We are very disappointed with how our booking has been handled. We specifically requested twin beds, but upon arrival, we were told that this could not be guaranteed because the booking supposedly stated “one bed or two.” This was not communicated clearly to us in advance, and we feel that the situation was handled unfairly.
We chose this hotel expecting the room configuration we had requested, and it is frustrating to have to deal with this issue after arriving. We believe that a hotel committed to good customer service should take responsibility for such misunderstandings rather than simply dismissing the guest’s concerns.
Could be better…we stayed three nights and the first thing we saw in the room was a biggg salamander 🦎 since then I was all the time scared it will appear again:. Bed and pillows are soooo uncomfortable…sleeping on stones could be better.
Very old and loud AC.
Waking up every day to the construction work noise.
The breakfast was just….😐😐
But staff are so friendly and helpful and the shuttle idea is amazing, given the fact that it’s on a stiff hill.

I am currently staying at Peach Hill Resort, and I absolutely love it here! The resort feels like a peaceful green oasis amidst the bustling surroundings—it's impressive how much lush greenery is packed into this property. The location is ideal, positioned conveniently between Karon Beach and Kata Beach. I noticed the hotel even offers a scheduled shuttle service to and from the Kata Beach parking area—a huge plus, though I’ve mostly enjoyed walking to both beaches myself so far.
The team is warm and welcoming, always greeting you with big smiles and ready for a quick, friendly chat. Breakfast here is top-notch! Having fresh omelets and scrambles is essential for me, and the lady preparing the egg dishes is a true master—they turn out delicious every time. Starting my morning with a coffee from the espresso machine and a fresh croissant is pure bliss. The food spread is great with daily varieties like ribs, squid, chili meat, noodles, rice, and even creamy potato gratin with cheese. There's also a salad bar, oatmeal, freshly baked breads, pastries, and sweet fruits like watermelon and melon. My only tiny observation is that I haven't spotted fried bacon, but that’s completely minor. There are also several great pools to enjoy.
Big thanks to the housekeeping team as well—our 4th-floor room is cleaned thoroughly, very quiet, and well-insulated from any street or neighbor noise. The room is super comfortable, though it feels a bit smaller than the listed 39 sq meters. Coffee, tea, and water are restocked daily, though I’m just curious whether toothbrushes/toothpaste are provided daily or just once upon arrival.
Overall, I am thoroughly enjoying every single day, having a blast, and fully recommend the resort so far. We'll see how the rest of the stay goes!
I’m posting just one pool photo for now to support the resort while I’m still here, but this is not my final review. We had an amazing stay! The rooms were spotless with a fantastic balcony view, and the swimming pool was beautiful, neat, and very clean.The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious options to start the day. Service was excellent and very efficient, including the convenient buggy rides around the property.What truly made our stay special was the staff. From the security guards to room service, everyone was incredibly humble, polite, and welcoming.
Would not recommend.
Bungalow in very poor condition. The old air conditioner was extremely loud. There was a RAT running through the room at night, and behind the bed we found dead worms.
We received support to set up a trap for the rat.
Water in both the shower and the sink did not drain properly and kept standing. The hotel staff cleaned it several times (thank you for the quick help), but unfortunately this did not solve the problem.
There was also a strong sewage smell inside the bungalow, and the interior door had to be slammed hard in order to close properly. We found out that it came from the animals’ droppings /poop (see image attached).
However, the staff were absolutely friendly. Even though some spoke very limited English, everyone was clearly willing to help at all times. Nonetheless, we could not move to another room.
Breakfast: everything available except zero-calorie sweetener and drinks other then black coffee (no cappuccino)
Location: loud but everything available nervy, close to the beaches.
Overall I will not come back because I did not receive a room change or a refund although the situation in the bungalow was, as mentioned, in a very bad condition. I did not feel well here even if I loved travelling to Thailand for several times.
