset section that faced the pool, it was beautifully large room with balcony. However, as there were a lot of families, it can get noisy with kids in the pool (open from 0800-2000). You can tell staff to tell people to be quiet if they make too much noise in the pool, which I totally did. Also, the pool water is not very clear, the resort should get better filter system. I also got bad food poisoning from one breakfast dish, which I felt was contaminated (chicken pad krapao). I would recommend people to avoid that dish. Had to minus one star for my food poisoning. Other than that, the staff at the resort was all very lovely, especially our housekeeper, who looked after our room for ten days, she was so sweet, especially when she saw how sick I was, gave us extra water.

Stayed here for 2 weeks. Immaculate resort. Immaculate location situated directly across the road for patong beach. The resort itself has massive pools all around the resort. Very nice rooms , restaurants and everything you need to have a relaxing stay. Close to the action however far enough away to enjoy a good night's sleep and not hear the 3am leftovers from Bangla rd. Would definitely stay here again.
My stay started off poorly. The first room I was given had a strong sewage smell, and the bathroom drainage was not working properly. Since I checked in during the evening, I did not notice these issues immediately. In addition, there was excessive noise throughout the day and until the early hours of the morning, making it very difficult to get any sleep. The room was changed, but unfortunately the second room had cockroaches and mold on the walls and in the corners. Later, when I requested to extend my stay, the hotel refused to let me remain in my current room while the new room was being prepared. Instead, I had to wait in the lobby for nearly three hours, which was inconvenient and unacceptable. I also experienced a serious privacy issue. A housekeeping staff member entered my room without knocking, ringing the doorbell, or asking for permission, even though I had not requested room cleaning. This happened more than once and showed a lack of respect for guests’ privacy. In addition, when I requested an iron, the one delivered to my room was broken and leaking water, creating a serious electrical hazard. When I contacted the front desk to report the issue and request a replacement, the receptionist replied that he was busy because the hotel had around 300 occupied rooms and asked me to wait. I found this response unprofessional, especially considering that it involved a potential safety risk. Despite these issues, the hotel has many positive aspects. The overall design is beautiful, the location is excellent and very close to the beach, the swimming pool is great, the breakfast is good, and there are enjoyable games and activities available for guests. Overall, the hotel has great potential, but it urgently needs to improve cleanliness, room maintenance, pest control, respect for guests’ privacy, safety standards, and the responsiveness of its customer service.
My room 1422 date from 3 to 6 july My stay at graceland resort Hotel in Phuket was absolutely amazing. The hotel is beautiful in every detail; the rooms are elegant and extremely clean, and the design is tastefully done. The staff are incredibly helpful and polite, always quick to meet the needs of the guests. What stood out to me most was the staff member kanika. She was absolutely wonderful—always smiling, so kind, and eager to help us. She gave me a fantastic room upgrade on the same day, and I was so happy and grateful for that. Honestly, this hotel is a model of excellence, and I thank kanika and the entire team for making my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for .a luxurious experience in Phuket
We spent 3 days and 2 nights here, and every activity was amazing. We enjoyed every moment! A special thanks to Asha from the entertainment team for bringing such incredible energy to the yoga classes and the lucky draw event. We also had so much fun joining the aqua aerobics session—it was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. If you have the chance, don’t miss it! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a resort with a wide variety of fun and engaging activities. We had a wonderful experience and would love to come back!
